Hodnett Cooper is proud to present this two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 313 offers a beautiful ocean view across the swimming pool. Beach Club 313 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Clean nice place to stay. Easy process for a short family vacation. We have 4 small kids and it was perfect. It was also close to the pool/beach. Definitely would recommend and use again! Thanks!

Wonderful Weekend @ Beach Club

We have rented several times at Beach Club, but we particularly enjoyed this condo! It is a 3rd floor unit with a wonderful view and everything you need for a family of four or more to enjoy. Guest bedroom has multiple sleeping options and master was spacious.

St Simon Getaway

The unit was spotlessly clean. Fully stocked with kitchen, bathroom, games etc. Great location and plenty of parking for us and the golf cart. My only mention would be hot tubs were down and then when repaired they were never very hot. Property was spotless and well run otherwise. We would stay again.

Great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The bunk beds were a huge hit with the kiddos. The room was clean and well supplied.We had everything we needed even to cook many dinners during the week. The location on the beach was wonderful. We wish that little marsh in between the beach and hotel wasn’t there, but that is not the fault of the property! The only things I would change about the room would be the broken bathroom vent in the kids’ bathroom and the blinds in the bedrooms. Those should be changed to room-darkening curtains. The bedrooms were too bright without finding creative ways to block light. Thank you for a very nice getaway!

Loved it - would recommend this unit

5 Star all the way around! Overall the complex is clean, relatively quiet, with plenty to do. The unit was great for our family with 3 teen/preteen kids. We had a master suite to ourselves and they were on the other side of the living room. We cooked dinners at home - there were sufficient cooking pans, utensils, dishes, containers, etc. The kids loved being close to the beach and looking for crabs at dusk, shelling in the morning (best by East Beach), and cooling off in the pool. My husband was eyeing the grills but we didn’t want to buy and haul charcoal- recommend bringing a little to enjoy the patio. We went to the pier one evening and saw dolphin!

Labor Day/Hurricane Stay

Weather turned out great! Cute cute condo. Easy location. Good Pool. You can rent bikes right at the beach club. The gym was fully equipped. Lucked out!
