The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a charming Parisian building with an elevator. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with queen beds that can be split as well as two bathrooms (one en suite) and two toilets. There is AC in the living room. There is a spacious and bright living room with a sofa and two armchairs and a dining area with a table and chairs. There is a fully equipped kitchen that has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso, toaster, iron, and all utensils necessary for cooking and eating. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment.
The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable. You can make international calls on landlines and there is a high-speed Internet connection (WIFI).

Situated in the Latin Quarter, one of the oldest and liveliest neighborhoods of Paris. Rue Mouffetard is a short walk away and is one of the oldest and picturesque streets of Paris. There has been a road here since the Roman occupation 2000 years ago. It also has a beautiful street market. It has a medieval character and has greatly inspired Victor Hugo to write Les Misérables. Ernest Hemingway also lived in the neighborhood. You will find a great number of cafés and grocers in this neighborhood and you are just minutes away from the best sights of Paris. You are also a short walk from the wonderful Luxembourg Gardens as well as the Jardin des Plantes and the Pantheon.

MINIMUM STAY: We do have a one week rental policy, so the weekly rate applies even for shorter stays if the apartment is available for one full week. We can only prorate the nights if the apartment is available for fewer nights between other bookings OR ACCEPT A SHORTER STAY IF REQUESTED AT THE LAST MINUTE. So don't hesitate to check with us, we usually have last minute deals where we can accept a shorter stay without applying the minimum week policy.

Important Notice

The French government has announced they will be banning all AC systems that run on water by October 1st 2025 as it is obviously a huge waste of water and we all have to act on this environmental problem the best we can.
Therefore, as nearly all of our installations are concerned with this new law, We will be stopping the use of such units (to this day they were the only systems we are able to install in old Parisian buildings.) by its legal date. In regards to our guests' comfort, we will provide portable mobile AC units, fans, and air coolers depending on the configurations of the apartment.

Beautiful apartment with central location. The amenities were excellent!

The apartment has been thoughtfully decorated and appointed making it few like home. It felt clean and fresh, The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the hooks, places to hang and stow our clothes which were clean and tidy. The kitchen well appointed and it was a perfect for two couples.

Beautiful Apartment

Absolutely lovely apartment which was spotlessly clean on arrival. Communication was always excellent was with the PVA team. The flowers and bottle of wine and biscuits was a nice touch and most appreciated. . The beds are very comfortable and the bed linen and pillows were excellent. Bathrooms were lovely and large (especially the showers) and the separate loo for one of the bathrooms was not an issue for us. The large windows in the lounge make the room lovely and light and it’s nice to have them open and listen to the sounds of the city. The bedrooms are very quiet so no difficulty for sleeping. The lift up to the apartment is very small and only takes one person at a time. We did think the lightening on the stairs could be better but that is obviously not the fault of PVA who run the apartment but a buildings matter. The car service they run for collection to and from the airport is well worth the extra money as it is an excellent service. You are only a five minute walk from Luxembourg Gardens and a 15 minute walk down to the Seine. We used the Batobus to get round the city as it’s a lovely way to see all the sights. We also ate in two lovely restaurants. Le Vieux Bistrot in rue Mouffetard a cheese lover’s paradise and only a few minutes’ walk away from the apartment. Also the Perraudin in rue Saint Jacques which is a traditional French Bistro with excellent food and a lovely atmosphere again only a few minutes’ walk away from the apartment. There are also plenty of Japanese, Vietnamese or Chinese takeaways that are very good value and excellent food if you don’t want to cook. One we used twice was right opposite the Perraudin restaurant and the girl in there was so kind. All in all we couldn’t fault the apartment or the area. It felt very safe and very much a part of Parisian life. Would recommend it to anyone wanting a beautiful apartment in a lovely area of Paris.

Perfect Parisian Holiday Apartment

We enjoyed a long term stay at this lovely apartment. We wouldn’t change a thing - clean and modern apartment with professional, and friendly service. Beds were comfy, appliances all worked perfectly. Really a fabulous stay!

Great apartment and location in Paris!

A great find! The apartment and location were both amazing. We loved calling this home for a week in the Latin Quarter. The apartment is totally spotless and modern. The kitchen was fully functional and the dining and living room areas are bright and great spaces to relax. The washer and dryer were easy to use and even included the detergent. Both bathrooms are large and the water pressure was amazing! There is a full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) for the master bedroom. The 2nd bathroom for the 2nd bedroom has a sink and shower only. The 2nd toilet is just off the kitchen. That was a bit awkward, however with all the pluses this apartment has to offer, the split 2nd bathroom was not an issue. This apartment is on the 4th floor (actually 5th floor in the U.S.). There is an elevator, but only holds one person at a time (or two very small people). This was also not an issue for us. Walking up the steps was a good way to work off all the amazing bread we were eating! This was our 4th visit to Paris, and overall our best apartment yet. The location is perfect. Close to the RER (Metro) and all the monuments. There is a cafe just across the street, and a bakery, cheese/meat shop just around the corner. There is a very thorough reference binder that was also super helpful and the host showed us everything about the apartment and how to operate the appliances. Thank you and we look forward to staying in one of your apartments again!

a wonderful experience

This apartment was perfect for my family of four. It had everything we needed, plus beautiful windows looking out to a trees and a lovely quiet street. The AC worked, though we did not need it. We could walk many attractions nearby. The property management team was helpful and easy to work with. We are hoping to stay here again!

A perfect place in Paris...

The apartment worked well for a couple and two singles traveling together. Although centrally located and an easy walk to shopping and many restaurants, the street was quiet and the apartment living area was sunny and bright. Spotless and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay; no clutter.

Lovely Latin Quarter apartment

On the day we were due to arrive in Paris, I contacted Clara and she graciously agreed to move our meeting time to earlier in the day. She greeted us at the apartment with a bottle of wine and some pastries -- a lovely welcome! The next day, she dropped off some flowers to the place while we were out. This was a perfect apartment for our family of 4 (mum, dad, 2 adult sons). The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It was roomy and comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were equipped with modern fixtures. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding. We had plenty of towels for our week-long stay. Having laundry facilities in the apartment was ideal ensuring we constantly had clean clothes to wear. We had some very warm days (30+ degrees celsius) during our stay in Paris; however, with the apartment windows open, we always had a nice breeze. We did not need to use the living room air conditioner. An RER station is a short walk away which connected us to the Metro lines. There was plenty of shopping nearby; however, some of the smaller shops were closed in August as the proprietors were on vacation. We had a wonderful visit to Paris and these accommodations helped to make it perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment and its property management firm.
