The sofa sleeper was broken and was unusable. We were planning on using it for our 2 small children and had to improvise for our sleeping situation. Other than that, the condo was how it was described in listing.

The first 2 days, the pool was so cold you couldn’t use it. Must have turned the heater on after that, as it was like bath water after that. Our beach was closed for the first few days, so we drove to a neighboring beach section, so that we could use the chairs, which were a part of our room cost.

Property was very well kept and really like that beach chairs and umbrellas were set up daily for condo residences. Condo had pretty much everything you need, but be aware there isn’t even salt/pepper or coffee filters (which we have at least had these in all other VRBO’s we have stayed in). Only one trash bag for the kitchen for our weeks stay. However, overall, condo sufficed for our needs. Owners may want think about getting a new mattress . Condo is close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Great view from the balcony!

AWESOME RENTALS WITH FABULOUS VIEW

The property was very clean with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The gate person RJ was so helpful and friendly. I would recommend this unit and property.

Hubby and I enjoyed our stay here, the only issue that we had was figuring out how to check in and that was only because no one was at the gate when we arrived. The gate keeper was doing his rounds and so we just drove in and thought maybe there was an office to check in somewhere. They don’t tell you but you check in at the gate and if no one is there…ring the bell and wait because that is where you get your key. Other than that the stay was great!

Vacation Trip

The place is exactly like the pictures. The view is amazing and the beach is right across the room. The beach is within walking distance, literally across the parking lot. The set up of the place is very nice. The space in the bedroom was bigger than I thought it was going to. Unfortunately, the mattress was very uncomfortable we woke up everyday with sore backs and the couch wasn't any better. The kitchen was small, but very nice. The office ladies were not nice or helpful. They seemed to get annoyed if you asked them any questions about the property, for example when checking in I asked where was the pavilion? the reply I got was "You can't miss it." We had never been at the property before we got dropped off at the front doors where the front desk was located. They gave me no assistance on the location of anything on the property, any events at the property, where the pool was or how the check out process was. The front gate guys were amazing! They were very nice and helpful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love to come to Jetty East for short vacations. Been coming here for years. Great amenities such as heated pool, hot tub, and a large cabana on the beach with grills and tables. 417A has a nice view of the beach, pool and cabana.
