Everything from check-in to check out was seamless. I did take pictures of a broken chair on the deck and the shower door in the master bathroom that was off track when we arrived so that I wouldn't be charged for any damages. Lovely stay and my grandchildred loved the pools!

Great place

Very nice and clean property. This property is conveniently located in Gulf Shores. This was my first time staying here and I enjoyed it. There are places to eat with in walking distance. Also there is a little market across the street if you need some grocery. The view from my room was amazing. You are rite on top of the beach.

The condo was clean with lots of space. The mattresses definitely need to be replaced. We loved the washer/dryer. There are only 2 elevators for the whole building which made for long wait times and several people in an elevator. Parking spaces are very small. The splash pad area is excellent for small children. Location was great with a restaurant on the beach in front of the property. I would have liked to have more seating in the living room area. The view is excellent, however the chairs need to be replaced on the balcony. The chairs are useable but several of the slats are broken and one chair is missing an armrest. The kitchen are is equipped with all of the essentials and a wonderful refrigerator. The garbage can in the kitchen was very difficult to use and possibly needs to be replaced. I would have liked to check in earlier because check-in at 4 takes up a majority of the first day. The property did have a beach wheelchair available which is a plus for handicapped or elderly people that cannot walk very well on the beach. Overall, the property was nice but I’m not sure if I would stay again because of the limited access with 2 elevators.

Thank you for staying at Seawind 1102. I’m sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I’ve flagged your reservation with our operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and property-management teams to investigate and address the issues you described: mattress condition, broken/missing slats and armrest on the balcony chairs, limited living-room seating, the difficult kitchen garbage can, and to review parking size and elevator capacity. I’ve also noted your feedback on check-in time and appreciated that the unit was clean, spacious, had a great view, washer/dryer, excellent splash pad, beach wheelchair availability, and a well-equipped kitchen. Please message us through Vrbo with your stay dates and any photos or additional details so we can review the reservation and discuss appropriate compensation. — Liquid Life

Great location

Couldn't have asked for a better location. This property was exactly as described. Great views of the beach and enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning. The only (minor) negatives were the elevators had a hard time keeping up with the amount of people using them which resulted in long wait times and the parking garage is tight and fills up fast. Overall, would be happy to stay here again.

Great place was construction which was active but probably over by now.

Once the outside updates are completed this is a great spot. Nice pool but could not use it due to construction. The unit itself was great and in great order had everything we needed. I would recommend it post construction.

Great location!

Check-in was a little sketchy since our code didn’t initially work and we couldn’t check in until right after 4pm. Other than that it’s a great location, super nice condo/facility, amenities; The only issue we had was the elevator being super slow for everyone.
