SituĂ© Ă  Villa Palmira, Humacao, ce paradis en bord de mer est totalement rĂ©novĂ©, entiĂšrement meublĂ© avec toutes les commoditĂ©s, entiĂšrement climatisĂ©, Internet sans fil, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse et piscine privĂ©e (service de piscine chaque semaine) À seulement 45 minutes en voiture, vous avez la forteresse fortifiĂ©e historique ville du vieux San Juan. La montagne tropicale El Yunque Rainforest et la magnifique plage de Surf Luquillo (La Pared) sont Ă  40 minutes en voiture. MusĂ©e du phare d'El Faro et rĂ©serve naturelle de Las Cabezas (lagune de mangrove bioluminescente). La ville portuaire de Fajardo, et des locations de bateaux pour la voile / le canotage, la plongĂ©e avec tuba / la plongĂ©e sous-marine, la pĂȘche et les ferries pour les Ăźles Culebra et Vieques, Ă  5 miles. Host was responsive. House had a ton of odds and ends that could be needed on vacation (pool floaties, calamine lotion, cooking spray, ziploc bags, etc.) Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Several adorable, calm roaming dogs that my kids loved. Overall great stay for 2yo to 68yo. Overall great stay!

Classic PR home. The home is perfect for a family get away - plenty of bedrooms and baths. The front porch is a classic island setting. Pool was warm and clean. The entire property is clean, clean, clean. Well air conditioned. Kitchen has what you need. No dishwasher, so we took turns washing plates. The true gem of this house is the beach and neighborhood - hidden gem!

I would give it more stars if I could! Norma is the sweetest host ever! She was extremely helpful and always responded to any questions we had super quick. The house itself was perfect for us! Plenty of space and everything we could possibly need. The pool is perfect for days you just want to stay in and hang out. We all loved it but mostly my son who was in there every chance he got. The neighborhood is so quiet and friendly. The beach area was a literal dream!!! So perfectly landscaped and clean. It was surreal! There’s a Walmart 10 mins away in a huge shopping plaza and they even have an old navy there too. Don’t worry if you forgot anything behind because you can get it there. There’s a neighborhood little doggie that belongs to a neighbor and he was one of the best parts of our stay! Be good to him and tell him the Ortiz family misses him already! Thank you Norma!

Great for a family vacation! We had a great time at the house and enjoyed the pool very much. The beach was also very nice for walks and to catch the sunrise. We didn’t get a chance to swim as the waves were a little too rough for us. Overall, easy check-in, great communication with the property manager (very good!), Walmart and restaurants very close to the home, easy to access any shops and pharmacy as well. Great amenities, everything you need for the house was already there, and nice surprise in the fridge for us when we arrived, thank you!!! We highly recommend! You will not be disappointed :) we can’t wait to be back soon.

Our group of 62 people stayed in Punta Santiago for a Mission Trip. We rented a few houses in this neighborhood. Our host was super helpful and kind. The home had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the house was clean upon arrival.

Perfect location

Norma was amazing at responding immediately to any questions we had. This house was cute and spacious for the 6 of us and was perfectly located for any of our excursion and beaches we did. Would definitely book here again! Thanks Norma for being a wonderful host.

The house was so close to the beach. Unfortunately, we were unable to go to the beach because of the excessive sargassum. We ended up having to drive about 20mins away to find a clean beach. Obviously not the hosts fault.Norma was super responsive. The house was exactly what we needed and even had essentials (assuming left behind by other guests) such as cooking spices, rice, pasta, q-tips, lotions, pool tubes, etc. We added to a few water shoes and spices as well There are a few neighborhood dogs in the community, be on the lookout though, they like to “lead” the cars and randomly pop up in front of moving cars. We almost hit them There are restaurants right outside the neighborhood gate but only one was open during our time there. The preserve is walking distance and so pretty.Overall, it was a great place to use as a base to explore the surrounding areas.Thank you Norma!!

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and had everything you could need, even lots of extras like fishing poles, pool toys, strollers ect. Our family of 6 was very comfortable, and everyone loved their stay. The pool is beautiful and we spent plenty of time there. Most of all Norma was an amazing host. We needed to reschedule our stay more than once and she was always accommodating. Everytime we reached out she responded in minutes. There wasn't anything that would make not want to return.

We had a great time. Three generations gathered and all found the property delightful. As you walk the property you can see Norma's attention to detail in keeping the house looking beautiful.

Excellent rental!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. We go to Puerto Rico every year in honor of my father. We usually go to the west coast but decided to switch it up this year. Our time at Norma’s beautiful home did not disappoint! The pool was such a gift and the ocean fantastic. Yes, there was some seaweed, but not enough to deter us. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Good restaurants within walking distance. Nice neighbors. Just an overall wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you, Norma!

Better than advertised!

Great spacious place a few steps from the beach in a gated community. The pictures don't do it justice. Pool is large and very nice. Plenty of outside space. Beach is beautiful and secluded. Shopping including Wal-Mart is 10 min away. Only wish to improve - a brighter light in the living room. Our 3 teens stated they want to come back to THIS house next time.
