Can't miss with Bliss! Perfect Naples family vacation house!

The house and community were fantastic in every way. The weather was glorious The community of Esplanade has it all--bundled golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, activities, fitness, spa, social activities--All of which we could take advantage of as renters. The house was so well done -- every amenity, super well stocked, nicely organized. Kim and Steve are total professionals as the owners/hosts/propoerty managers. They totally get what makes it a low-stress, fun, easy, but very high-end experience for renters.

Beauty and Relaxation.

A bright and beautiful near-new home that is perfectly appointed in every detail. We loved the home's layout and the inviting back patio, with a its fireplace, pool, and hot tub, where the balmy Florida weather can be enjoyed day or night. A Nature Trail just around the corner was an added treat for walking, biking, and running. (Our kids were thrilled to see herons, a bobcat, and an alligator). A truly relaxing property, surpassed only by its amazingly generous and professional hosts. Our time here was a treasure, and we hope we can return again.

Awesome, first class accommodations / property

Upon arriving at the property located in a beautiful gated community in Naples I was totally impressed when I arrived at the house. The property was impeccable and spacious. This was a fantastic month long escape to relax, and was the perfect place to do just that. Everything was like new and the house was well supplied with everything one would need. Very tastefully decorated from the front door to the back lanai with a fantastic outdoor kitchen, pool and spa (spent time just relaxing). Even though I did not golf this go around the convenience of the golf course was great, the lake behind the house offered some additional tranquility as well. The club house is first rate as I enjoyed a couple outstanding meals there. I am already looking for dates for a future stay at this property as it was worth every penny.

Beautiful Experience!!

We were so thrilled to find this absolutely stunning home in beautiful, private Esplanade for our recent Naples "getaway"!! Beautifully furnished and decorated, and so well appointed!! Every detail has been so well thought out, and executed, whether it be the bedding, towels, well stocked kitchen, etc. Very, very luxurious, and yet at the same time, so comfortable and inviting. The outdoor living area is spectacular to say the least! Beautiful pool, with a lovely view of the lake! We loved the outdoor kitchen and dining area. Perfect for "grilling out". The outdoor "family room" was a wonderful spot to enjoy a glass of wine and relax! Kim and Steve were wonderful hosts and were so very responsive to our questions about Naples! The check in/check out process was so easy and seamless! This truly was a "BLISS-FULL" vacation experience and we can't wait to come back!!!

Paradise with a view

What an outstanding property! The pictures and description on the posting was to a tee. Home was immaculate! Decorating was to perfection. Felt like a magazine home. Check in was super simple. Hosts checked in with us to make sure we didn’t need anything, super nice couple, professional, cari g and helpful. Quick, easy, accommodating communications even pre our booking. It was just my husband and I this trip but we are already Planning our return to Bliss in 2021 and going to bring another couple along. The outdoor space was amazing! Set up perfect and even able to be outside during some rainy times. The outdoor kitchen, WOW! We even got in some steps walking along the various walkways, so scenic. This home was perfect in every way! Can’t wait to return! Thank you to the hosts, Steve and Kim Dolniak, for sharing this beautiful home on VRBO for us to enjoy. Just STUNNING!

EXQUISITE!!!!!!

Honestly, the best property we have ever stayed at!! Bliss is a well appointed home with a beautiful pool and view. The owners are even better. They are available for questions, concerns and anything we needed. The home is beautiful, clearly professionally decorated, and well thought out. The kitchen is well equipped- everything we needed for our stay was available. The decor made us feel like we were staying in a castle. From the beach towels to the floaties for the pool, everything was luxurious and wonderful. The location of the home is 10 minutes from the best beaches in Florida. Shopping and restaurants are all within a reasonable drive. Our favorite place at Bliss was in the pool and spa. Nights outside watching the sunset were beautiful. When we wanted to relax and watch TV we stayed outside and enjoyed the spacious outdoor space, fireplace, and television. Plans have been solidified for an extended stay next year, already! Steve and Kim the owners are now our family My son and husband raved about the golf course at Esplanade. Best stay ever. John and Nancy Dolan

Unbelievable Property and Community

We had the privilege to stay at this wonderful home for one month. We have been coming to the Naples area since 2008 and this is by far the best property we have every stayed at for both the house and the community. It was not the least expensive, but you truly do get what you pay for with this house! It is the Ritz-Carlton of house and community and worth every penny!!! The house is 100% as advertised. It is nicer in person than the pictures show which was hard for us to believe. The kitchen is a masterpiece in culinary tools and equipment. You will be hard pressed to think of anything you may need and it not being there. The outdoor pool and dining area are fantastic. The pool and spa are a great size and were used almost daily, the salt water and filtration system kept the pool and spa crystal clear every single day.. The outdoor kitchen and sitting area were used multiple times a day. We really never needed to leave this house as it had everything. The beds are ultra comfortable and they literally have all the fun stuff you would need for a day at the beach or a bike ride on the nature trails within the community. The house is perfectly located in Naples as we found it very very easy to get to all the sights and beaches around the area. Kim and Steve were so helpful and communication was perfect throughout the stay. If we ever had a question or a concern they were almost immediate in answering the phone or e-mail. The community is 100% first class. From the golf course to the community oasis pool to the very nice gym everything was perfect and we were treated as if we had been members at the club for years and years. The staff was amazing, and all of the club amenities were perfect. I could go on and on but I will end with just saying that you will not be disappointed or feel let down by picking this house and community! I can assure you, this is as good as they get. Do not miss this one!!!!

True Bliss

Kim and Steve call their home Bliss and it is aptly named. Everything is perfect - beautifully decorated, spacious rooms with high ceilings, an amazing outdoor area with pool, hot tub, grill, refrigerator and dining area, great TVs and a house-wide Sonos system, high-end appliances and well-appointed kitchen. Steve and Kim have labeled nearly everything for easy use, and they have the most detailed renter’s manual I’ve ever seen. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom which makes it ideal for entertaining. Esplanade is an amazing community. Beautiful golf course, great tennis facility with a top-notch pro, a great clubhouse with a terrific restaurant, and spectacular nature trails. Steve and Kim are terrific, experienced hosts and were right on top of any issue that arose. This is a 5 star plus accommodation. Would go back in a minute!

Slice of Paradise- Wouldn't change a thing!

We recently stayed at Kim and Steve's Bliss property in Naples, Florida and we were blown away! Everything about the property is extraordinarily well maintained and designed. Check in was a breeze and exactly as the Dolniak's stated. They gave us thorough instructions that actually worked and followed up upon check in to ensure we had everything we needed. Indeed we did! The hosts have literally thought of everything in this rental. I don't mind paying more for such top notch service and they did not disappoint. Every single light switch was labeled and the home is very well appointed. They even provided a binder with tons of information about the area, and the house. Not only is the decor beautiful, but the amenities as well. The home had plenty of sheets, towels, and blankets, cleaning and laundry supplies, as well as very well stocked kitchen and bar. They had all plenty of beach and pool gear too-- the garage is spotlessly organized with beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys so you can throw it in the trunk on the way out. With plenty of refrigerators with stocked cold drinks, we never went without. One of the things I appreciated most is the attention to detail. Every closet had plenty of space to put away clothes, hangers, bathrooms with soap and toilet paper, kitchen with every kind of tool you can think of. Everything was immaculately clean as well. We dined on the back patio quite often and it has a gorgeous pool and lake view beyond. The back yard is so awesome that we only really came inside to sleep and shower. Our 3 year old spent most of her time in the warm pool and hot jacuzzi but we rested easier knowing that there was a safety gate provided, along with security chimes on all doors. Both of these are optional for kids. My parents stayed with us for part of the trip and they were very comfortable as well. All rooms have comfortable king sized beds and lots of natural light, beautifully appointed decor. During our stay we were able to use the community pool, take golf lessons, and eat at a ton of a great restaurants nearby. We must have been to Wiggins beach a dozen times, and Marco Island, Everglades, and other destinations are close by for day trips. Overall, Kim and Steve are excellent hosts, and truly thought of everything in this rental. There is not one single thing I would change about this place! As a hotel owner and operator, I have an eye for detail, and Bliss did not disappoint!
