Absolutely recommend this property!! Great location, walking distance to the beach and the pool is a short walk through the backyard. The whole house is the cutest and super clean. The hosts were super speedy on replying and even let us check in a tad early!

Did not look like much from the outside but was really nice inside. Nice backyard area; backed right up to the pool which was convenient. Having the 2 bikes was a nice perk.

Loved the location near the beach access, close to the pool and near lots of restaurants. Loved having the bikes available to us as well.

Great beach townhome

Very nice townhome, exactly as pictured. Very convenient location, close to the public beach access, restaurants and Publix for groceries. Also, the pool is bascially in the backyard which was so nice. Great family vacation spot!

Magnolia’s House

Magnolia’s House was the best! Great location…we were in the middle of everything! Great beach, wonderful restaurants! It was the cutest house! You walked in and immediately felt like you were home. Walking distance to the beach as well as the pool. There isn’t one thing I would change about our stay! Easiest and most relaxing vacation ever!

Walk to the beach!

Absolutely loved this property. Upon check in, it was super clean, and beautifully decorated. Loved the layout of the house. Plenty of towels and wash cloths! The walk to Seagrove beach was so easy and convenient! We love this little town and this house we stayed in. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break 2025

Magnolia House is very clean. Bikes were easy to use. Tennis courts were nice. Short walk to beach. Agent was quick to respond. We had a delightful stay. We highly recommend.

This condo was spotless and in the best location! Very easy walk to the beach. Mgmt communicated so efficiently and kindly. Great restaurants and retail within a quick walking distance. Ammenties galore! We can’t wait to return to this property.

Great location and perfect house for our family!

Literally steps from the beach and pool! Everything we needed for the beach was there waiting for us and in great condition. We loved being able to cross the street and within 2 minutes have our toes in the sand. The house was clean and renovated and had all of the space and amenities you could want. We would definitely stay here agai and recommend it to our friends!

Overall, we had a great vacation and really enjoyed the place itself. The location was perfect, the place felt very clean, the pool is basically in your backyard. It was very tastefully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, the A/C worked great. One note - The TV in the master was fine (some reviews said you couldn't pull it out off the wall, which is perpendicular to the bed, but it is on a swivel arm now). Honestly if we didn't have one big thing go wrong, the place would've been absolutely perfect, 5 stars. Nothing negative to say about it. The main reason for the lower stars is that the washing machine was broken upon check in. We did not get notice of this until the day after we checked in. Sandpiper Vacation provided timely communication after the initial message about it being broken. They offered to reimburse us for wash n fold (after they offered the name of a service and I asked to be reimbursed), but I decided I did not want to send off items that we might need. My main complaint about the communication is that we were originally told they would come to service the machine on Monday, then it moved to Tuesday, then they never came/didn't fix it (not sure) on Tuesday, then we left on Wednesday and the machine was still broken. I had to ask for a refund for the inconvenience, it was never offered until I asked. If the machine is fixed, and everything is working properly, I would stay here again.

Convenience to everything

This condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. It's the end unit so very close to the beach and right in front of the pool . We enjoyed the welcome basket as well as the bathroom amenities. They also provided a hair dryer in each bathroom. We have stayed in Cassine Gardens many times and this was one of the nicest units.There are lots of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas too.The only negatives were that the beach in Seagrove is quite overcrowded and while we were there the water was very rough. It was a yellow and purple flag every day.

Great property!

We loved our stay at Magnolia House. The property was super clean and decorated nicely. Only had one issue with a slow draining bath tub and property manager was quick to stop by the next day to resolve. We loved the convenience of the pool right out the back door and the short 3-5 min walk to the beach. The only small gripe we had was that the TV in the master bedroom was unwatchable with the way it was positioned. I think if owner added a swing arm TV mount that it would resolve the problem. Overall great place and location. Already looking forward to next year!

Location

A few suggestions is to have a full length mirror in second bedroom. Tv's in bedrooms won't swivel to be able to watch. It needs suitcase racks in bedrooms. Living rm ceiling needs paint over large spot. Inform guest that washer and dryer are outside in closet. With all my negative suggestions, I will say the place was super clean and close to the beach. If I was to rate overall, it would be a 7-8 out of 10.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at magnolia house. The townhomes location to the pool, beach and restaurants was so convenient. One minute walk to the pool, 5m walk to the public beach and pizza, Mexican and donut shop next door. The bikes were an added bonus giving our teen girls the freedom to explore the area on their own. The hosts also had beach chairs and umbrellas available for use. The townhome had a well appointed kitchen as well as plenty of towels and wash cloths in the bathrooms. We will be back!

Excellent location to the beach and pool. Condo was clean.

We loved the location. Condo was as advertised. The washing machine was not working properly. We called on Monday. Had to follow up with service request on Tuesday. We did not here anything the rest of the trip. Not even sure if maintenance came to take a look. I understand things break down, just disappointed that nobody came out to even access the problem. If they did it was not communicated. Other than this inconvenience we loved the place.

Perfect location

Beach access directly across the street. Walking distance from multiple shops and restaurants. Easy driving distance to other great spots along 30A. Would stay here again.

Lovely beach condo

I came and stayed here with a couple girl friends of mine. We absolutely loved this space - it is so close to the pool and the beach! Great parking, beautiful decor, and just cozy enough!
