Ce condo de montagne accueillant est chaleureux et accueillant et est parfaitement situĂ© Ă  un pĂątĂ© de maisons du centre-ville. Les vacanciers peuvent marcher un pĂątĂ© de maisons en ville pour profiter de boutiques uniques et d'une cuisine raffinĂ©e. Marchez un pĂątĂ© de maisons dans l'autre sens et vous ĂȘtes Ă  Snowflake Lift. Navette vers d'autres remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques ou tĂ©lĂ©cabine pour profiter des pistes de classe mondiale.

Il y a une vue imprenable sur le mont Baldy depuis le pont. Les bains à remous et la piscine sont impeccables toute l'année (bien que parfois fermés pendant la saison de boue ... oct). Il y a deux baignoires extérieures et une intérieure. Idéal pour un couple ou une petite famille. La chambre a un lit king et une télévision grand écran.

Le salon dispose d'un canapé extensible confortable avec fauteuil inclinable, idéal pour regarder la télévision sur grand écran ou jouer à des jeux. L'unité a également un lit pliant et un lit aérodynamique. La cheminée à bois garde les piÚces agréables et chaleureuses (chauffage central également). L'hiver à Breck est bien connu pour le ski spectaculaire, mais l'été est imbattable pour le plaisir en famille et le temps magnifique. Faites une balade à vélo ou une randonnée sur les sentiers pavés ou de montagne et profitez des nombreuses foires d'art et festivals qui font partie de presque chaque week-end d'été. Soyez un habitué de ce condo en hiver et en été et obtenez un rabais!

Faites votre propre dßner en famille dans la cuisine complÚte et mangez à la table de la salle à manger. Il y a beaucoup de jeux et de films pour se détendre aprÚs une belle journée sur la montagne. Traversez la rue jusqu'à Main Street Breckenridge pour la nourriture, les cocktails, le café, le shopping et la vie nocturne.

Place was clean, cozy, and nice. No complaints. Host was responsive. Close to Breck village. Ate at the hosts recommended burger, pizza, and breakfast place and all were fabulous.

Ideal location and nice amenities in cozy condo

We so enjoyed our stay in this cozy condo, as it is ideally located to restaurants, bus shuttles, hot tubs, Nordic center and ski slopes. The real fireplace is a big plus for ambiance and this well kept condo is stocked with kitchen, bathroom and linen supplies. It’s the small things in rentals that can make such a big difference. Wonderful instructions from the owner./host as the ease upon arrival and departure was helpful also.

Cozy Condo in Breck!

Enjoyed our stay here. Shuttle was right at the end of the parking lot on 4 O’clock Rd. Condo was cozy and comfortable. Some noise from upper apartment so good to bring white noise or earplugs. Host is helpful and responsive! Would stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this location. It is perfectly located to walk if you are hitting the slopes in the day and walk downtown at night. Very clean. Great place.

Better than pictures

This condo is literally a 5 minute walk away from anything you need. It's at the bottom of the hill of where the gondola picks you up and if you don't want to walk up, there's a bus stop right there. The interior of the condo is better than the pictures. Very comfortable couch, tempurpedic mattress king size bed and just a very quaint and comfortable place.The unit comes with a parking spot which is clutch and access to the heated pools and 3 hot tubs which makes for a nice place to relax with others after a long day on the slopes. I've stayed at several types of VRBO's, but this one's accuracy was A.

Great location for cross country skiing and downtown

The hosts were great communicators and responded promptly. Nice fireplace. Well appointed kitchen including cocoa and tea and hand warmers!! Just a couple blocks from downtown. The hot tubs weren’t working which was a disappointment. The rest was great. Highly recommend

Loved it!

The condo was great and in a great location. Clean, comfortable, super well-stocked. It was myself, husband, and 2 children. The sectional couch was plenty big enough for the 16 and 11 year olds to share. We spent 2 nights and would definitely stay again.

Was just what we wanted, short walk to Main Street on Breckinridge. The condo had a great cabin feel to it. Everything was just as pictured online. Very homey, warm and cozy. Owner was great to work with. Had instructions on how to do everything. Loved it!

Cozy stay in Breckenridge

We loved our stay in this cozy condo! It was very conveniently located and walkable to downtown but, since it was a cold and windy weekend, we also loved staying in and relaxing near the fire. The condo was stocked with everything we might need and the heated pool and hot tub were a short walk away. Judi sent us very detailed and helpful tips about the house and things to do in Breckenridge and was very quick to respond if we had any questions. It felt like we were home. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Great place and location

Everything mentioned on the listing is true - great place, great location! Walking to town was great, especially given the busy week we went. Lots of traffic, and we could walk everywhere. Loved all 3 nordic centers (Breckenridge, Gold Run, and Frisco) for cross country skiing!! We did get told that they can't provide wood for the fireplace anymore. We bought it at the store and it worked great with paper to get it started. The property manager's paperwork sent a few days before was great to have!!

Perfect!

I stayed here with a friend and the location was perfect. We were able to walk to snowflake lift each morning and we were a short walk into town. Parking was easy, the condo was clean, spacious and had everything we could possibly need. Check-in was simple and Judi provided detailed instructions before arrival. I would absolutely stay here again!

This is THE place to stay if coming to Breckenridge

Judi's property was a home away from home. From the very beginning, she provided detailed and extremely helpful information to us on her property and the local area which helped us tremendously in our preparation. And once we arrived, we found her home was completely and extremely generously outfitted with enough resources and supplies to make bringing a 2yo and 4yo easy. The property is located central to everything, and just has this comfortable I'm-at-home feeling. We'd definitely stay there again if we came to Breckenridge. Thank you Judi!

Can't beat the location

Cannot say enough how responsive the owner was. Second to none. Helped us check in early even though we asked last minute. Place is super comfortable and well appointed, perfect for recovering after long days on the slopes. It has all the equipment to be able to cook and eat in if you want. Could save A lot of money and time vs trying to fight the crowds downtown. But if you decide you do want to brave the crowds you're in walking distance of basically everything.

Fantastic

The location and how nice the property is made this a fantastic experience for us. You can literally ski down to the bus stop and you are back at the property after a short walk. It is close to the main street for dining and shopping. We would stay here for sure. Highly recommended. Thanks for being such great hosts.

Breck is our Happy Place and hope to retire there someday. We love Colorado and our kids still live there. We bought this cute place about 18 years ago when we were stationed in Colorado Springs at Peterson AFB. Then we were sent to Hawaii where we now reside. My husband is a Veteran of 27 years and enjoys making beer and surfing. I work for Special Operations Command for the Pacific Region and love to play with fire and metalsmith in my workshop. We both grew up in Bakersfield, California and love the Broncos and anything University of Kansas! So if you’re OK with all that come visit Breck! Our place is sweet, happy, and homey. I will always work with you. ❀

When I think about Breck I think about a wood burning fire and making memories. W6 doesn’t feel like a hotel; I hope it feels homey and comfy. I love the hot tubs, year round Christmas tree, and that it has everything you might need.
