Nouvelle maison de 2 chambres avec des vues spectaculaires au bord du lac. Situé sur un chemin privé avec seulement quelques maisons dans tout le quartier. Beaux couchers de soleil, baignade, pêche et de détente. A proximité des collèges. 10 miles à Cornell et Ithaca College.

La maison a été construite en 2008 et dispose d'une cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable, et une vue spectaculaire sur le lac. Il ya du bois et maçonnerie sols durs partout.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and very well appointed home. Our hosts were extremely responsive to any and all of our needs, providing a wonderful get away with family for a few days. The property was wonderful. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We appreciated the plentiful linens, the variety of pillows and blankets, and the great water pressure with multiple showerheads. We loved taking our paddleboards out on the lake, relaxing by the fire pit, and waking up to the beautiful lake view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back, and highly recommend this property.

Home was lovely, clean and the view beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and the master bedroom and bathroom very nice. It is a lovely property for those who have no mobility issues as the driveway is steep and the access from the property to the lake is also challenging. In addition, be aware that there is an active train track between the home and the lake, and you can get caught on the lake side of the train as it stayed stopped for a while.

The house and location were very good. The pictures were a little deceiving of the proximity of the dock, not showing the steps and beach area. The house was very nice, area in a great location to state parks, hiking and wineries.

We loved our long weekend at Simply Irresistible! Jennifer was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. Watching the chipmunks, squirrels, ground hog, deer, ducks, and raccoons from the living room windows was delightful, and the sound of the water was therapeutic. The beds were comfortable and the spaces welcoming and cozy. We fished from the dock and enjoyed an incredible sunset. It is super convenient to Ithaca, making it a great staging place for our first visit to Apple Fest and a relaxing get-away for our daughter. We will definitely try to book again!

Simply Irresistible was impeccably clean, easy to get in and out of, and all around the BEST place we have rented yet! We loved it so much that we are going to attempt to book it again for next summer's vacation, and add a few more days on if possible. Jennifer was easy to get ahold of, and responded promptly! We had a great stay. The home was very comfortible. Everything you could need was there. Fantastic kitchen for cooking. The view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom were incredible. We sat outside twice. It was very peaceful. There is a great fire pit area. The road in is a little rough, but we do okay with our low clearance sedan If we vacation back in this area, we would definitely check on its availability.

This is a lovely, well-maintained cottage in a quiet area on the shore of Cayuga Lake just north of Myers Point. My wife and I have enjoyed brief retreats here (from 3 to 6 days) many of the past 5 or 6 years. Always a great time!
