La salle de réveil est un merveilleux cadre A de 1000 pieds carrés. Avec une superbe sensation de plage, des terrasses spacieuses, un bain à remous privé pour 6 personnes et une piscine creusée privée, vous récupérerez rapidement du stress quotidien de la vie.

Situé sur une impasse tranquille nichée dans les bois. Amenez les enfants ou tout simplement votre amoureux, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper dans la salle de réveil.

Cette maison est située dans la porte nord et est excellente pour les enfants car elle est à la fin du cul-de-sac.

Deux niveaux et plus de 1000 pieds carrés de terrasse permettent à la fois le soleil et l'ombre tout au long de la journée. Vous pouvez également utiliser le garage 2 voitures pour vos voitures, motos, etc ... Apportez votre bateau, nous avons beaucoup de place dans l'allée et la rampe des pins de l'océan est à moins d'un mile ...

La chambre principale Loft est située à l'étage. La chambre d'amis est située au rez-de-chaussée ....

Tous les plats, fournitures de cuisine, nettoyants ménagers sont inclus. Nous ne fournissons pas de draps, mais nous fournissons des couettes, des couvertures supplémentaires, des serviettes de bain et de plage et des oreillers de lit.

La station balnéaire d'Ocean Pines propose plusieurs piscines (1 intérieure), un golf, un club de plage privé, une rampe de mise à l'eau, une jetée de crabe, plusieurs sentiers naturels, des étangs de pêche, plusieurs parcs, et bien plus encore. Veuillez visiter leur site Web pour plus de détails.

Votre propre piscine privée et bain à remous est situé dans votre propre cour arrière clôturée. Le pont inférieur est également entièrement clôturé.

Selon la météo, nous ouvrons la piscine début mai et nous fermons la piscine en septembre. Des produits chimiques et des articles de nettoyage de piscine sont fournis. Le bain à remous est ouvert toute l'année.

Ocean City est à seulement 8 km via la Route 90.

Cette maison est située à la porte nord d'Ocean Pines. Il offre un accès rapide à la Route 90 et à Ocean City. (Environ 5 milles)

Nous vous invitons à vous amuser, à vous détendre, à allumer les torches tiki, à allumer le grill et à profiter de notre salle de réveil.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were perfect after a day at the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and just a short drive from all the attractions and restaurants in Ocean City. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

My family has rented this home many times over the years, and we all love it. We love to chill all day in the pool and evenings in the hot tub. We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and FAR BETTER than described. It had everything our family needed, and the location was perfect, quiet but so close for enjoying the beach and local attractions. Simple drive over the bridge. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was so easy. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation! We had more than we could have ever needed. Ice maker and incredible pool floats were extra bonus! Tim and Cheri were so accommodating. Beautiful home. Definitely a restful, recovery vibe! Pure bliss! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

We have been to this home many times and love it. The home is perfect for our family. We all love spending our days in the pool and evenings in the hot tub. Everything we need is close by. The owner is easy to communicate with and makes the process a breeze. Can't wait to stay again.

We love this rental! It truly is so peaceful. Everything is clean and there is so much provided that we didn't need to bring anything from home. When we had a slight issue, the owner was quick to respond and get it fixed. We wish we could spend all summer there!

Great vacation home

We had a really nice vacation. The house is lovely. We especially loved the hot tub and pool. Located in a nice neighborhood and close to a lot of amenities: fishing, parks, trails and a great dog park. And only 5-10 minutes away from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Plus, we really appreciated being able to bring our furbaby (it wouldn't have been a vacation without her)!

Fantastic Stay!!

This property is a perfect getaway. Everything you need is at the home and the pool and hot tub are perfection for our family. My family has stayed here for many years in a row and we are never disappointed. Close to all the shopping, restaurants and the beach is a short drive. Having beach access is great!! Tim is always very responsive for any questions. I look forward to vacationing here next year!

Great in so many ways!

Such a great time! Location was perfect. Close to Ocean City, Assateague Island and downtown Berlin! The house inside and out had everything we needed! After a fun hot day at the beach it was great to come back to the pool, hot tub and decks to chill out and get cool. The house had all the amenities needed for our stay. Great, quiet neighborhood to enjoy a walk and relax!

Ocean Pines hidden gem!

The house was excellent. We stayed for two weeks. It was nice having your own pool and hot tub on days you just wanted to relax. Owners of the house were also great for communication and having everything for going to the beach right there at the house. House is perfectly located between Ocean City and Assateague Island.

Great home!

This is our 3rd year in a row and already booked for next year! Tim is amazing and super helpful. The home is great, and the pool and hot tub make it where you never need to leave. Everything you need is close by. Our family looks forward to many more years of enjoying this home.

Just what we needed at The Recovery Room

Our week at the Recovery Room was everything we hoped it would be! Cute house with all we needed for our family of 4. The kids loved the pool right in the backyard and the location in Ocean Pines was quiet/relaxed but close enough to Ocean City to get to all the activities there quickly. The Ocean Pines Beach Club pass was another perk of this house. Thank you Tim and Cheri for being amazing hosts!

Great Stay at the Recovery Room

We had a great stay at the Recovery Room in early August. We all enjoyed the private pool and hot tub. The parking pass and beach club access was a hit too. Everything in the description listing is spot on. The house was very clean for us, and Tim's communication with us was A+. Tim and Cheri are great hosts. I would definitely rent again and recommend to anyone.

Perfect Home!

We love this home and this is our 4th year in a row. The owner is very responsive and answers all our questions during our stay. Our family loves the privacy with the pool and hot tub. We are less than a 10 minute drive to the beach - which you get to use a pass for parking. It’s perfect. If you are considering this home - book it! You won’t be sorry.

We are happy to be able to open our vacation home to you. We love the beach and the location of our home is perfect as it is only a few miles from Ocean City. Ocean Pines has many amenities which we enjoy, especially the beach club. When we are not Beach Bums we both work full time and have two wonderful boys. It is our desire to offer you a wonderful vacation opportunity. We include many items not found in other homes and hotels. Also you have your own in ground private swimming pool and hot tub . Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We purchased in Ocean Pines as we do not like the crowds found in Ocean City. We wanted a beach home that was in a safe and quiet location. Also we wanted a House not a condo which can cost a lot of extra money in fees. We enjoy riding our bikes around Ocean Pines, the waterfront is not far, and the parks are un crowded. The boat ramp is only a couple of minutes away as well. When we go to Ocean City we are only 5 minutes away and enjoy the Beach Clubs pool, showers, food bar, and ocean. Secrets night club is located directly accross the street from the beach club. Also for a couple of bucks we can leave the car at the beach club , grab the bus and go anywhere in oc. We also enjoy the abundance of wildlife located around our home, especially the birds.....

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The decks are great as well as the in ground swimming pool and 6 person hot tub. We can always find some sun or shade when we are staying at the home. If you are a nature buff, birds, squirrls, butterflys are all plentiful. Our location is at the end of a culdesac which is both safe and quiet. The A frame style of the home is different than most other homes making it unique. Our home sits back off the road about 75 feet offering more privacy than many other homes. Also its location offers safe areas for our children to play as there is no thru traffic.

We include many items in your rate such as Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, cooler, and Beach umbrella. Bikes, surf rods, crab steamer, etc...
