We had a great stay, check in was easy but would have liked to check in before 4. Kitchen is very small only room for one person at a time but other then that it was wonderful.

Lovely condo!

A great small condo for a weekend get away. Steps from the beach with beautiful views. The chair service on the beach was great. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. Parking was great and was centrally located to great restaurants !

Great vacation condo

First things first Samantha is a great host very responsive and hospitable. The property is homey and clean. It’s a very quick walk to the pool and beach just steps away. Would recommend to any couple or small family.

The BEST

The condo was represented online just as it appeared in person. It was very clean and just enough space for my husband and I! The bed slept extremely well and the owner Samantha is a sweetheart! She responded to my messages promptly and is extremely nice! I would love to make this an annual getaway! I highly recommend Samantha’s condo!

Perfect Vacation Destination!

Very satisfied staying somewhere that feel like home. Very clean and well maintained. We were supplied with everything we needed from beach chairs, beach towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies, games and even a popcorn maker. Never a dull moment. My family and I really enjoyed our time spent. Look forward to making more memories.

Great Location

Stay was great as it was right on the water, close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host communicated promptly and the property was clean and quiet. Only a few suggestions, which were communicated directly to the host - trash disposal was not noted in the check-in and there is a charge for beach chair and umbrella rental; however 4 small beach chairs were provided by the host. Trash disposal is a wall shoot on each floor. Bathtub is small and needs updating but great water pressure and gets hot fast.

Major construction projects property should not have been listed at that time!

The noise from the construction in and on the building was so loud that we could not stay in the rental during the day. The host contacted VRBO to ask them to find us another place to stay as she was unaware the construction was so extensive. VRBO did not find us another rental. We contacted VRBO and they said not to communicate with the host but only their agents. However VRBO did nothing for us and ignored us until we disputed our bill with our credit card company. We sent pics as VRBO asked for of the construction. VRBO customer service was useless. The reply from them was the construction was not in the unit. It was all around the unit as there was a major storm in Destin last year. We did not receive a credit.

First Anniversary paradise stay

The host was terrific she check in on us (by email) to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. The condo was great, right there by beach the condo was clean and had everything we needed. The one thing that blow me away was the kitchen even had a big oh crab 🩀 pot for seafood boils. We ate good that night lol. If u get this condo u will not regret it 5 stars for sure and then some!!!!!!

Relaxing Stay

Unbeatable location. Most responsive host in history. Property is both modern (tile, fresh paint) and retro (popcorn ceiling, shower insert). Nothing beats a clean property with a host happy you are staying there!

We decided to buy this lovely little condo with direct beach access to avoid the crowds of hotels and public beaches. We're so excited to share this with our guests so everyone can enjoy a relaxing getaway with the comforts of home. This year we added two more condos in the same building...and Log Cabins in the Smokies to our vacation rentals!

**This property is unique because it is located on a very quiet strip on the beach. Private access, no large condo buildings on the right side allow for plenty of space to spread out and relax
