This townhome is located on the sound side of the Navarre Beach. Lovely view of the sound from the kitchen window. Walking distance from the sound side beach (100 yards).
Walking distance from the Gulf of Mexico (Navarre Beach about 300 yards). Complex has a community pool and located close to the Navarre fishing pier, Juana's restaurant and the main beach access.

Weeks visit

Just what we needed for a 8 day stay. Outstanding property a hidden gem. Clean and comfortable. The owners worked with us to arrange our stay. First time using VRBO. We can’t say enough good things about our experience!

Birthday weekend getaway

Property was as described but the pool was not very inviting as the pictures show it to be. The beach access is down the driveway down the sidewalk to public access is about a10 min walk. The water side that is 3 mins away is the sound park side. I didn’t see anyone in that water so I didn’t even try it. You can catch a beautiful sunset picture though. You need to provide your own beach towels.

If you have a party of 4 for 3 days and nights and two are women- you will need to supply more than one roll of toliet tissue.

Cozy and Beachy

I had been staying in another condo but wanted to stay longer and this little gem was available. Jan was super responsive and accomodating. I had to check out by 10am from my condo and was able to get me in by 11am at the other condo (as i had food and all my belongings in my car and didnt want them baking for hours lol). She was very kind and helpful. The neighbor was very sweet and helpful as well. The condo was completely renovated and very nice. I have no complaints. Its relatively close to the pier and restraunts. Would definitely stay again.

Cameras inside townhouse.

Horrible. I thought it was going to be a great little get away from all the chaos the world is in right now. I brought my daughter and her best friend for the end of fall break trip, before school started back. As soon as we arrived and got unpacked and settled, my 11 year old daughter noticed a camera inside the residents above the bed she would be sleeping in. Of course we contacted whoever is over the property and she/he said it was facing the door. There was a wire running to a smoke detector and lord knows if there are any other cameras. The info about the townhouse says there is a camera facing the door, but it does NOT tell you it is inside. When the manager didn't want to do anything but say it was to see if animals were brought it in, we contacted the sherrifs dept and was informed it was against Florida state law to have one in a rental residence, no matter the circumstances. We did a report with them and he told us to contact and attorney. We called VRBO, and informed them. They say they are still investigating the ordeal. My advise to anyone who chooses to rent from here, please don't. It isn't worth your saftey or anyone with you. They told us it was no voice recording and no one had access to it, but everyone knows as well as I do, if it is sent over the internet it can be hacked and anyone can see it. Needless to say we left and traveled 2 hours to PCB and rented from a sweet couple we always rent from in the summer. Needless to say we won't be back to Navarre and a couple of others we have told about the stay said they won't be going back there either.

To many stairs

It was a cute little place but you have to climb stairs to the front door and inside the only bathroom is upstairs also It was clean except the oven it didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time

Perfect little spot for our little trip

This property is so cute and was perfect for my family! We ended up with 5 staying (my mom decided to tag along). 2 adults and 3 children. But sleeping arrangements were perfect with the couch, futon, and fold-away! I rated cleanliness a 4 simply bc the remodel process wasn’t yet complete and we didn’t have a designated parking space bc of some materials. But there was some other parking on the property. Great little cozy spot with easy walking to the beach!

The condo could use a little upgrade The couch was an,,oldy,, The water fosset next to staircase wasn't working so we had to use pool shower to rinse off the sand before entering condo Door is very squeaky, needs some tlc, The fridge smelled like old fishđŸ€ź The location and people around -amazing ....

Amazing!!!

We came down for a long weekend vacation and for our wedding! We loved staying here. It was cozy and clean. Perfectly placed. We could walk across the street to visit some guests that came down, walk to the pier, the beach, and local restaurants. The pool was clean and all the neighbors were very sweet. We hope to return next year!

Beautiful beach

Close to everything,clean, beautiful area. We were a little disappointed in the winding staircase up to the bedroom. It was impossible to get our luggage up there and the bed wasn't very comfortable. Overall the stay was nice.

Definitely recommend!

I was emailed the directions of how to get in our property. The directions were very easy to follow. We had no issues. Everything was very clean. Also had everything that was listed on the website. Highly recommend staying here! The I ly thing I would have done differently is maybe gotten a little bigger one. We had never really been on vacation so this was a learning experience all the way around. Ms Janet was very helpful!!

Good Location

This worked well for our young family. Easy access to the pool, beach and pier. The stairs are a little tricky inside with a narrow spiral staircase. Thanks for the accommodations and getaway to the beach!

Great Stay! Very Well Done!

The property was clean and completely ready for our stay. Cable TV, Air Conditioning, Internet and all Appliances including the Washer & Dryer worked flawlessly. Close to lots of great places to walk to and eat & drink & meet friends. Beach and Pier just a short walk and a great shortcut to Pensacola Beach through the Sanctuary. I can't say enough good about the stay and Jans' support to have it ready for us and a quick easy checkout. THE BEST! Just an AWESOME STAY!!!
