Ce magnifique condominium North Breakers de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est offert par Hodnett Cooper. Les condominiums North Breakers sont de taille généreuse avec un balcon privé avec vue sur l'océan, une cuisine complÚte avec un bar séparé et un grand salon et salle à manger combinés.

Great Place!

Clean, cozy place convenient to everything! Our family, one child and three adults, were very comfortable and had plenty of room. The view on the balcony was nice with a breeze. The pool was close by and easy accessibility to and from the beach with the private boardwalk. We didn’t find many shells but the beach was breathtaking! Great family vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice Condo

Better for a couple. Would be small for a family. Very noisy during the day. A lot of construction type noise. I’m sure the units closer to the beach would be better.

Quick trip

The elevator was out of service for a day and a half
that was challenging for my 81 year old mother since we were on the 4th floor! Overall great experience though!

Exactly What We Needed

We needed a quick weekend holiday, and we were lucky enough to happen upon this listing. The property is exactly as pictured, and the local area is lovely. It was quiet and clean. Only things to note...the management company sent out many extra emails, which was confusing. Also, when we were there, to get to the beach, you have to walk through a slight marsh. There were lots of mosquitoes, so plan for that! It was a short trek through though, and very much worth it for the natural, uncrowded, BEAUTIFUL beach! We saw dolphins!! My daughters loved that.

Great Fall Break

Nice place

The condo was nice. There were a few places that could have been cleaner. There were Cheerios on the counter
we didn’t have Cheerios. The knives in the knife block were put away dirty and there was cheese stuck to the bottom of one of the plates. I do realize that the dirty dishes issue was likely previous guests that put things away dirty and weren’t checked. The check-in process is dated, picking up and dropping off keys isn’t something I encounter typically. Property management was responsive and good. I loved the location and the view was nice and something that can be difficult to find on St. Simons. The place itself was great.

Great Spot for Family Vaca

We were very pleased with our rental. The accommodations were neat and clean and very livable. There was a great pool and good beach, even the hike to the beach was a little far. The complex was quite and the landscape was quite pretty. It was easy to get into town and tourist attractions. I would recommend staying here.

Great location for both beach and bike riding, good beach view from balcony, quiet during the week, clean pool, plenty of lounge chairs, AC worked great, condo clean overall. I would stay here again.

Very relaxing and not touristy

Quick but wonderful stay
