Excellent family vacation

We had such a great time at our stay. The condo and property were wonderful. The food at the bar was even great. Only issue we had is the dryer in the unit is not drying the clothes. Who wants to do laundry on vacation anyway?

Property was clean, room was clean & furnished beautifully. No mystery stains on the furniture! Unit had great balcony & kitchen was nicely stocked. Elevators were nice & clean! Would definitely stay again. Great location!

One of our best trips so far

Everything was beautiful. The condo was great and we really enjoyed it. It was just as pictured. It was clean and stock as said. The views is amazing amd the store are close by as aell. We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect! Exactly as pictured and described! I absolutely cannot thank Boardwalk enough for the security and safety! Love everything about this place! This was my 2nd time staying here and I will be staying again soon!

Great view and wonderful place to stay!

Overall was a wonderful stay. Beautiful view and great area. Nice condo! The dishwasher has a lingering smell that stinks and doesn’t wash very well. Need more towels/washcloths for larger families. Dryer took forever to dry with large load.

Great condo, view and property

We really enjoyed the condo, nice and spacious, view was great. The pool and splash pad area were great! Jay that handled the rentals of beach chairs was awesome.. he was friendly and always coming by to check on us to see if we needed umbrella moved etc. Staff at Boardwalk were friendly. Will return to Boardwalk again.

Great Vacation Location!

We had a fantastic time at this property! It was as it was billed and our family enjoyed it immensely. Only one complaint: others adhering to the non-smoking on ANY floor or balcony. Seems they were always on their balcony (wherever that was) when we were on ours. Management would address that!!! BTW - it wasn't just cigarettes - weed too!

Bravo Boardwalk

Our week at Boardwalk was perfection. Contrary to other reviews, the place was spotless. The goal was relaxation and this lovely, comfortable condo provided it. The only negative would be the dryer seemed to take a really long time to dry medium sized loads. But the convenience of actually having a W/D in the condo made it a small price to pay.

The condo was spotless and tastefully decorated. The entire building was wonderful! Perfect!

Everything went so well! We loved everything about the property. Owners were quick to respond every time we communicated. I have zero complaints about anything! The property is located in a wonderful area and is close to everything. 10/10 and we will definitely rent 1202 when we go back to PCB. Thanks for a beautiful vacation for our family. It was my husband and I, 21 year old daughter, son, daughter in law, and 5 year old grandson. We all were very pleased with our stay here! ✹

Great Location!

We loved the condo but were frustrated by lack of hospitality. A single roll of toilet paper in each room, the lack of nonperishable items in the kitchen like salt/pepper, and expectation to run the dishwasher without being provided dishwasher soap is not hospitality. The condo was clean, the location was great, and we generally loved our stay. But hospitality is important and these items could be provided with minimal cost to the owner. I have stayed in many vacation rentals and this is the first time I have experienced this.

Close to perfect!

The view (12thfloor) was beautiful just didn’t get sunset or sunrise because of the way the condo is located Aside from that everything else was Perfect Beach isn’t crowded at all The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the communication I like the old school of having someone at front office. Parking isn’t crowded neither we’re the elevators! Till next time thank you!

Unit was great, but construction was annoying

The check in was easy but the litany of rules and regulations recited to us by security was a bit much right off the bat. At age 65, I don't think I'm a threat to the sanctity of the condominium rental property !! The unit was clean, comfortable with spectacular views, but the irritating part of our stay was the construction that started at 7:45 am Monday morning and continued throughout our stay. The sounds of power tools reverberating through the condo all day was annoying and wouldn't have been a big deal had the weather been cooperative enough for us to stay outside. The amenities were fine, but at other properties I have rented in Destin and Navarre least provided a salt and pepper shaker, coffee filters, trash bags, laundry detergent. We were unaware we had to purchase all these small items, then remove them at the end of our stay. Not sure if this particular unit was owned or not, but I feel these amenities should be provided either way.

Unit not clean

Not dusted, hair in bathroom floor (2nd bathroom), baseboards dirty, few roaches (kitchen dishwasher, laundry room, bathroom), bathtub not clean, bathtub VERY slow to drain (would fill up while in shower) top shelf in refrigerator not clean, and it's been a while since the unit was mopped good. We put a towel on the floor because we had dripped water, and the towel was very dirty (blackish) when we got it up. The things that I found wrong with the unit, I wouldn't necessarily blame the unit owners (unless these things have been reported before and nothing was done), I blame who they are trusting to clean the unit. Mattresses in the extra bedroom was VERY hard/uncomfortable.

This condo was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. The view of the crystal clear tropical blue water and boojee sugar white sand from the balcony and master bedroom were amazing. Furnishings were very comfortable and with that huge kitchen I felt right at home. Highly recommend the tiki bar downstairs for a quick dinner inches from the beach. Best stay ever!
