Great home for my husband, 3 kids and I! We enjoyed our week at the beach. The hosts are amazing and communicated everything in advance so check in and check out were super easy! I would definitely recommend this condo.

The beach was beautiful and very easy to get to. We rented bikes and 30a was fun to bike around and see the different towns. We didn’t use the pool at all because the weather and water at the beach was so nice.

Relaxing place to land

This is such a nice place to stay. Had everything needed and very clean. It is close to restaurants and shopping. Would recommend for a family vacation or even a couple wanting a beach stay :)

Great vacation stay

The Beach Nest worked out great for our family of five (2 adults, 18yo, 16yo & 11yo). Location is great, just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of room to relax together. Area is beautiful! Definitely would stay again!

Great spot!

Super easy check-in, clean and comfortable. Especially liked small conveniences like enough bath towels, hairdryer, soap/shampoo, toilet paper and plentiful kitchen equipment for travelers flying in with kids.

Trip to paradise!

This property is perfectly located. Very short walk to the beach. Beautiful gardens all around the property. Very nice pool area. The condo is nicely stocked with all the amenities of home! This is a place I plan to go back to. A true paradise!

Spring Break Trip

My daughters and I stayed here over Spring Break and had a wonderful time. The listing is exactly as it appears in pictures and the location is great- a very short walk to the beach! The closest beach access was unfortunately closed due to renovations but Allen communicated this with us prior to our arrival.

We had a lovely time. This is our second time staying in this neighborhood...we love Cassine Gardens! Allen was very timely in his communication, and the condo was perfect.

This is our 3rd time coming here. everything is always perfect and the owners are always great to work with. i always get immediate responses to all of my questions during our stay. beautiful condo, very clean and decor is gorgeous. we love the screened in balcony. nice pools and tennis courts. walking distance to beach and shops.

Great place and great property owner!

Our stay was excellent from the point of booking the property until the (sad) day that we had to leave! The property is clean, very well stocked and maintained, and is a great location to the beach! And Allen was always very quick to respond to any questions I had and give me check-in information. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach retreat

It is very pretty ! The photos were fairly accurate . If anything it’s prettier in person , spacious, well stocked with appliances and kitchen utensils, nice screen porches , these owners are professional artists and their decor reflects that.

Another great stay

This is the second time in two years that we stayed at this property and it has not disappointed either time. The location is excellent and feels private. The property is clean and as represented in the pictures. The property managers when contacted are prompt and polite. It’s an excellent location and we will probably be back, again.
