Ce condo de 3 ch 2 ba dans l'immeuble désirable Sterling Shores a été récemment décoré professionnellement. Tous les articles et meubles de maison ont été achetés en février 2019, vous pouvez donc être rassuré de savoir que l'état du condo est excellent!

Cette unité au deuxième étage est familiale - pas besoin d'attendre l'ascenseur si vous ne le souhaitez pas. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size, d'un grand placard, d'une salle de bain privée et d'une télévision connectée. Il dispose également d'un accès au balcon. Vous pouvez vous réveiller au son des vagues de l'océan!

Une deuxième chambre a un lit queen et une salle de bain. Il dispose également d'une télévision connectée.

Une troisième chambre a un lit superposé avec lits jumeaux et doubles. Cette chambre est parfaite pour plusieurs enfants.

Le salon élégant dispose d'un canapé-lit, de chaises confortables et d'une grande télévision connectée.

Le balcon offre des chaises longues, des chaises et des tables pour vous permettre de regarder le coucher du soleil, profiter de la vue des palmiers et écouter les vagues de l'océan!

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec de nouveaux appareils, un mixeur, un grille-pain et une cafetière Keurig. Il y a plein de matériel de cuisine si vous décidez de manger! L'unité dispose également d'une buanderie avec une laveuse et sécheuse complète.

Il est interdit de fumer / vapoter ou d'animaux domestiques dans la propriété.

Profitez d'une sensation de villégiature avec accès à DEUX piscines! Il y a une grande piscine de style lagon dans l'immeuble en copropriété et une deuxième piscine en bord de mer avec un snack-bar, des salles de bains et un accès à la plage. Plusieurs chaises de plage et jouets sont disponibles pour une utilisation dans l'unité ou vous pouvez louer des chaises sur la plage.

Sterling Shores possède également un cinéma de 42 personnes et un centre de remise en forme - au même étage que l'unité!

Parce que l'unité est une unité au 2ème étage avec vue partielle sur l'océan / les palmiers, l'unité est généralement moins chère que d'autres unités de qualité similaire dans le même bâtiment!

Beautiful condo, located right across from the beach. Great pools. Private section on the beach. Owners were very great in communication before and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend a will stay again.

Perfect stay!!

This property is beautiful and CLEAN. I was worried about staying in a condo with little ones but it was fully stocked with all of the essentials we needed. Close to everything you need and the heated pool and beach was great. I would stay here again!

So close to the beach

We had a family vacation it was so much fun , we were able to go to and from the beach easily. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. Made some good memories!

We had a relaxing stay at Sterling Shores. The property and condo are clean and well maintained. It was the perfect beach vacation for our family with varying ages ranging from 2-70 years old.

Exactly as advertised, possibly even better. Perfect location with its own private beach and multiple pools!! Communication with the owners was exceptional and prompt.

Family gathering

Small family gathering space enough for 4 of us on the beach. Clean, affordable, plenty of extras for us to enjoy cooking or going out to eat and stuff to hit the beach for the afternoon. Don’t forget your beach towels and sunscreen that’s all you will need to enjoy your stay.

Best Stay at Sterling Shores

We have stayed at Sterling Shores complex several times and we always enjoy the complex amenities, pools, gorgeous beach close to nearby attractions. But this was by far our favorite unit. The lay out was perfect for our group and we could have comfortably fit a few more people in there without feeling cramped or on top of each others. The kitchen was nicely stocked with essentials and the bonus beach chairs and toys were great for going to the beach everyday!

We seen several rats the whole place was dirty and old not anything abouts the ad our unit didn't have the Veiw like advertised I won't recommend to anyone NO GUARDS OR WORKERS TO GET HELP FROM

Between VRBO and Airbnb, we have well over 100 reviews, with over 95% being 5 stars. We have received 5 star reviews from guests who stayed just after this guest. We are the actual condo owners, not a vacation property management company. We take pride in being responsive, addressing concerns quickly, and having a 5 star cleaning team. Working with this guest was not easy. Prior to their stay, they asked to extend their reservation by 3 days. After receiving a charge to pay for the extra days, they threatened to contact their attorney for some unknown reason. They then were unhappy because we had no way to get them a discounted rental car and had no place to store a boat. Our listing does not claim to have either of those things. Our listing has the exact view from the condo in the listing pictures. We offered to let them cancel free of charge and they declined. On the last night of their week long stay, they claimed there was a rodent “living” in the balcony furniture during their stay. We had the condo inspected by Orkin who did not find evidence that anything is or was living in or out of the condo. Our HOA had the grounds inspected and also found nothing. The majority of our guests are wonderful! This review is an unhappy guest who was given the opportunity to cancel and refused, threatened us, and left a defamatory review. We are grateful to the many guests who have stayed with us and provide thoughtful and accurate reviews and look forward to hosting more wonderful families!

Extended Family Vacation

We just left and had an amazing stay. My husband, myself, two toddlers and my parents all stayed and never once felt crowded. These hosts have thought of absolutely everything! Everyday my mom would notice something new and be so impressed they thought to include it. Ranging from beach toys &chairs, to a kitchen with Tupperware to pack beach snacks and even a mixer if you were planning on baking! There was a pack n play which worked perfect when my older son didn’t want to sleep in the big boy bunk beds anymore after a couple of nights. The in unit washer & dryer was awesome to help cut back on amount we packed and amount of dirty clothes coming home. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to visit Destin!

A Wonderful Experience!!

The purpose for our visiting was to celebrate my mom's 75th birthday...and she was not disappointed. The property was simply beautiful!! From the color scheme to the furnishing to the decor! It for exceeded my expectations. Everything we needed was provided. Erin and Mike were awesome in that they quickly responded to our questions. I look forward to future stays at this prppety.

Super clean and wonderful Hosts! :)

Erin was super helpful and quick to respond to questions. Check-in worked at exactly 4:00pm. The condo was very clean and well stocked… and well decorated. 🤗 The start-up supplies provided were also great.. and we actually made it through almost the entire week without needing to purchase more. We loved the convenience of the condo being a short walk to the elevator and near the stairs for a quick trip up/down the one floor instead. The beach chairs and beach toys were an added bonus… so save the space and leave yours at home!! 🙌🏼 We have been coming to SS for years and we feel the location is perfect. Easy and delicious Backporch lunches or dinners with nighttime ice cream, caramel apples or chocolate treats at Candy Maker are the best. Being across the street from Walmart makes it quick and easy to grab any needed supplies. The main pool is wonderful but the convenience of the beachside pool and bathroom is awesome!! We love the beach but it always feels so great to cool off with a quick, refreshing dip in the pool!! 🌴💛 Thank you, Erin, for sharing your space with us!! ☺️

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It was super clean and we felt very comfortable. The master bedroom was huge, and it was nice to have such a large balcony. We would definitely stay here again. The October weather was absolutely amazing as well!

Great stay!

The condo was great! Nice and clean! Only problem I seen was paths were not very visible due to no lights walking to the ocean! Lights were on the path just not lit! Everything else was great!
