Welcome to Emerald Palms Poolside, a second-floor 2BR/2BA condo in the heart of Navarre Beach - "Florida's Most Relaxing Place." The community pool is right outside your balcony deck, and the Gulf's sugar-white sand is about 150 steps away across one of two Beachview Condo dune bridges. Sleeps 8, two renovated full baths, two arcade consoles, and all your beach gear is already here.



This is Navarre Beach the way it's meant to be: uncrowded, unhurried, and unplugged from the everyday.



THE SPACE

At 1,088 sq ft, the condo sleeps 8 comfortably across three sleeping areas:

- Primary bedroom: King bed

- Guest room: Queen bed + two twin bunk beds (kids love it)

- Living room: Murphy queen bed that folds out for two more guests



Two full, recently renovated bathrooms mean no morning traffic jams.



KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast to a full family thanksgiving dinner: refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee bar, blender, toaster, and all the dishes, cookware, and utensils you'll need. The coffee bar has both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig, so everyone's covered. The dining table seats the group, with the breakfast bar for overflow seating.



LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT

- 75" 4K Smart TV with streaming apps. Llog in with your own accounts under Guest Mode and on your checkout date all is erased!

- Two in-unit arcade console: Ms. Pac-Man and Golden Tee Golf are the kiddo faves

- Private deck overlooking the pool, made for morning coffees, family dinners, and sundowners

Beachview's amenities keep everyone busy without leaving the complex:

- Community pool (open 8am–10pm), just steps from your door

- On-site pickleball/tennis court

- Community grilling stations for evening cookouts

- Two reserved parking spots (marked with the unit number), plus overflow parking in BV/Compact spots. Provided parking passes must be used in all vehicles.



THE BEACH

Walk across the dune walkover bridges and you're on the sugar white sand. No driving, no hunting for parking, no hauling gear from a public parking lot. You'll be on one of the least crowded stretches of the Florida Panhandle, bordered by miles of protected Gulf Islands National Seashore.

THE LOCATION

Navarre Beach sits between Pensacola Beach to the west and Destin to the east. Both are close enough for a day trip and far enough away that you can actually relax. There's no spring break chaos and no wall-to-wall resort crowds. It's a barrier island that still feels like old Florida.



A NOTE ON THE VIEW (PLEASE READ)

Emerald Palms Poolside is a pool-side unit. From the deck you look out at the community pool, not the Gulf. The beach is a short walk, about 150 steps from the front door across the dune walkover. If you want a Gulf-front unit, this isn't it. If you want a relaxed, well-equipped base camp steps from the water with a pool right outside your door, this is exactly that.



GOOD TO KNOW
