Le stationnement est limité - Carolina Beach Realty décline toute responsabilité si les clients apportent des véhicules dépassant le nombre maximal de véhicules autorisé dans une propriété OU pour des véhicules surdimensionnés non compatibles avec une propriété.

Les draps sont fournis avec toutes les réservations. Le linge de maison comprend des draps et des taies d'oreiller pour tous les lits, ainsi qu'une serviette pour les mains, un gant de toilette et une serviette de bain par personne.
Les lits sont faits uniquement pour les séjours de haute saison (juin-août).
Option de service de literie disponible hors saison (50 $ + taxes).

Un rouleau de départ d'essuie-tout et de papier toilette est fourni à l'arrivée. D'autres articles jetables ne sont pas fournis, tels que: essuie-tout, papier hygiénique, sacs à ordures, savons ou détergents, etc.

Les réservations ne sont pas acceptées plus d'un an à l'avance. Nous donnons aux invités de l'année en cours le premier droit de refus pour l'ann��e suivante.

Great location right on the beach with easy access to the ocean. Unit could use a bit of maintenance but was otherwise well appointed with plenty of kitchen supplies, comfortable beds, great balcony and more.

Nice view of the ocean

We had a great visit.The room was excellent and the view was wonderful. The only issue was the allowed parking space was too small for a midsize suv.

Ocean view get away

My wife and I enjoyed our coffee every morning on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean and the breeze on our faces. Watching the pelican dive bomb the water catching fish or the dolphin cruise down the coast line, to the set rising giving us a show. It was all we wanted for our trip. It was the perfect condo for us. Nicely decorated clean and simple.

Great location and the view is fantastic. We love to cook on vacation and the kitchen was very well stocked. We were in need of nothing. The property managers were very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend!

Good beach front house.

We loved the location and the house. Well equipped, didn’t have to call host for anything. Parking space was a bit small for my truck.

We enjoyed our week. We had one problem, getting in closet outside for beach stuff, key wasn't working The management took care of right away. No other issues. Would stay there again.

Visit

Condo was in an excellent location with beautiful views. There are a few maintenance issues that need to be taken care of but nothing of a serious nature. Condo was very well stocked with anything you needed. The three flights of steps were a little rough. Will definitely stay there again!!

Great Location, Beautiful View

The condo was very nice. Beach access was wonderful, and view from the deck was amazing. Comfortable furniture & beds. Well equipped kitchen with adequate supplies. Drawback-no elevator-48 steps-not for sissies that’s for sure. Far too many texts & emails prior to arrival; hard to ascertain what was important. Didn’t appreciate so many warnings about check in and check out times.

Great place for a relaxing beach vacation

Great unit. The pictures of the deck don't quite do it justice. This is a top floor unit with fantastic views of the beach. The beach deck is very spacious (~ 8 x 16 feet?) with built in benches along the sides. There are also 3 chairs. We spent hours on this deck. The property was steps from the beach and was easy to get to the beach. The area is quite so there is plenty of space to spread out on the beach. The stove, microwave and oven, along with full sets of pots, pans and dishes made it simple to eat meals in if we didn't feel like going out to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

the view was great. that's where it ends The place was filthy.

the place was filthy!!!!! we found two dead cockroaches. the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes. there was dog hair all over the couches. the bathrooms were dirty and the guest bathtub's paint was peeling off.

Find a different rental

The pictures are on this site are old. This is not what the place looks like now. The master bedroom rug is badly stained and the leg on the bed was broken and held up by duct tape. The hearth in the living room is gone and plywood floor is exposed. The chairs were covered with dog hair, despite no pet policy, there was a partially eaten piece of cheesecake in the fridge, and we got 1 set of sheets for 6 weeks and they had a hole. Construction in the stairwell for all 3 floors for over 3 weeks and the painters were given our door code and we came back one day to find our door open. We got paint on our coats and the host had no interest in making things right for us. The building next to the condo was being torn down the 2nd day we were here and now a new structure is being built. We were not made aware of any of this construction that we had to listen to for 6 weeks for 6 days a week from morning to late afternoon. Would not recommend to stay here or use this host.

Rained the entire time we were there but meant we really got to enjoy the property! Open top deck was amazing and kitchen was well stocked with comfortable beds! Would definitely rebook in the future and pray for some sun to really get to enjoy the easy access to the beach!

Newly renovated

The property was newly renovated. It was convenient, clean and quiet. The walkway to the ocean has received storm damage and is closed. There is no beach access from the property. Public beach access is close by and we used that during our stay.
