Beach trip 2023

Spacious unit, nicely decorated, stocked with necessities for kitchen, great view and large balcony. Loved walking to the back porch for dinner. Nicer furniture. We will definitely come back here!

Fantastic Location in Destin

This condo was very roomy and in a great location. We enjoyed the private beach access and the two pools. The listing is accurate with a beautiful view of the beach and plenty of room to spread out. We did have some trouble with maintenance and cleanliness issues. At first it started with a few small problems: the coffee maker was broken, the dishwasher was broken, a drain was clogged. We reported the issues, but they were only able to fix the clogged drain. Our second day there, we noticed the AC was unable to keep up with the heat, and it was 79 degrees all day. We called again, and they said this was a known issue, so they brought up two portable AC units. While they were setting those up, we mentioned the other issues plus the dryer vent was broken. They did not fix the broken appliances, but after a day of running the 3 AC units, the condo did cool down to 74. We did wonder why if this was a known problem it wasn't already fixed? We loved the location and would stay in the building, again, but we probably would skip this unit because it seemed to need a lot of repairs.

Need to provide trash bags, toilet paper, coffee maker good one and clean rooms every day because the clean fee is expensive

Great location

We have stayed at this property multiple times we love it… The only thing is the chair rental and umbrella was a little excessive for end of September. The office staff, especially security when we left a child’s favorite blanket and toy. The refused to help us, they refused to be be any assistance in getting those items back.

Sterling Shores Destin Stay

The property was beautiful. Access to both the pool and beach was easy. Only complaint is there were no oven mitts and only one dish towel. Everything else was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.
