Its the perfect spot for fishing, kayaking, and just relaxing if you prefer. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was super easy and we were even allowed to check out a little later than usual. We'd definitely come back.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the accommodations! The open floor plan was fantastic, the water views, kayaks, BBQ grills and large screened in lanai made our stay so nice! Highly recommend

Mom and Dad Fishing Trip

Our first stay in Matlacha was amazing! This house was super cute and clean. We enjoyed the screen in back porch and the hot tub was a nice touch. Our favorite part was easy access in and out with our boat and the beautiful sunrise views over the water. Can’t wait to come back!

Nicely updated home in a quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay here. Nice location in a quite neighborhood. The home is very nicely updated. The owner stopped by to say "hi" and was very friendly. Enjoyed the kayaks and being literally right on the water. We would definitely go back!

We enjoyed using the hot tub and having 2 bathrooms. We loved being near the water, having access to an outdoor grill and kayaks. We also liked that we were able to walk to the coffee shop for breakfast, but we weren't there long enough to check out the other 2 eating places that are open. The area is still recovering from the hurricane, but there is plenty to still enjoy nearby!

Such a peaceful neighborhood in a kind, welcoming community. One of my new favorite places. The property is lovely and beautifully located.

Nice Surprise

We had no idea what to expect as we had never been to Matlacha. Not only was the house very comfortable with amazing water views, the town itself and all of Pine Island is just awesome. Highly recommend!
