Bienvenue à l’unité 304 située au 3ème étage de Waterpointe 1 dans la section Windy Hill de North Myrtle Beach en Caroline du Sud. Profitez de votre boisson du matin sur le balcon qui offre une vue directe sur l’océan Atlantique.

Toutes nos locations incluent draps, serviettes, lits faits à l'arrivée et nettoyage à la sortie.

L'unité 304 récemment rénovée est une unité de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain, idéale pour les familles, les voyages de golf, une escapade en couple ou un long week-end à la plage.

L'unité 304 dispose d'un balcon donnant sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Cette unité a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les principaux appareils, y compris laveuse et sécheuse. Le salon et le maître sont équipés de télévisions.

Il y a un lit king size dans la chambre principale, une reine dans la chambre principale et 2 lits jumeaux dans la deuxième chambre.

Situé au 4619 South Ocean Blvd, dans la section Windy Hill Beach de North Myrtle Beach, le Waterpointe 1 est le lieu idéal pour une escapade paisible. Windy Hill est bien connu pour son atmosphère familiale et tranquille, loin de la foule et du bruit de la rue principale ou du centre-ville de Myrtle Beach, mais à moins de 5 minutes de dizaines de restaurants et d’activités.

Waterpointe 1 dispose d'une piscine intérieure chauffée, d'un bain à remous, d'une piscine extérieure, d'une piscine pour enfants en plein air, d'un espace de cuisson avec des tables de pique-nique, des planches pour trous de maïs et des terrasses bien exposées.

Le spacieux hall climatisé est équipé d'un coin salon et de tables pour les jeux, les réunions de famille ou tout simplement pour vous détendre.

Passez des heures à la plage à ajouter à votre collection de coquillages ou à vous lancer dans un nouveau passe-temps, à la recherche des dents de requin.

Nous sommes à moins d'un kilomètre et demi de Barefoot Landing, d'Alligator Adventure, de House of Blues et de l'épicerie Bi-lo. Seulement 2 miles de Walmart, Tanger Outlets, Centre commercial Myrtle Beach et bien plus encore !!!

Great location on the beach

The condo fit our needs well and right on the ocean decorated very beachy and comfortable. No complaints on the actual condo, but indoor pool and hot tub are very small. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it 😊

Nice condo in good location. Easy access to stores, shopping etc. nice view of the beach. Appreciate the rocker/ recliner!! Wish all rentals had one. Well stocked. Bed was comfy. Certainly would return.

Home away from home

This condo made for a great vacation experience. The condo was so nicely decorated that it was so comfortable. It was home away from home. It had the necessities to - coffee pot, Kcup or regular pot, tv, and wi-fii.

Enjoyable stay

Randy and Debby is always available to assist when needed. They even helped us with late checkout. Property was very well maintained, clean and lovely. Great Stay

After a few bad experiences with lodging, this was our first stay in North Myrtle Beach in several years. Being a little skeptical of returning to the Myrtle Beach area, we booked unit 304 at Waterpointe I for four nights and we were not disappointed. The condo is furnished well, clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The building is older but was very well-maintained. I never saw one grain of sand in the lobby as it was always kept spotless. As for location, it was great. WP I is in a predominant residential area so there was never much vehicle traffic. My wife and I rode our bikes nearly every night without any problems. There's a bike rack on location as well. We highly recommend the condo.

We had a wonderful time from the moment we arrived! Everyone in the building is always so friendly and nice! Everything is so convenient and close by. Great place

Great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Looked exactly like the photos. Easy access to the beach and pools. A bit of a wait at check-in for elevators and carts, but nothing excessive. Checking out was very easy. We didn't realize we would need to park across the street until after we booked, but it was a minor inconvenience. All in all, we would happily stay again without hesitation.

What a wonderful place to stay,we have going to Waterpoint 1 for years and we love it there. We have stayed in various condos and have never had a complaint. We just stayed in condo 304 and I just loved it, very well equipped comfy beds.It was very clean and welcoming. Randy and Debbie are Awesome people and they are very attentive to any concerns or information on things to do.They even have little craft nights in the lobby. You will not be disappointed staying at Waterpoint 1. Looking forward to next year. Thank you Randy & Debbie 😁🤗🌭🌴🏖

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just perfect. A great view, very very clean, close to restaurants (we thoroughly enjoyed Joes Bar and Grill) . The beach was gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo with great ocean views

Our new favorite vacation spot at Myrtle Beach. The booking and check-in were seamless. Parking was easy! The condo is beautiful and the views from the balcony are great! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get! The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the Keurig. Thoroughly enjoyed the comfy couch and the recliner was my husbands favorite spot. The master bed had a very firm foam mattress so not our favorite for comfort but that is personal choice. So many eateries nearby and there is a Starbucks less then a mile away! Oftentimes vacation rentals have limited cable access but we had a wide variety of channels PLUS Netflix/Hulu access and the internet was great! We loved it so much we have already booked a stay at one of the other condos managed by Happy Crab Vacations for spring Break. We will be back AGAIN and AGAIN!

The place was very clean as we had seen someone always cleaning and sanitizing. Our unit was also clean and nice remodeled. We enjoyed the family-friendly area with no issues or complaints. Definitely recommend this unit and facility.
