Ma maison est à 3 miles du centre-ville d'eau claire, 4. 9 miles de la plage de l'eau claire et 6 miles de la plage de Sand Key. Bon nombre d'épiceries à proximité. Un pâté de maisons du sentier Pinellas. Chambres de bonne taille avec un lit queen et un placard pour accrocher des trucs. La rue est calme et vous pouvez bien dormir la nuit. Place de parking juste en face si la maison.
Les gens ont fait remarquer à quel point il est pratique d'arriver n'importe où.

Awesome cozy stay

We really enjoyed our stay and close to the beach and all the restaurants . The hot water was amazing it took care of my family of 4 the neighborhood wasn’t the best but nobody bothered us

Wonderful place to stay!

Casa Lola was a wonderful! Adriana is a wonderful host! Quick to respond to questions, has a clean and tidy rental and she has directions for use of appliances and everything! We would definitely stay again in the future!

The place had everything you would need kitchen towels, dish soap and all the silverware and utensils needed. All rooms were clean and there were blankets for cold nights. However I observed the surveillance camera scotch taped over the molding of entrance door in living room. I taped over the lens on second day so it wasn't a problem. This should've been mentioned.

Great location! Great Host!

For less than a 100 a night you get a small house all to yourself with the host living right next door if anything should arise. Nothing was needed from our host but she was quick to respond to every message I had before our stay! The house is in a typical Florida neighborhood.

Easy and clean and convenient

Casa Lola was very clean and an easy check in. Everything there we needed . Close to beach and Blue jay spring training field. Will definitely keep it in mind for another year .

Overall good place

It is a good place in general and we did not have any complaints on anythings inside it. The communication with the host was great. The only thing that really bothered us was joyfull neighbors who could shout, sing and laugh till early morning near our window.

Was a little nervous about area

When we showed up, there were people pushing a shopping cart and area seemed a little sketchy, but once we were there, I got a little more comfortable. Owner was great to deal with and place was very comfortable and clean.

Cozy stay for vacay.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks. It was a cozy stay. Great location, so close to beaches and many activities. Adriana, our host, was super sweet and communication with her was very easy. The place was clean and well equipped. A few suggestions would be: a safety bar in the tub/shower, maybe upgrade the carpet and have a 2nd TV in one of the bedrooms. nice place - noisy neighbors

Place was clean and close to where we had to go. Neighborhood was older but nothing horrible. Had neighbors on one side that liked to sit outside at night till the wee hours of the morning talking. The noise from the neighbors wasnt every night. But a few nights it was late worst night was 3 am. Had to turn on some white noise to dround out. But over all everything worked and had a pleasant stay. Would stay again.

I bought this property because it is a duplex house. I wanted to live in one unit and rent the other one. Later on I discovered the short term rentals and I decided to rent in this plarform. I am enjoying it very much!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When I came to check the property, I was taken aback by the trailer park at the beginning of the street. But then I saw many kids playing outside and It was really nice to watch and hear their laughing. Threre are many families living around. The neighborhood is actually quiet because is it close to a dead end street with the Pinellas Trail at the end of the street.
