The unit is clean, nicely updated, plenty of dishes, comfortable beds, nice towels, heat worked well. Best part was the great location on the lagoon and walking distance to the beach.

Lovely condo, very clean when we arrived and had plenty of thoughtful amenities, like night lights. Lagoon was magical and quick walk to the beach. Perfect for a week long trip with a small family.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation on the island. The condo was very comfortable with easy access to the beach, bike trails, and town market. We’ll definitely look to see if this place is available on our next trip!

Had a great stay at this property. View was beautiful of Ospreys, alligators and deer. Stayed here with my husband, brother and his son. Would recommend.

A favorable Trip

The property was just as the pictures described and was clean and inviting. Checking in was easy and we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the comfortability of the bed mattress, they were hard to sleep on.

Perfect location

Villa location is perfect, quiet, nice stroll to beach, and use of bike/ walking paths. The unit has a charming weather worn on the outside but everything is sufficient on the inside. We had a very relaxing stay.

Hi Peter, While I apologize that you felt this way, I do want to clarify that I made significant efforts to address the concerns you raised during your stay. We spent over two hours on FaceTime walking through the process of connecting the TV to the WiFi and troubleshooting the issue together. Unfortunately, the difficulty ultimately appeared to stem from connecting the device and entering the WiFi credentials correctly. During our conversations, you also mentioned that you were otherwise enjoying your stay and having a great time. Given the amount of time and effort spent trying to assist and resolve the issue, this review is more than disappointing especially since there was no mention of a bathtub, patio chair, or chester draw issue.

My husband and I had a perfect stay at the condo. Everything in the condo worked well and it looked just like the pictures. The setting was beautiful - we really enjoyed coffee in the mor j g on the deck. We would definitely rent this condo again - hopefully soon!

Great experience at kiawah

Cameron was great to work with and a wonderful host. Was flexible with us with dates and very quick to respond to any questions. Great location at kiawah, with nice views of lagoon. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment etc, if needed. Highly recommend!

Nice condo

Nice condo overlooking a lagoon. Everything was spotlessly cleaned, the beds were comfortable, and shower pressure was great. Loved both the deck and covered porch for evenings. The 2nd bedroom has a bathroom door that goes to the hallway and the bedroom which was very nice.

Perfect for the marathon

We were in town for the Kiawah marathon. Close to the shuttle and nice and quiet for the weekend I did try and communicate with the home owner before ref a menial ? But got no response Only issue I would say was a large cockroach inside the rental near the dining room which freaked me out

Our passes at gate were not called in, good location, bathroom had hair on floor n shower, cabinet door in kitchen half on, cabinet knobs missing in kitchen, nice decor but truly needs some TLC!!! Cameron was prompt in his responses. This could easily be a 5 star unit when it gets some cleaning n fixing accomplished.

Pond view get away

I enjoyed the peaceful area of this property as well as the central location to the trails. It was not as close to the beach as I would have liked. I did miss having a hairdryer available too. The blinds on the windows were hard and dysfunctional. Windows were dingy and needed to be cleaned and made the place also feel dingy. Repairs to a bathroom vent were in progress during our stay which left debris on the floor and counter..

Hi Laura, Thank you for the feedback. I am glad you enjoyed the location and believe the location to the beach was accurately described. I will let our cleaning crew know about the windows but the bathroom fans repairs were conveyed and tried to accommodate while you were there with no response. We understand it’s an inconvenience but try to make sure updates and repairs get completed for all future guest. Thank you again hope you visit again soon.

If I could give more stars I would! First off I have so say Cameron was so helpful with giving us info of local companies and things to do without even asking. He responded quickly. His place was BEYOND neat and clean which was an absolute blessing. His place was so cute and bigger in person it seemed. We all were very happy with our stay and would recommend his place over and over again! Thank you so much Cameron!

Wonderfully appointed clean condo. You feel worlds away from everything and yet everything you need or want to do is nearby. Very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. Just a short walk to the endless stretch of beautiful beach. We relished every minute. Our host was very responsive to our questions. This is our first visit to Kiawah Island. Would stay here again, definitely recommend.

Moved to Charleston 5 years ago and have loved every minute. I came across Kiawah through friends who got married on the island and instantly felt like home.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The one thing I love about this villa is the view along with hearing the ocean breeze, even though not ocean front. Makes for a very relaxing atmosphere. The sunrises/sunsets really do paint a beautiful sky as well.
