VRAIMENT INCROYABLE ET UN 1 UN UN LOFT CENTRE-VILLE.
4 chambres, 2 salles de bains, 2 salons et même 2 cuisines donnant toutes sur la vieille ville FT Collins et la place de la vieille ville. Marcher à tout (bars, restaurants, brasseries, épiceries, etc.) Rien de tel dans la vieille ville. Regardez le défilé de la Tour De Fat passer depuis l'une des immenses fenêtres donnant sur la ville. Ne manquez pas les meilleurs cafés les plus réputés juste en dessous du Loft.
2 unités séparées, ou combiner en 1 pour l'ensemble de l'espace supérieur de ce bâtiment historique de la vieille ville. Rien de tel dans la vieille ville de Fort Collins !!!

Great Location and perfect for walking to campus and around town. Very comfortable for weekend stay. A nice feature in each room was a sound machine, much appreciated.

We were thinking there would be free parking but it was actually paid parking, although inexpensive. The alley behind the property could be a little loud (garbage trucks started as early as 5:45 picking up the restaurant dumps). However the apartments were very nice and you can’t beat the location- everything was within walking distance

Awesome place!

The place is located perfectly in Fort Collins. Tons of shopping and restaurants right downtown within walking distance. Property manager was awesome to work with! Highly recommend this property.

Great location right in the heart of town

We stayed in these nice apartments right in Old Town Fort Collins for a family wedding. We were very happy with our responsive host and the easy check in. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the area. We would definitely stay here again.
