Belle maison au bord du lac avec une vue imprenable sur le lac et un accĂšs direct Ă  l'eau.

La station de ski de Mount Shasta est Ă  seulement 40 minutes.

Il y a 1000 pieds carrés de terrasse face à l'eau. L'eau est à trois cents pieds lorsque le lac est plein. 2 300 pieds carrés d'espace de vie plus une grande buanderie et 400 pieds carrés de piÚce de niveau inférieur.

Parking pour remorques Ă  bateaux.

Lancement de bateau 0. 2 miles de la maison.

Garez votre bateau sur le rivage et regardez-le depuis la maison.

Une suite parentale avec un lit king size et en suite, une chambre avec un lit king et une chambre avec deux lits queen.

Gorgeous property and lovely hosts!

This property was gorgeous and the hosts were so lovely and great communicators. You can’t beat the location and views of the property. We spent a lot of time outside on the balcony just enjoying the water. Great for a weekend getaway!

Our second year enjoying this great property! The new tub in the master bathroom is the bomb! We brought two boats, a mule and three trucks. All was able to neatly fit around this property. Easy access to Sugarloaf Marina. House amenities work for our family. The deck is perfect for stargazing and satellite watching! Will be back next year! Thanks Adam for sharing your place at the lake with us! Great family memories created with our grandchildren!
Family dinners are rare these days but at the lake we make it a priority!

We have stayed at Adam’s house several times for our annual Shasta trips. We love the location and the proximity to the lake. Adam is always working on updates and this house is just as described.

Wonderful stay at Adam's Lake house!

We had a fantastic time staying at this great house in a great location with great amenities. Unfortunately, we encountered some miscommunication issues with the property manager. Despite this, we would highly recommend staying here again.

Summertime Family Getaway

Enjoyed dinners on the deck, appreciated the thoughtful amenities, ability to anchor near shore of property, fishing in upper Sac, boating and floating fun, beautiful views, enjoyed family card game in the game room, and overall ability to unplug from work and unwind! Property Manager was terrific!

Liv’n Life in Lakehead!

We could not have picked a better house for our family get together! Location, Kitchen, Garage game room for the kids, Comfy beds, Parking, Wildlife (Deer) I could go on & on. The house was perfect & we will reserve it again. Love our Shasta!

Great property!

We had a great time staying at this home. The only downside was having to leave! The view was wonderful and I imagine it is even better when the lake is full. It is a quiet neighborhood, it was helpful to be able to park our boat trailers and vehicles in the driveway and everything on the listing was accurate. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The house was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities and more. Even has washer and dryer with detergent, etc. which helped since we stayed so long. Only thing we needed was food. We had a great time.

Quiet Escape to Shasta

Thoroughly enjoyed this property. Was perfect for our family. The deck was fabulous for just sitting and enjoying the wildlife that visited us during our stay! Grandkids loved the downstairs game room. Having the roadway in front to be able to ride their bikes was perfect. Kitchen was very easy to work in and well stocked for our needs. Beds where comfortable and everyone had their space. Plenty of room for our vehicles!

Fishing from the shore in front of the house.
You can launch a kayak or small boat from the shore in front of the house in some seasons.
Shasta Lake is a reservoir and the levels are controlled by the Federal Bureau of Land Management, so every year can be different. Please check the water level.
