Quaint and quiet third floor corner unit with a great balcony overlooking Point Washington State Park tucked away in the heart of Seagrove Beach. A short walk or bike ride to the beach. Only steps away from Eastern Lake, one of Florida's famous coastal lakes and The Old Florida Fish House Restaurant.

Loved our stay!

Condos at Heron Watch is my go to place for 30A trips. It’s the perfect location to access several of the beach towns along 30A. This condo was a very clean, modern, beachy condo. Everything was perfect, we loved it!

Almost perfect

Check-in was easy and the condo was equipped with all the essentials. The manager communicated with us immediately when we sent a question. We were close to shopping, nice dining and the beach.

Cozy Beach Condo!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Heron's Watch! There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials. The property manager MJ was super nice and very responsive answering all questions that I had prior to our arrival. The check in/out process was a breeze and the location was great, very close to the beaches, shopping and dining!

Great location and affordable

Great place, 2nd time we've stayed in this complex. Nice porch on the back, owner very responsive. Clean, beds comfy, air works great, fully stocked kitchen. Would stay again.

Perfect getaway with my wife and daughter. The condo is convenient to many shops and restaurants. The condo is exactly as described and is very clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Summer Family Beach Trip

We loved the convenient location, the tranquil reserve out the back patio, the pool, and the privacy. The condo was clean and a perfect fit for our family of four.

Great location! (Walking distance to Old Florida Fish House) Close to a couple lesser populated public beach access points. Condo was spotless, checkin was a breeze, property manager was very responsive. Can’t recommend enough and can’t wait to come back!

Great place!

Place was very clean. Host was quick to answer any questions. It’s a nice hide away but also close enough to bike ride to the main attractions. They offered lawn chairs not beach chairs but that’s definitely an easy fix.

Cozy, Clean and Charming

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It met our needs in every aspect. It was a short drive to the beach, within walking distance or short driving distance of coffee shops. restaurants and shopping. It has a community pool where the kiddos can hang after a day at the beach. It is very family friendly and exudes beach charm. We will definitley stay here again!

Beach getaway with friends

The property was very nice with a pool. Kitchen was very well stocked with pots pans. They even included a bottle of wine! Bike shop near by is awesome and very useful for going to the beach.

Great price, great location!

Had a great time. Received our code in time to get in before 4. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Location was convenient to coffee restaurant, fish market, about 1 mile walk to the beach from the door to the beach. And for the price we couldn’t beat it for sure! I would absolutely recommend it!

Our Impressions

We enjoyed our stay at the "Great Cozy Beach Getaway". The accommodation was quiet and comfortable. It had practical furnishings in good condition. The kitchen was well equipped, The location is great if you have a vehicle. It's close to nice swimming beaches and nature walks. It has good grocery shopping nearby. Watercolor and Seaside were fun and interesting places to visit. We spent an enjoyable week during August-Sept 2023 when the rental rates were affordable for us.

Great Get Away!

The property manager was excellent. Reaching out via text right away and offering open communication. Location was what we expected. Rented bikes right around the corner and had a golf cart delivered for easy transportation. Clean and equipped unit! Loved being able to grill out.

Hidden gem!

We loved this quiet spot! We booked super last minute, but it ended up being perfect for our family! Convenient to everything we know and love! Property manager was easy to work with and responded quickly! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for great accommodations and a wonderful home away from home! The stairs is the only con we discovered during our stay- but we knew that going in.

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay! The property manager was great and answered any questions we had before and during our stay very promptly! The condo is nice, clean, and even had a beach umbrella and chairs for us to use! We rented a golf cart and used that to get to and from the beach, otherwise it’s about a 15-20 minute walk. The condo is in a great location within walking distance to a very popular restaurant and ice cream/donut/coffee shop. The only negative was that the condo is on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. We would definitely stay here again!
