Amazing views

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Everything was as described. The view from the balcony was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation I have is to replace the shower curtain liner in the master bath with a weighted one so it doesn’t move while you are showering.

Great resort

The property was very well maintained and clean. Great location. Only two things wrong. The HVAC was very poor. It is ridiculous to need to run multiple box fans in the master bedroom as there is no air supply. The window really needs curtains or better shades as at night it is as bright as daytime making it difficult to sleep. Hot and bright don't work well for peaceful sleep.

Great location

This place is very outdated! The furniture looks like something my grandma would have in her house, the couch is stained and the outside furniture was 3 different chairs that torn and not comfortable at all. We found cigarette buds on the patio outside that could of been from another condo but the patio outside was so dirty that who knows how long it has been there. Bed where ok. We tried to use the ice machine on the refrigerator but black stuff came out so don’t use the ice machine! I had to hand wash the dishes because the dishwasher looks like it has not been used in months, it had rust stains all in it. The pool was awesome, and the location was great. Checkin was easy!

Comfortable and convenient

Overall it’s a great room: spacious rooms, deep bathtubs, water pressure that’ll nearly knock you over, and and absolute beautiful view. This was our second time staying in this exact condo and I believe their was a switch in property management and not for the better. Their was sand under the first layers of sheets/comforter on the bed when we first arrived. They ask the normal requests of dishes being clean in the dishwasher and towels clean in the dryer when we leave. But there wasn’t any laundry detergent for the towels so we had to go buy some, but my concern was not knowing if the previous vacationers had done the same. Everything around the Majestic itself inside and out is kept clean, the pools/hot tubs are clean, the elevators are smooth and quick.

So many choices, I'd pass on this one.

We spend a week each year in a condo on the gulf coast and this was the only disappointing unit we've ever rented. There are endless options available for rent, I recommended passing on this one. We stayed in July 2020. We had to wait to get into the room because cleaning didn't finish until 5pm. We arrived a few minutes before 4pm, housekeeping came out and told us they would be done at 4pm. So instead of going to find a way to pass the time we waited outside the room for what turned out to be an hour. The layout of the condo disappointed us. Both bedrooms are on the street side of the property and very small. The bedroom carpets are frayed and pulling up at the doorways. At first, we were concerned about stepping on tack strips, but we found that someone tool the time to remove the tack strips to eliminate that hazard. Cleanliness was so so, we found a half-eaten piece of pizza under the bunk beds, moldy shower curtains, pile of sand on the balcony that followed us back into the room all week long. The freezer shelves are broken and were laying in the freezer on an angle, not even an attempt to fix by the cleaning staff. The ice maker is broken and drips water continuously. You can have a giant ball of ice, but cubes require ice picking with one of the very dull knives provided. Oh, and the refrigerator also has a serious wobble to it. Basically it's the type of thing you move to the garage at home. Not critical, but as an example of lack of care the owner of property manager has for the unit, the tv doesn't fit in the cabinet with doors open. You have turn it sideways a little to watch it. We see others complain about security, we appreciate the security. We have stayed at properties where the pool, hot tub, parking, and other amenities are full of vacationers that rented a cheap place across the street and then fill up the amenities that we're paying for. We appreciate security keeping them out and checking wrist bands. Negative reviews about the chair and umbrella rental company are spot on. They suck. If there is any wind, they put down all umbrellas and don't allow them to go back up for the remainder of the day. They start collecting chair pads around 2pm even though rentals go until 5pm. We rent chaira for conveniences that this company works really hard to take away. If you don't rent from them they make it difficult to use the beach.

Fall Break 2022

The location of the property was great, but we did have some issues with hot water. The property managers did work with getting the issue resolved, but the owner most likely needs to install a water heater larger than 40 gallons in order to accommodate 6 guests. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the cleanliness as there were still finger prints and debris on the TV and sand still all over the floor. There did appear to be mold in the jets of the tub and corner of the baseboard in the master bath. Furniture could definitely be updated. We ended up having a good vacation, however I probably wouldn’t stay in this particular condo again, but would stay at Majestic.

Heather, We're sorry that you had issues with the hot water heater. Our records indicate that we sent maintenance to investigate and they found the heating element working properly. Maintenance increased the temperature by 15 degrees which should have helped. We will speak to the cleaners of this property as well as send an inspector to make sure that the cleanliness issues are being taken care of. We're glad you ended up having a good vacation and we hope you had a safe trip home.

Very little hot water for a group of 5. Furniture was dirty along with the floor. It took us hours to dry our clothes in the dryer. Location was good. Easy access to the beach.

Constructive Criticism

The location and the view was great. The shower head in the master bedroom was way too strong. The shower also needs the wire that goes from one end to the next to hang bathing suits. The lamp in the master only works sometime. They need a small table on the patio. One of the chairs was falling apart. The rattan chairs for dining are extremely uncomfortable. You cannot lean back in them. There was not enough silverware. Washable placemats for 6 would be nice. Everything in the kitchen was of very poor quality. Looks like it all came from a discount store. In the room where the bunk beds are, you can't open the closet because the night stand is in the way. I know it was 4th of July week but it was definitely not worth the money. I would use company again but I would not stay in this particular unit.

Great trip

The rental process was quick and easy. The condo was as described. My only complaint would be the master is by the main entrance with no beach view. Overall a very nice place to stay with many amenities. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo.

We were happy with everything except....we had to buy more toilet paper because only 1 roll was left in each bathroom and we did not have a washer for a day because it was broken.. had to stay in room next day for a little so someone to come fix.
