Sous une nouvelle propriĂ©tĂ© -Magnifiquement mise Ă  jour 1 chambre 1 salle de bain villa en bord de mer avec fenĂȘtres supplĂ©mentaires. Certaines des amĂ©liorations comprennent des planchers stratifiĂ©s dans toute l'unitĂ©, des comptoirs en granit dans la cuisine avec un espace de comptoir et un espace de rangement supplĂ©mentaires et des appareils en acier inoxydable, une chambre principale ouverte et spacieuse. Vues fabuleuses sur l'ocĂ©an et le lever du soleil. Joliment dĂ©corĂ©, vous apprĂ©cierez de vous rĂ©veiller avec une tasse de cafĂ© le matin et d'Ă©couter les vagues sur votre balcon tout en regardant le soleil se lever sur l'Atlantique. Property suited our wants and needs very well! Beautiful morning view of the ocean from the balcony! Ample room for two people with plenty of nice furnishings for a comfortable stay. The provided beach chairs was a nice touch.

Small piece of paradise

This little gem had everything my husband and I needed for our first getaway as a family of three. This was our first vacation with our newborn baby and we were very pleased with the proximity to the beach as we spent a decent amount of time on the second floor balcony watching the ocean views. It is the end unit on the second floor, backing up near a stairwell in a four floor building; however, we did not hear any noise from the stairwell or any noise from next door/upstairs neighbors. The condo is small, but we were able to easily place our baby’s pack and play next to the bed. I believe the unit says you can have four adults, but two adults is the sweet spot. The building is definitely older but it’s obvious there have been renovations within the unit. They did a great job making a purpose with all of the space within the unit. The owners are so sweet and very kind, evening providing their personal cell numbers - you could tell they want you to have a great experience. The unit had hangers, a traditional coffee machine, great A/C. The campus itself was charming - they have free open play pickleball and events at the pool for families. Our biggest /only complaints were the wifi speed (slow), one ply toilet paper and firm/stiff bed. They only ask that you take all trash to the dumpster in the parking lot, clean/put away any dishes, and strip the bed before leaving. Overall a great experience at a reasonable price and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Incredible View and Easy Beach Access

We had the most incredible stay! This unit is right on the beach and it made our trip so stress free. The unit was clean and well stocked with cookware, and the host was great with all communication. The beaches were clean and quiet, and we used the beach chairs provided by the host which was very convenient. Restaurants and activities were within about 15 minutes. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back!

Winter Golf Getaway

A wonderful New Year's getaway! The location was ideal with beautiful ocean views, and close to restaurants, golf, and more. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had an additional guest join us last minute, and the check in/check out process was very smooth. Would absolutely stay here again if we ever make it back to Hilton Head!

Fall Beach Get Away

HHI Beach and Tennis is a very big complex. Almost too big for us. The unit we stayed in was clean,beachfront and well equipped. It was a bit dated but kitchen was one of the biggest. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Wish it had key code verses keys. Loved balcony of this corner unit

Great location for sunrise

Location was as pictured and described. Great location just steps to the beach and to watch sunrises and to watch for dolphins. Did not explore the large pool but enjoyed the smaller pool for Admiral’s Row only. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely stay again!

Home away from Home- Beach Vibes

We had an excellent stay here. Everything was clean & organized very well. Kitchen was well stocked- was able to cook breakfast a few mornings. Quick/easy walk to the beach, the pool and tiki bar wasn’t bad of a walk (very good food & drinks as well). This condo was a perfect vacation for the feeling home away from home. Cozy and homey feeling!

Cozy Ocean Front Getaway for Two

Excellent stay right on the ocean front. Rent bikes and bike to Sea Pines on the beach for some excellent biking and great eats along the way!! This condo is in a perfect location to everything and offers everything you would need for cooking, book reading, beach walks and more.

Amazing property with a killer view

Amazing unit!!!

We truly, truly enjoyed our stay in this unit. We have stayed in this community multiple times and this is by far our favorite condo! The view is AMAZING. Second floor so not too many steps and literally right next to the beach access which is a huge plus with kids. Everything was just amazing! We will 100% be back to visit this condo!!

Getaway by the Sea

We had only a few days to get away and this little condo on the beach was the perfect place for two. Every morning we walked the peaceful beach and every night we enjoyed the sounds of the ocean before bed. This condo is just the right size for 2 people to enjoy. Will definitely stay again. Visiting from Arizona.

Perfect Couple getaway

We enjoyed the condo and the million dollar views. Inside condo was very clean, bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Condo feels very specious, perfect for couple or small family. We did not use sleeper sofa so unsure if it is comfortable. Easy beach access from Condo and there is a pool also close to building. We would highly recommend this condo. To the owners, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Loved this one

This condo was really perfect. Views were unbeatable, with the end unit you get a view almost every direction you look. The listing was completely accurate, and the hosts were great to work with, communication was almost instantaneous from beginning to end. This location is one of our favorites on the island, bike rentals and tennis/pickleball on site, super wide beach, very close to a lot of great restaurants and less congestion at this end of the island. We hope to make a repeat stay to this unit next year.
