Bienvenue chez O'Neill, une maison AvantStay!

O'Neill est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage. Réveillez-vous au doux bruit des vagues. Plongez dans l'eau, réservez une excursion d'observation des baleines ou goûtez aux délicieux fruits de mer locaux. Partagez un verre avec vos amis sur le patio et ne manquez pas le coucher de soleil à couper le souffle sur l'océan! Continuez votre nuit dans l'une des brasseries ou clubs étonnants situés à proximité ou, si vous préférez garder le calme, prenez une serviette de plage et passez la nuit à regarder les étoiles.

Le stationnement dans cette zone est limité en raison de notre proximité avec la plage. Cependant, la maison vient avec 1 place de garage. Veuillez NE PAS stationner dans le carport, comme c'est le cas pour O'Neill II. De plus, vous pouvez vous garer dans les rues voisines, il suffit de suivre les règles affichées sur la signalisation pour éviter d’être étiquetés ou remorqués.

Amazing property and incredible hosts. The home was clean, modern, and very nice. The interior setup was very open and roomy/not too crowded. They had everything we needed or could need. The hosts were also very responsive to any questions we had. Excellent experience!

Perfect Location

The property is conveniently located to a variety of restaurants and shopping. Easy access and parking with a perfect location near the beach Condo has bikes, beach toys, and chairs along with everything we needed inside as well. AvantStay was responsive and provided all needed information for the stay. It is a well run business with a clean, modern style and appeared as represented in photos. Definitely will stay again with my children.

Appreciate thoughtful amenities

This home had everything we needed for a fun family vacation, along with excellent customer service, which more than compensated for the location which was unusually busy for December due to some construction and holiday traffic.

Beach haven

Exactly as the pictures and much more. Everything you need minus food was there. Wonderfuly decorated, cozy and quiet. Steps away was the calm waves of the Pacific, with outstanding sunsets. This is a must stay.

Perfect beach house

Just steps away from beach. Nice neighborhood. We had construction ... Which was a bit noisy in a.m., but not unbearable. Very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at O'Neill 1. The house is just steps from a stunning, peaceful beach. It was clean and well cared for and looks even better than the photos. The hosts were extremely welcoming, communicative, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, checking in and generously accommodating our requests. Unfortunately, we had a Tsunami warning on our last night, and they reached out right away to ensure we were safe and informed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Convenient location and nicely furnished

I stayed here for two nights with a co-worker for a business conference in Huntington Beach. The place was great! Only steps from the beach! Nicely furnished and convenient to everything. There was no parking included, but there was plenty of street parking. I only wish we could have stayed longer and played on the beach! I am definitely coming back with my family!

Loved this beautiful home! Brought my three boys here for Fall Break. My 2 year old could walk to the beach, nothing better than that! Don’t pack any beach supplies, it’s all there. We will be returning for sure! Thank you!

On the beach not 100% clean house

If you want to be close to the beach and don’t care about foot traffic and people coming in from all over California walking past the house all day long than this is for you. Not really a clean place either

In town for college visits...

We were in town for college visits and it was located in a perfect location for us. We also wanted a good location for surfing. This property is awesome. Had everything we needed....beach is great as well. Property has bikes to use and is on a bike path to shops and restaurants. If you did not have access to the garage, parking would be an issue. Property management company was always accessible and helpful. Had some hiccups while securing the property and with a hot water issue but it was addressed and taken care of. Highly recommend this property. It is exactly as it appears online.

Beach Break

Our family stayed in this unit for a long weekend and had a blast. We loved walking a few steps to the beach and playing in the surf for hours. The unit had bikes, beach toys, chairs and towels, so it was easy and fun! Newport Beach can be loud but this area at the edge of town is a little more private and fairly quiet but it’s not secluded. But the location is perfect, we could walk to get coffee and food nearby and the airport and Disneyland are around 30 mins away. it was fun to ride the bikes down the boardwalk and there’s so much to do in Newport Beach for all ages. There is also a little park adjacent to the unit, and it was great to have a garage with parking as it can be tough in that area.

Rental anticipated everything. Such great amenities, with a stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, linens and decor that makes you want to hang out inside. You'll be beach ready with chairs, towels, even coolers. They thought of everything, especially for families with great games and the bunk room. Location was perfection, walk right out to the dunes. Biking to Newport, Balboa Island or Huntington was a breeze. No need for a car. We did have to rent our kids bikes, maybe something to add on in the future ??? Left wishing we could stay another day, or two, or three. We'll definitely be back.

Perfect family spot!

The house was perfect! Location was 20 steps to beach. Fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, sane toys, beach games, boogie boards and plenty of beach towels! Made going to the beach so enjoyable! The beach cruiser bikes were a blast! I’m a mid 40’s mom with my teens. They got me riding to breakfast and around at night. So fun! House was clean! Washer and dryer great addition! We even stayed an extra night than originally planned and booked! Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again! All small details thought of. Owners truly care about their guests! The rental agency was very supportive with any questions!

Great house

What a great house! This house was fully functional and had everything we needed! All bedding, bath towels, bath accessories, cooking supplies were provided. Bikes were provided for us to use (which is normally and extra cost.) and you have a garage to park your oversized vehicle (Yukon XL). Check in was a breeze, I received an email the day before with a code for everything. Beds were super comfy, showers were oversized. The beach is one house away so very close and easy to get to. My son was injured the week before our stay and was in a wheelchair... this house is also 100% handicap accessible which was a bonus! We will definitely be back next year.

Difficult to communicate

Renting was easy, it was the process afterwards. The email for check in says to do one thing, the text says another. Door codes and wifi are different in every communication. That is frustrating. When we got to the property the water was shut off to the entire house. There was also a lot of construction going on around us. The rug in the front room is stained and filthy. The bedrooms are well lit, even at night which makes sleeping difficult, especially for my child. It was close to the beach but the sandy part of the beach was huge so it was quite a walk to the ocean.

Wonderful Spring Break!

My family had a fantastic time at this property! Very clean with all of the necessary beach amenities!!!! We loved the beach toys and bikes were so fun to ride all around Newport!!! Property management was super responsive and courteous!!! Overall, we had a great time!!

Great Experience in Newport Beach

Property was as advertised! Clean, Well Maintained, and lots of great sunsets. We could be on the sand in 50 steps. Be at the water in 75 yards. Numerous recreational supplies in garage. Kitchen fully stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Good restaurants within walking distance. Property manager was ultra responsive, made things go away quickly. Looking forward to our next visit to the house.

AMAZING LOCATION

Just a short block away from the beach (you can literally see the sand from the front door), this little gem was a perfect staycation for a long weekend. We weren't ready to stay in a hotel just yet, so this was perfect. If you're at all concerned about cleanliness, look no further...it's pristine. The best is that the management office at Avant Stay responds immediately to any concerns. I was impressed.
