Mountain Home avec de superbes vues sur le pic du brochet dans la forêt nationale

The Summit est une nouvelle maison personnalisée entourée de tous côtés par la forêt nationale de Pike à Woodland Park, dans le Colorado, et située dans une communauté fermée. Il faut regarder et écouter pour voir ou entendre les voisins! La maison est à distance de marche de Rampart Reservoir et à seulement 35 minutes de l'académie USAF. Nous sommes également à 10 miles de la base de Pike's Peak et à 10 miles du pôle Nord (atelier du Père Noël). De plus, Woodland Park a un nouveau centre aquatique situé à seulement 8 km. Bien que nous puissions dormir jusqu'à 16 personnes, leur capacité est bien plus grande avec des frais supplémentaires.

Le sommet offre une vue inégalée sur le pic du brochet à partir d'un design scandinave moderne. Le plan d'étage ouvert à l'étage permet à tout le monde de rester connecté: inspirez-vous lorsque vous communiquez avec la famille dans de grands espaces de vie ou souvenez-vous avec un verre de vin dans une cuisine luxueuse et gastronomique. Pour ceux qui souhaitent passer un moment tranquille, installez-vous confortablement dans notre coin lecture avec un livre posé sur la chaise confortable ou participez à une conversation intime au bar situé au rez-de-chaussée. Les mélomanes apprécieront le piano à queue de concert vintage Baldwin; les amateurs de plein air peuvent se détendre sur les meubles récupérés localement sur le patio de débrayage en bas, puis profiter de nos deux ponts - prendre le soleil sur le pont de débrayage privé de la chambre principale ou griller et manger sur le pont de cuisine spacieux.

Le Summit a un plancher chauffant et n’a pas de courant alternatif car il se trouve à 8700 pieds; alors, par beau temps, ouvrez simplement des fenêtres surdimensionnées si nécessaire et profitez de la brise croisée, accédez au ventilateur de la chambre principale ou utilisez divers mini-ventilateurs disponibles.

Stunning Stay

The house is absolutely stunning. And the views even better. The house has everything you could possibly need between the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas. We held our microwedding here and it was everything i could have dreamed for and more!!! I would 10/10 recommend this place for a stay or an event.

Perfect Getaway

Had an amazing time hosting our wedding here! The home is stunning, and you obviously can’t beat the views from all over the home. I’m jealous of all the future brides who will get to have the completed reception space in the future. Amazing House with Amazing Views

What a fantastic house, with fantastic views. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Summit. Watching the New Years Eve fireworks on Pikes Peak was especially exciting. Tyler and Eve were exceptional hosts. We look forward to staying here again.

Hôte : Tyler and Eve Lawrence

We are the Lawrence family, made up of 6: Elsa (7), Davis (5), Caius and Cruz (twin 3-year-olds), Mom (Eve), and Dad (Tyler). Tyler is an Assistant Principal and Eve is a Group Fitness Instructor/Trainer by day, and Professional Mom by day and night. Elsa is a little Mommy, and the boys are boys--dirty and destructive:)

We started our journey 3 years ago as homeowner-contractor-builders with a dream to build a home isolated from the city. Finally, after successes and failures, our dream home is complete. Adventure and exploration are important to our way of life. From hiking to rock climbing, paddle boarding to sledding, The Summit provides endless opportunities to experience and engage nature in its grandeur.

We started the building process with an essential purpose in mind, which was to share our home with others so that they might experience freedom. Freedom to experience nature without hesitation; freedom to be alone and quiet; freedom to reflect with loved ones; freedom to escape life's expectations; freedom to refresh and reset; freedom to have fun.

It is our hope, desire, and prayer that anyone who visits The Summit will find what they are looking for. We are honored and excited to provide an unforgettable experience.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Eve grew up on this mountain, often hiking to the undeveloped property for prayer time. The Summit was at first a piece of land upon which the county said we'd never be able to build. Eve and I, before and during marriage, would often hike to The Summit with dreams of a future that felt palpable but sill impossible. For five years, family worked tirelessly with and against "the powers that be" to subdivide the land. And years later, dreams and prayers were actualized.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We were unsure whether or not to put a TV in the upstairs great room, and after a week of living in the home, we realized that our Pike's Peak view was better than any hulu original or Netflix documentary. Beyond that, our favorite moments are sitting with the kids on the great-room couch, identifying forms and characters of the ever-changing clouds shaping Pike's Peak. The Summit has centered us to regain what's perhaps been lost in an overly-busy and technological-driven society: we value the importance of slowing down, embracing conversation, and appreciating what it means to be an old soul.
