Pine Island Breeze est un duplex au centre de l'Ăźle. Les deux cĂŽtĂ©s sont disponibles pour rĂ©server et une excellente option pour les familles en vacances ensemble. Profitez de l'Ăźle tranquille tout en Ă©tant proche des boutiques pittoresques de Matlacha, Sanibel, Fort Myers, Cape Coral et plus encore. L'Ăźle est connue pour la grande pĂȘche !! Parking bateau sur place. Les deux parties ont subi des rĂ©novations rĂ©centes. Vous serez Ă  distance de marche de la piscine communautaire chauffĂ©e, de la bibliothĂšque et du musĂ©e. Quiet and peaceful

The house was very nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. The outdoor space was very limited and the "communal pool" was far, an umbrella and chairs would have been nice.

We had a very nice experience. duplex was just right for us. The unit requires going up

The unit has high steps to go up. Carrying in our stuff was a struggle as we are in our late 70’s. The unit was very cute, clean, well appointed. Located mid island made it easy to travel north to Bokeelia or south to St.James City , or East to MatLacha. Travel is slow traveling to get off the 2 islands in the height of the winter months. We loved our stay.

No Beach but Great for Fishing/Kayaking

Property very clean, quiet, peaceful. Good communication with host. Only negative is a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to closest beach. Ferry ride available to Cayo Costa (must see) when ferry available. Pine Island is lovely and ideal for fishing and kayaking.

Nice quiet place

We enjoyed our stay. I should have read up a bit more about it's proximity to communities and attractions like Port Charlotte (where our new home is located) or the beaches- but there were enough options that are normally reserved for the mainland.. like a grocery store, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, hiking trails and boat and boating related excursions. The place was comfortable and in a quiet location.. and it was clean. It certainly met the standard for it's nightly rate.

We loved the place. Very clean and quiet. Internet was plenty strong enough if you need to work remotely. Owner is super friendly. Close to several nice restaurants. We will for sure stay here again.

property was clean and very cute. the location was not good for us but it was an error on our part, we didn’t realize there were no beaches on the island. we did have to travel each day to relax beach side- 1-2 hours. The house itself was clean, cozy, and comfortable.

QUITE & LAID BACK. NO HIGH RISES on island.

LOTS of room. Big bathroom with LOTS of towels. Fully equipped kitchen (which I expected) was supplied with supplies for the week which I wasn't expecting (trash bags, dish soap, paper towels, etc.) Comfy bed. Quite neighborhood. Entire island good for walking and biking. Associate on sight, if we needed anything. VERY Peaceful.

Excellent Vacation Rental on Pine Island

Our Family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Perfect house that has everything you need and well kept. It is was exactly as advertised, which makes a huge difference when you are going to a new place and having to rely on pictures and comments. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation spot on Pine Island.

Quite clean getaway!

My family and I spent 4 days enjoying all that was offered with our rental. They had bikes, snorkeling gear, games and provided extra blankets also. Beautiful place with easy check in. They also provided many booklets to tell you of the attractions and restaurants around.
