The house was just as the pictures looked. Clean, tropical and so comfortable. The backyard was a true getaway and the walk to the beach was remarkably quick. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and to stay there again.

The home was just as pictured. It was very clean and the backyard was perfect for our group with two young children. The home is a very short walk to the beach and the property came equipped with a beach wagon, umbrella, several chairs, and a rolling cooler, which was so convenient. Our groups’s only real complaint was the loud construction right next door, which started very early in the morning the entire week and of which we were not informed prior to our stay. One other small complaint - most of the dishes were not microwave safe, which made heating food for the kids a little challenging. Overall, a great stay!

Walking distance to beach was perfect. The house is clean, cute and well appointed. The communication with rental agency and owner was clear and prompt. My family truly enjoyed their time at the house. The restaurants in the area have lots of great choices to select. Only suggestions would be an additional ice maker, as the freezer’s production was limited for 4 adults. Also, hooks in the bathrooms for wet bathing suits and towels would be a nice addition.

Coconut Cottage

This was the perfect spot for our group - right by the water, quiet and close to the Holmes Beach and Anna Maria attractions. We would definitely visit again!

The property was everything that we hoped it would be, perhaps a bit more. Well stocked, all king beds with ensuite bathrooms, which was very desirable for our party. The location allowed us to walk and bike to virtually every place we wanted to go to. It's proximity and access to the beach was perfect. The next time we come to the island, we will certainly look to see if this place is available.

Amazing time. Have stayed before so knew the property and location. 2 min walk to the beach. Trolley stops very close. Good sized bedrooms and each has a bathroom. Plenty of storage. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of sun loungers and beach accessories with a cart to pull along to the beach. Pool was great. Very warm and inviting. Lots of outdoor space and shade with table and seating. Sun loungers could do with padded cushions to lay on as they were very hard and uncomfortable after a while. The main bedroom at the back was super hot at night. Air con was not effective enough and even with the fan going was still very warm in there. Just check the dates when you go as we weren’t told about the building site going on next door and across the road. Lots of noise. Vans parked across the front of the property and the builders work from 7am til 7pm ! Very overlooked as well into the garden as the house they are building is 3 stories high. It still is an amazing cottage which will revisit when I know there is no building sites close ! Great agents. Very helpful

Absolutely awesome!

Our family has vacationed at Anna Maria every summer for 25 years. We agreed this was the best house we’ve rented. It’s close to the beach and furnished very well. It’s close to shops, and a short trip over to Longboat to a couple of our favorite restaurants. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect beach cottage

Our family had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. It was spacious and extremely comfortable. Everything you need for a week at the beach was provided. Top-notch management firm as well. Had a minor issue with the door lock (just needed batteries) and they responded almost immediately. Highly recommend!!

Super cute house, close to beach, everything you need for the beach! Great customer service, friendly answered any question I had and quickly. Only thing I have to say is the one room with sliding door to patio gets a bit warm, but there were extra fans in the closet. Would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect House

Great location, very short walk to beach. Straight shot across Gulf drive which wasn't busy at all. Beach wagon and chairs were in great condition. House is huge and had everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Turf in the backyard really cut down on the mosquitos. Had an amazing time and will be booking this house for our annual beach trip from now on.

Location was perfect

Very happy with our stay. We needed a few extra towels and they brought them right away. The neighborhood was very close to a great beach. Not a lot to walk to close by, but it was perfect for us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The best was the items for the beach and pool. Plenty of chairs, a beach cart and pool toys. Just what we needed. Would stay again.
