The Space

The Carriage House offers a fully stocked kitchen, two dining tables (seats 14 with the island), a family room, and a 200-square-foot lanai. It has 3 bedrooms consisting of two king beds, one twin bunk bed, and one double bunk bed. There are three doors to access the private lanai and enjoy the views of the golf course and marsh.

Bed 1 - Primary Suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, double sink ensuite (shower and bath), office setup, and access to the lanai.

Bed 2 - Secondary suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite with a shower.

Bed 3 - Two bunk beds (double over double and twin over twin), access to the third bathroom (with a bathtub) which can be made private by closing the pocket door.

Large kitchen fully stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, pots, pans, plates, etc.

Laundry available inside the unit.

Wi-Fi throughout the property, as well as 3 smart TVs (main room and primary/secondary suite).

Linens, towels, shampoo, body wash complimentary with the stay.

Two private parking spots and convenient guest parking.

- A phone/video call is required before confirming your booking.

- Pets are not allowed on the property unless given special exception.

- Check-in time is anytime after 3 PM, and check-out is after 11 AM.
