Chalet animaux de compagnie, niché dans les arbres et à 3 minutes du centre-ville

La location de vacances récemment rénovée du chalet 3/2 à Berne est nichée dans la cime des arbres, à seulement 5 minutes du centre d'Asheville! Il s'agit d'un duplex de 2 étages, le niveau supérieur est un plan d'étage ouvert 2/1. La Basse-Berne est un bain 1 lit / 1 avec une véranda grillagée pour le temps chaud et une cour clÎturée pour les animaux domestiques. Chaque unité a sa propre entrée et une cuisine entiÚrement équipée.

Un grand porche avant au niveau supérieur avec un grill, une table et des chaises et un coin salon ainsi qu'un porche latéral supplémentaire ajoutent à une sensation de cabane dans les arbres. Parfait pour profiter de votre café du matin tout en regardant le soleil se lever sur les montagnes. Nous fournissons tous les draps, serviettes et peignoirs.

Le chalet de Berne a l'emplacement que vous voulez lorsque vous visitez Asheville, avec le sentiment d'ĂȘtre loin de tout sur une colline, mais Ă  3 minutes en voiture du centre-ville d'Asheville. Il y a trois chambres spacieuses (2 lits king et 1 lit queen) et deux salles de bains. Le haut de Berne dispose d'un tĂ©lĂ©viseur 52 "dans le salon. Toutes les chambres ont Ă©galement une tĂ©lĂ©vision. Les deux cuisines sont bien approvisionnĂ©es en cafĂ©, thĂ©, condiments, Ă©pices, casseroles et poĂȘles, plats et ustensiles et plus encore. Une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse est dans le placard de la chambre queen.

Il y a une rampe en pente vers le pont supérieur et il y a un parking pour 2 véhicules à la maison. Un parking est à quelques pas.

The house was well decorated and well stocked with great views. I wish it had been warmer so we could enjoy the balconies and screened in porch. Also loved the large tv and record player. The hosts were extremely attentive. We loved the cookies from their bakery and the extras for our dog. Convenient to everything. Highly recommend.

We booked both the lower and upper rooms. Great area, easy access to anything downtown Asheville while also being secluded from any traffic and such. We loved the porch areas and the living room in the upper area was a perfect setup for us 4. Also great amenities with coffee and tea. make up wipes, shower supplies and even robes and cookies. It really felt like a hotel vibe as well.

We had a wonderful weekend and enjoyed the property so much! We especially loved all the little "details" like cookies left for us and the record player and records. The property was close to restaurants, shopping and bars. The beds were super comfy and we enjoyed the porches in the mornings. Highly recommend this cute chalet!

Downstairs had a little funky smell due to the dampness and humidity of the area. We had a little issue one night with the lock that was quickly resolved. Overall, it was clean and thoughtfully appointed, especially the kitchen. Appreciated the ability to wash laundry prior to leaving. Though the light on an automatic shut off when the door closed, did not work. I had to prop the iron in the closet against the door. The coffee provided was delicious! Beds were fairly comfy. Overall, small things that could have been an issue anywhere, but the owner I spoke with was very kind and attentive. He resolved the lock issue quickly, and I left a comment card about the light shutoff with the door closure.

The property is gorgeous, well-furnished, and clean. We loved the baked goods samples! The separation into two separate units worked for us in general. The only glitch was that we were originally locked out of the lower floor, but a phone call resolved the issue quickly. The location is convent to town and to Biltmore.

Mountain Hideaway

Property was well appointed and clean. The units are small, but well laid out. The upper portion is definitely roomier and has the full dining room table. We made breakfast and they had all of the cookware needed. There are nice views, air conditioning worked well, we didn't experience any issues. We did some a mama bear and her two cubs just up the road! We walked to town one day, 1 mile, and it was very nice without too many cars. I probably wouldn't walk it at night though as there are no sidewalks. Very nice place, thank you!

Perfect Mountain Stay

We were in town for a wedding and rented both units for my adult sons, their partners and ourselves. Location was right for town yet felt like a mountain get-away. All amenities were excellent and hosts were attentive to our requests. Downstairs unit was a little small but still comfy. We highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Asheville.

Perfect mountain house

This location was perfect for my wife and I and my in-laws. Location was right in the middle of everything but nestled away in a quiet mountain setting. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided a lot of items that made packing and prepping easy.

Convenient location with every comfort of home

We came to Asheville for our son’s wedding and wanted somewhere close to town whilst also taking some time to relax before the events. Weather fluctuated drastically and this Chalet was warm but with many outside porch areas with forest/mountain views for when the sun came out. Well stocked kitchen and great toiletries in the bathrooms! The ground floor is self contained allowing my daughter to WFH in a quiet environment during our stay. Great communications from the property manager.

An Ideal Location - So Close to Downtown!

What a wonderful weekend getaway for our family and two dogs at Berne Chalet! It truly feels like you are up in the mountains yet only minutes to downtown! We enjoyed the top and bottom floors, with enough room for four adults and two dogs
 room to spare really. The beds are extremely comfortable and the living space has plenty of seating. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook a nice meal, with a few condiments and spices available as well. Coffee and cookies await
 and dog treats for the pups. The outdoor porch was a favorite of ours
 we enjoyed our morning coffee and the cool mountain air. We even saw a black bear! Berne Chalet is so convenient to downtown but is a beautiful respite from the busy crowds. We enjoyed wandering the shops one day and then river tubing the next with Zen tubing. We hope to visit again! Judy was a terrific host and went out of her way to help us log in to the tv to watch the first weekend of college football! Thank you for a beautiful place to make some family memories!

Relaxing

Nestled on a hill surrounded by trees. Comfortable and well appointed. The front porch was a gem for morning coffee and overall relaxing. You had the feeling you were far away from civilization, yet, there was a grocery store and gas station 0.2 miles away!

Family time

The property live up to our expectations and some.Super dog friendly. The management was excellent.We had a slight plumbing problem and they sent a plumber out within an hour. We were able to access management after hours for a door lock problem which was fixed with in minutes.We look forward to booking next year.
