Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in a premier Naples Resort community. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, fitness room, and 4 lovely pools including a lazy river. The living room with a sofa bed provides additional space for guests, accommodating a party of 8. Just a short walk to the pools and there are even shuttles to take you to the beach. This unit has everything you need for fun and relaxation in the sun, with plenty of space and comfort for family and friends.

Host is very responsive. We stayed for a soccer tournament. The location was centrally located to get quickly to the fields, downtown and the beach. Beds are comfortable. Great visit.The weather was amazing making the pool a bit crowded but the kids loved it. Definitely recommend.

We could not have had a more enjoyable stay in Naples. The condo was beautiful and well appointed with everything we could want/need. Kevin was a dream to work with. He not only was very responsive, he was proactive in reaching out to us with recommendations and asking if we needed anything. We would definitely rent any of Kevin’s properties.

Great place

Great condo in Naples. This 3 bedroom had everything you could want, spacious, clean and decor was amazing. It was very comfortable. Our favorite part was the balcony which was screened in with a very large couch and tv. We never once watched tv in the actual family room. The resort itself was beautiful and meticulously maintained. The pool area was great for our family of 4 with teenaged twins. The lazy river was the highlight. The food and drinks were delicious (we ate at the pool almost every day). The host was awesome, friendly and communicative and wanted to make sure we had a great time. The shuttle to the beach was an asset for sure with chairs, towels and umbrellas provided. Paying for that in the resort fee but worth it if you utilize it. We would stay here again in the future and would recommend to others looking for a good spot in Naples.

Family Fun Week

This is one of the best places to stay at the resort the owner Kevin has the place beautifully decorated, beds are like sleeping on air with a big screen Tv in every room. The kitchen is equipped with all the Amenities of home for those who like to cook.My girls always look to make sure his place is available when we start planning are trip.If you’ve never been to Naples this is the place to stay.

Great experience in Naples

This unit is truly 5 stars! Family of 5 - 2 adults 3 kids 6-14 years old.The unit is spacious, amazingly organized and stocked. You will have everything you need for cooking, going to the beach, or any other activity3 big bedrooms sofa bed was great for our family of 5. The shuttle to the beach saves a lot of headaches.Kevin the owner was kind and generous. We will come back!! Highly recommended *****

Perfect trip

The property was beautiful and conveniently located near downtown Naples, Tin City, and the beach. The cottage was exactly as listed and spacious for a family of 4. Kevin was great to work with and we really enjoyed our time. Thanks, Kevin!

Great Condo and Location

The condo was very clean and well stocked. Location is great with a shuttle to the beach and downtown restaurants/shops. Easy drive to grocery stores. Pool complex is great for families. The owner was very responsive to questions. Would highly recommend!
