Location excellent. Walkable to many places including restaurants and beach . Had trouble getting Netflix on TV. Couch was uncomfortable . Overall, stay was nice . Owner very nice to work with.

Quiet and convenient to beach. Good supply of paper products. Negatives - Parking is terrible. Space not wide enough for medium suv. Would not return due to this issue. AC difficult to regulate. Internet spotty. Need more kitchen utensils.

The apartment was everything we had anticipated. Perfectly located on the water and a very short walk to an incrediblly beautiful and well maintained beach, and the water was spectacular!Conveniently located near many good restaurants and bars. We had a blast with my adult children (21 & 22). Nollies has incredible tacos and cocktails! Gulfstream Restaurant served an excellent Southern breakfast.Trang was very responsive and accommodating!Thank you!

We loved our stay!We had a small issue when we arrived with parking.property listing says 2 parking spots included & says car required & says RV/Bus/Truck parking.My husband drives a F-150 crew cab.We BARELY fit in between the poles for one parking spot but the truck stuck out A LOT.I did reach out to the property owner about any other options for parking via email on the VRBO message and the only response we received was a complete copy of the original email message with general guidelines about arrival.That was frustrating bc there was one spot on a grassy area that appeared to b open & I asked but the owner never replied about that or my specific email question related to parking.We did squeeze in and it worked but there was 2 inches at most with our mirrors folded in when we pulled in.Had the description of property on VRBO said anything about the width of the parking spots included or NO TRUCKS we would have chosen to drive a different car. Pics of the 2 spots. This worked out.Just mentioning this here for the benefit of others planning to stay.The view was amazing looking over the canal.There are only 2 chairs on balcony.The beach access is super close and we walked to dinner with many choices available to us.The property has numerous beach chairs and boogie boards for your use.The shower had good water pressure and tons of hot water. There is not a measuring cup or shot glass. Super cold A/C. 6 washcloths only.We loved it and would certainly go back!

Wonderful place to stay

This place is awesome. Easy walk to the beach and the waterway behind the house from the deck is amazing! Had a great time fishing from the private pier out back. Only downside is they need a coupe more frying pans but other than that they have everything you need and more!!

Great Place with an Even Better View

This property is clean and easy to access, and the bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen/living area is a little small but was ample for the four of us; besides, who wants to be inside when you can sit on the deck or enjoy the dock?

Great

My first impression was how clean the condo was. Completely supplied with towels, and bathroom items. The location is great. We enjoyed evenings on the patio with beautiful sunsets. A block to the beach, directly to the public access. The boardwalk and restaurants are a ten minute walk, we never drove the entire week. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with, answering any questions I had. Definitely would stay there again.

Needs updsting

Decks repair safety issues. Needs to get new refrigerator with ice maker and needs to get tv service with instructions to watch live tv on major channels. Also needs small kitchen table.

Contaminated water at Carolina Beach

We spent money to be able to walk straight out the condo and fish, we learned from another tenant that the waterway was contaminated and had been for a few months. The condo was okay but needs updated- the owner did short cuts trying to bring condo up to date but it wasn't great. The neighbor has a dog that barked the whole time and there was construction next door that woke us up at 7am. Not the best experience on a planned fishing trip with my son. Wasted money for sure

North Carolina Beach House

We loved the location of this townhome. Beautiful view of the bay from the deck. Beach is a short walk away. We didn’t use our car once we got to this home. We walked to shops and restaurants.
