STAY SALTY - Peaceful Navarre Beach Escape with Santa Rosa Sound Views
Escape to the laid-back beauty of Navarre Beach at Stay Salty – a cozy 2-story coastal townhome on the Santa Rosa sound side. The unit has been freshly renovated and offers updated coastal furnishings, 1 Bedroom & 1 Bath and sleeps 4 comfortably. This charming retreat is located in a complex of just 12 townhomes. It features a full kitchen with dining area, a living space with a 55” TV and a queen sleeper sofa, a washer and dryer in the unit, and a private bedroom, closet, and full bath upstairs. Private Pool • 5 Min Walk to the Beach 10 Min Walk to the Pier & Restaurants - Sleeps 4
The unit is perfectly situated between the sparkling Gulf waters of Navarre Beach and the tranquil Santa Rosa Sound on a small, quiet cul-de-sac street with very little traffic!
Start your mornings with coffee and end your evenings with a glass or wine or cold drink on the private balcony overlooking the pool. Take an easy 8–10-minute stroll to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf (the boardwalk is just across the street and a very easy walk). After a day at the beach, come back and unwind poolside, which is just steps from your front door.
For dinner, stroll the easy 12–15-minute walk to the local favorites — Andy D's, Juana's Pagodas, or Windjammers on the Pier (some with nightly entertainment or a friendly game of volleyball). Afterwards, take a stroll on the Pier and enjoy miles of views of the Gulf, the wildlife that can be seen, and enjoy everyone’s catches of the day. You may also wish to rent fishing poles and buy bait and throw a line (or bring your own from home and fish anytime you want during your trip).
With only 12 units in this quiet community, guests enjoy a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere ideal for couples, small families, or a relaxing getaway with friends. No hustle and bustle here.

Other Attractions/Info:
Plentiful rentals are available on the island & nearby for adventure seekers – bikes,
kayaks, paddleboards, jet skis, scooters, pontoon boats, sailboat, parasailing, waterpark, dolphin tours, and craig cats!
If you like to jog, walk, or bike with views of the beach, there's plenty of opportunity to do so on the sidewalks of Gulf Drive.
“Stay Salty” is located just a 10-12 minute stroll to several restaurants on Navarre Beach without having to drive. Enjoy Andy's, Juana's Pagodas, Beach House Bar and Grille, or Windjammer on the Pier.
Visit the Navarre Beach fishing pier, the longest pier in the Gulf. There’s a small gift shop - fishing poles and bait are available to rent/purchase. Walk the pier for beautiful views! It's not unusual to see sea turtles, jellyfish, fish, dolphins, etc. and the local catches! Sometimes the Blue Angels fly over too :)
There's a gas station on Navarre Beach for gas, ice, and snacks. You will have to drive back across the bridge for shopping/grocery needs, but Wal-Mart, Publix, Winn Dixie, and Aldi are all within 5-8 minutes.
Get an ice cream at Turtle Roll or a Sno-ball from the famous Tommy's Sno Balls just as the bridge entry.
Starbucks, Seven Brew, Dunkin and Deb's Coffee Drive Through, and Perfect Blend Coffee Company are all just over the bridge for morning coffee or an afternoon pick me up.
A few of our favorite restaurants are Scooters Fish House (seafood), Alphy's (for
breakfast), The Slippery Mermaid (great sushi), Dewey Destin's (quick seafood grab),
East Bay Crab House (sit down dining with great seafood and land options), Samurai
Japanese Steakhouse, Juana Pagoda's (for the tourist/local setting - on the sound & sand, lively atmosphere, music and volleyball), Andy D's (another beachside setting - often with live music and dancing), and Windjammers on the Pier (for views of the Gulf, the pier, music, volleyball, and casual dining).
There are plentiful fast-food options just over the bridge and many quick dining options (Chipotle, Waffle House, Panera, Tropical Smoothie, McDonalds, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Culvers, Whataburger, Subway, Burger King, KFC, Papa Johns, Dominos, Jersey Mikes, Firehouse Subs).
Want to experience a different beach setting? Jump in your vehicle and head west towards Pensacola down the Gulf Islands National Seashore. It's a breathtaking ride down the two-lane road with Gulf views on one side and the Sound on the other. Pack up for a Beach Day and stop at Opal Beach – a State Park on the Gulf Islands Seashore (you'll have to pay a small fee for the day), but there's hardly a crowd, lifeguards are on duty (during peak season), public restrooms, showers, and plentiful covered picnic tables are available. It's an absolute gem. There are other public beach access spots that are free along the drive too.
There are plentiful beach accesses and public parking near the pier and to the east of the pier with bathrooms and showers if you want to visit these beach spots too. Never know where the best shells are!
Visit Pensacola, Ft. Walton, or Destin for additional shopping, dining, etc. These are easy 30–45-minute drives (traffic dependent).
Visit the Gulf Breeze Zoo (it's a great zoo for all ages) or Visit the Sea Turtle Center on Navarre Beach
Visit Ft. Pickens - a National Park and Historical Fort teeming with wildlife and a natural beach setting rich in history.
Paddle board or kayak the Santa Rosa Sound or just go sit by the peaceful waters.
