Grande unité de coin mise à jour. Vue sur le lac, plage privée, piscine, spa et vélos

Unité de coin grand rez de chaussée avec lanai enveloppant offrant une vue sur le lac depuis chaque chambre. Situé à Wild Pines dans l'exclusive communauté fermée de Bonita Bay.

Unité mise à jour avec cuisine et salles de bains rénovées et nouvelle moquette. La chambre principale a un lit king avec télévision à écran plat et une nouvelle literie. Chambre d'hôtes a deux lits jumeaux, télévision à écran plat et une nouvelle literie. La chambre familiale dispose d'un canapé-lit avec une télévision «intelligente» à écran plat. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain privée et grand curseur menant à la véranda. L'unité dispose d'Internet haut débit avec wifi. Draps, serviettes de plage, 4 raquettes de tennis et deux vélos sont fournis.

Wild Pines propose une navette en saison (du 15 novembre au 30 avril) pour la plage privée de la baie de Bonita, où des chaises longues et des parasols vous attendent. Il y a aussi des barbecues au gaz, des pavillons avec tables de pique-nique et des toilettes. Un service de restauration décontracté est proposé en saison à la plage. Hors saison (du 1er mai au 14 novembre), il se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage privée.

La piscine, le spa et les courts de tennis Wild Pines se trouvent juste en face du parking de notre unité. Il y a aussi un pool house avec tables de pique-nique et un réfrigérateur à votre disposition. Les barbecues au gaz sont situés à la fois à la piscine et dans le parking près de l'unité.

Bonita Bay est un sanctuaire certifié Audubon avec 12 miles de sentiers pavés pour la marche, le vélo et le jogging. Trois parcs au sein de la communauté offrent tennis, pickleball, basketball, pétanque, terrains de jeux, aires de pique-nique, jardin des papillons, promenade de la baie arrière et canoës et kayaks complémentaires. Il y a aussi une marina et le restaurant Backwater Jacks.

Bonita Bay a quelque chose pour tout le monde et la proximité de l'aéroport, des restaurants, des magasins et des restaurants raffinés est imbattable.

This was our tenth year at Bonita Bay and our third in Wild Pines. The condo was very clean and attractive. The view from the lanai was gorgeous and peaceful. Relative spent one night with us and they were very impressed with the property.

Everything was wonderful, host was extremely helpful, answered all questions above and beyond. Instructions were concise and very clear. Condo was super clean and well stocked. We never cooked so can't speak to any of that!

This was such a wonderful place with such an excellent and responsive host. We actually have been to Bonita Bay for years, and we have parents who live here, but we stayed in Wild Pines, where our love for the area began, and this is the most updated and modern unit. We wanted to make it our home. I would give it six stars out of five if I could. When we arrived, the attention to details with the cleanliness was impeccable. The unit is quiet, and the wrap around Lanai is lovely. We would have happily stayed longer if we could, and we will stay here again. When you are looking at the listings and mulling them over, choose this one! You won’t regret it!

Super clean condo with every amenity you will need for a great stay. Beautiful landscaping. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by. Perfect stay! Definitely would recommend to anyone and we hope to visit again.

A lovely home away from home! Clean, spacious, comfortable, and full of amenities. We love staying in Bonita Bay. Robyn’s home was perfect for our two week holiday.

My family and I fell in love with Bonita Bay when visiting a few years ago and now vacation here exclusively.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The views of the lake from this unit and the privacy it affords together with ground floor access make this a wonderful, unique place. Wild Pines is a small complex so the pool and tennnis courts are just across the parking lot. The shuttle to the private beach is close and convenient and we love that the beach has chairs and umbrellas so that all we need are beach towels, sunscreen and a good book.

We also love the gated, secure community of Bonita Bay with its miles of trails for walking/biking, and it's varied parks. In addition, we love walking or biking to The Promenade. It's proximity to the community is wonderful and you can shop or enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
