Situé au dernier étage, ce 10e étage entiÚrement rénové offre une vue imprenable dans toutes les directions. Cette unité est sous une nouvelle propriété et a été totalement remodelée de haut en bas, tout est nouveau jusqu'aux cuillÚres et fourchettes.

Master suite dispose d'un lit king size avec salle de bain privée avec portes vitrées menant au balcon de 16 pieds.

Il y a deux chambres d'hĂŽtes, une avec un lit queen et l'autre avec deux lits simples parfaites pour les enfants.

Le Waterpointe 1 est situé dans le quartier calme et familial de Windy Hill à North Myrtle Beach et dispose d'une piscine intérieure chauffée, d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine extérieure, d'une piscine extérieure pour enfants, d'une aire de grillade avec des tables de pique-nique et de deux terrasses.

Le hall spacieux est Ă©quipĂ© de coins salon, tables et chaises .. Nous sommes Ă  moins de 1,6 km de Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, House of Blues, Ă©picerie Bi-lo. À seulement 2 miles de Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall et bien plus encore !!!

Wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and had an amazing view. It was a perfect place for a family vacation. After enjoying the beach, my children made many friends in the pools. We would absolutely come back and stay here!

Fall getaway, great stay

Very nice three bedroom renovated condo right on the beach with amazing tenth story views. Amazing sunrise views from the back porch and very clean beach. We stayed for five nights and enjoyed everything about the condo. Very comfortable and close to restaurants and attractions. Would stay there again!

The room was great. Perfect location, very clean, and Randy our contact was very helpful. We look forward to staying here again. We typically stay near all the madness in the center of Myrtle Beach. It was nice being up farther and in the calmer more relaxing area.

Like being at home!

Loved this property and will definitely stay here again. Fantastic view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, cooking meals in the fully stocked kitchen and coming home with clean clothes from the new laundry machines. Very comfortable beds too. We will be back!

Highly recommended property!

We had an outstanding week at this property. The rooms were nice and clean and more modern than many places that we have stayed at North Myrtle. The location is great and is close to a huge amount of restaurants and shops including the outlet center which we try to hit there every year. The rental company was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very friendly. I would like to thank Randy and his family for an excellent week at the beach. See you next year!

Our hosts made this a terrific experience!

This was our first time using VRBO and we were delighted with our experience. The communication from VRBO and the host was clear and thorough. Our host was very prompt to respond to a question during our stay and resolved the issue immediately. The photos accurately portrayed the unit. We enjoyed every moment of our stay. This unit has so many wonderful and thoughtful amenities! We can't wait to return!

Oceanfront Delight

We had a wonderful vacation in Unit 1003. The unit was well appointed with everything we could need. The building is a smaller high rise with 10 floors, is quiet and clean. We loved the pools (the weather was so hot for our week we were constantly in the ocean or pool). Elevators came quickly and move in was easy with luggage carts available. A/C was cold, views superb. And location excellent (nice low crowd area of the same size buildings, gorgeous wide beach).

Great family friendly condo with an amazing oceanfront view

Clean rooms, well stocked kitchen equipment, clean pools, fantastic beach front views. Noisy neighbors kept us up the first night but nothing a white noise app on our phones didn’t fix for the remaining nights. I was confused on the check on process but Randy was friendly and quick to help. It was a misunderstanding on my part. Would definitely consider staying again.

Great view!!

The unit was exactly as it was advertised! I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the master bedroom and second bedroom were very comfortable. The view/balcony is the best feature, the cheap plastic chairs should really be upgraded to make the balcony a more comfortable area. Other reviews mentioned the sound of the elevator being heard all night, and I could hear it, once I was asleep it didn't bother me, but it was certainly noticeable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and the property managers were responsive and great hosts!

Spotless upgraded condo

We had an amazingly comfortable stay here with our 1 and 3 year old. My son loved the cozy twin bedroom any had no issues sleeping away from home. The condo was unbelievably clean when we arrived. We found everything we needed in the kitchen while we were there. The hosts were immediately available for one small issue we had while staying. It's a very short walk to the beach which was so important with 2 small children. We were within 20 min of Broadway at the beach and less than 10 min from barefoot landing and the alligator zoo. We got in so many activities while still making it home for afternoon naps. Perfect place for a family trip and we will be coming back!!!

Completely updated and as advertised

The kids and I loved the remodeled condo, it’s updated amenities and accessibility to the beach! I wanted something right on the beach and indeed we were! Absolutely loved the new flooring, granite countertops and master bath with a walk-in shower. And even a skylight in the living room! We had plenty of towels, pots and pans, dishes etc for the 3 of us. Having the indoor pool and hot tub was a plus when it wasn’t “beach weather”. The outdoor pool wasn’t yet open for the season. Just up the road you’ll find lots of restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Anything you need is at your fingertips. There was a slight issue with the washer but Randy responded immediately to my message and Debbie came the next day to remedy the issue. We’ll definitely rent this property again! It felt like home away from home! Thanks for making our first trip to Myrtle Beach a great one!

Home away from home

After spending all day on the beach and in local shops and attractions it was nice to come back to a place that felt like home away from home. When we arrived i realized i forgot to print the parking pass and we were worried about the getting towed but I was able to message the property owners and they responded within 10 minutes and brought me a parking pass within the hour. There is a great view of the ocean from this 10th floor balcony. We took our 4yr old swimming in the indoor and outdoor swimming pools and It wasn't crowded like you would find at hotels. We will definitely be coming back next year!

Excellent beach week

The condo was perfect, clean, amazing views of the ocean. It is in a great location, with a quiet street at night and very close to all the area has to offer. They do a great job running the whole condo area as well, and the beach is wide and flat. Perfect for a family.

Great Vacation

Family friendly great clean condo. Had a great stay in 1003 it was clean great view easy check in. The 2 pools are great and so is hot tub. Will definitely be back next year.
