Ceci est une villa rénovée de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain avec jardin privé, piscine chauffée privée et à seulement 75 mètres de la plage! Beaux nouveaux comptoirs en granit, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et carreaux dans toute la maison La maison dispose d'une télévision dans chaque chambre, d'une laveuse et d'une sécheuse pour votre confort, de la télévision par câble, d'une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, et plus encore! Après une longue journée passée à bronzer sur les plages de sable blanc de l'île Anna Maria, vous pourrez vous rincer la douche avant de vous installer dans votre piscine privée. Organisez un barbecue en plein air avec le gril à gaz fourni, puis retirez-vous à l'intérieur pour recommencer le lendemain! Vous ne voudrez plus partir une fois que vous aurez vécu votre petit coin de paradis et de vie insulaire. Louez les deux côtés, Beach Retreat 204 et Beach Retreat 206 pour une escapade en famille ou entre amis pour un total de 6 chambres. Vous trouverez également un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna Maria Island. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The home was clean, well equipped, and a perfect distance from the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and new appliances. The bedrooms were all neatly situated and comfortable.

Everything great but water fill level valve in small bathroom did not want to work part of time and kitchen sink faucet sprayed on you when used, everything else was exceptional, loved the house and pool, stay was wonderful.

Great house

Excellent location, right by the trolley stop and so close to the beach. The kitchen and bedrooms were huge. Definitely a very pleasant surprise. The pool was warm and clean. We had a great time.

We Had a small issue with a light bulb and a remote control. We texted the property manager and they sent someone out to resolve both issues. I was very impressed on how fast that they responded!! The property was very clean and well kept. I would definitely Use this company again.

Perfect house & location! Especially for families!

Very nice house all around. Everything you need for cooking. The private fenced in back yard/pool was so great since we had a 2 & 4 year old. The walk to the beach could not be easier .. basically right across the street. Plenty of sand toys, 2 beach wagons, umbrella and beach chairs. Loved the central location on the island as well.

Perfect for our family!

We struggled to find a beach house that could accommodate our large family of six and our two dogs for our short labor day getaway from Tampa. This place was perfect. It was big enough and very clean with all the conveniences of home. It was great to have the pool right out the door as well. The beach was a short walk down the street and was calm and peaceful. Overall, a perfect place for all of us.

Nice house

The house offered everything they said it would. The house was in a good location. There were only three washcloths per bathroom. The beach chair was outdated. Also the light in the pool would not turn on.

Comfortable and quiet

Enjoyed our stay here immensely....great open floor plan making it easy to relax. Located on quiet side street with a short walk to beach access path. We brought our own beach cart, chairs, umbrella etc but there was all of this already there ...the beach chairs did appear to have seen better days so I would bring some if you can. We enjoyed the fact that there was 2 parking places as we rented a golf cart for 3 days and explored the whole island! This is a very comfortable place stay and definitely recommend it for everyone wanting to enjoy the laid back island life.

Almost Perfect

Great location, nice pool, roomy house with nice furniture and beds. Close to the beach and walkable to restaurants and 30 minute walk to Anna Maria. The master bedroom had no windows but did have what was once a front door (a bit odd). The window in the door was covered in a colored plastic but should have had a curtain to keep out the light. The washing machine worked well but was old and very noisy. The dishwasher did not work very well. We had to rewash some of the dishes. With a few updates the house could be a five star accomodation.

This was the perfect place for our family of four! So close to the beach, very quiet, our own pool and very roomy! We will be back and hopefully to this exact house. The only suggestion I have is the belt on the dryer was squeaky when drying clothes. Not a big deal, just a little annoying. Super stay!

Week at the beach

The smell from the garbage cans, even though garbage is picked up twice a week, was unbearable. You smelled it every time you left or arrived at the rental. There was no electric sweeper to vacuum up the dirt. The lack of parking on the island made for a difficult experience. Also the visit to the donut experiment shop on Pine Ave. felt very non welcoming to the tourists on AMI. They had a security guard who was very unwelcoming. We have enjoyed coming to AMI for many years. We will be considering other options for the future.

Perfect for our familyn

This is a fantastic place! Location is a 3 minute walk to beach. We loved the private pool and the openness of the house. The wagon and chairs for the beach were a great help. We can’t wait to come back.

Good place

We have a great visit to the beach and family. Nice space, open, good sized rooms close to some restaurants and quite neighborhood. Only suggestions are putting some directions for the ruku, blinds on the master window/door, would be nice and the pool needs to be resurfaced.
