C'est un grand studio avec cuisine et balcon privé donnant directement sur l'océan. Condo récemment rénové avec cuisine bien équipée, comptoir en granite avec cuisinière / four et réfrigérateur.

We got the condo for a nice deal, it seemed so for a spring break. The view is great, the AC is great, and the location is superb. Nice heated indoor pool and a lazy river as well.I would recommend having a dishwasher to help with dish cleaning. Another recommendation is fixing the main door which shut very fast with force. Could hurt a kid or a pet ! very good experience otherwise.

Thank you for the feedback. We have adjusted the door so that it is closing properly. This building will not allow us to install a dishwasher unfortunately.

Host was delightful with great communications. Condo was lovely and we were able to see the sunrise without having to go down to the beach itself (since it was cold - but exactly what we expected for November.) Great location with restaurants, shopping and other attractions very close. Highly recommend.

Great ocean front view from the condo. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful pools. Very pet friendly. Parking was a bit of an issue as parking garage is old and narrow. We did have someone cut the cover to our truck bed on our last night there.

Was a great place for what we were looking for. Location was wonderful, not in a bad area. Check in process was a breeze and very easy to find. The room was very clean with immaculate ocean views. The room had everything we needed, except a pair of scissors, so no complaints! Very happy with our vacation here.

Great place to stay.

Overall the Patricia Grand was a great place to stay. The place is a little older but very clean. We had a great ocean view and a small but nice deck to sit out on. The pools are very nice and it has great beach access. I would stay here again.

Great beach location!

Condo was very clean and is located within short distance of great restaurants. You step right out onto the beach which was so convenient. We had a kitchen sink leak and property owner addressed it immediately to fix it. Condo is small but plenty of space for the two of us and our pup. We enjoyed a great week!

The view from the room’s balcony was spectacular! The room was a little small, but clean and very comfortable. Everything is as pictured and we will definitely be back. Love that they are so pet friendly.

Rental was very clean and well-equipped. We slept well in the good bed. Beach view great. Beach was groomed and cleaned daily. The facilities at Patricia Grand were very good and the staff helpful and friendly. We loved having our dog with us. Good nearby area for her duties. Overall, this vacation was a very positive experience

Great Stay

We had a great time with our kids and dog. Room was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend away. We enjoyed the amenities on the property (pools, coffee shop). Close to restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed the ocean view from the room. Would stay here again.

We loved the property. The condo was beautiful and perfect for us and our fur babies. The owner of the unit was great to work with the set up our visit. The view was amazing! I will definitely come again and stay in this condo.
