The location was wonderful; close to the Marmottan Museum; luxury shopping and food. After climbing 22 stairs to reach the first floor, we took the elevator to the apartment. The apartment was bright and fairly clean. Initially, the host helped us access the apartment, after we had difficulty. The washing machine was loaded with damp laundry which we tried to either dry, or remove. Neither worked. The machine would not open. The TV did not work. Not adequate instruction from the host. There was no toilet paper. When I asked where it was stored he told me to use the hose near the toilet, that toilet paper was too expensive. The windows were open from the top. There were mosquitoes. When we asked for instruction on how to use various appliances the host told us they were internationally universal. We left as soon as we could find another place to stay.

Je ne comprends pas comment on peut m’imposer d’accueillir des personnes qui n’ont aucune capacité à utiliser les appareils électroniques du logement. Dès le départ et avant leur arrivée ils me demandent de rester gratuitement une journée supplémentaire. À l’heure arrivée ils n’arrivent pas à ouvrir la porte !! Ils sont incapables d’utiliser une machine à laver parfaitement fonctionnelle. Ils sont incapables d’allumer un poste de télévision pour regarder les chaînes. Ils sont incapables d’utiliser un four micro-ondes. Ils sont incapables d’utiliser une plaque de cuisson qui ne comporte qu’un seul bouton ON !! Ils sont incapables de lire le descriptif du logement pour me reprocher des particularités, précisées dans celui-ci. Leur seule compétence est de dénigrer le logement pour justifier un remboursement. C’est lamentable. Éviter d’accueillir ces personnes qui sont incapables de tout

Furniture, including beds, were comfortable. Fan in the bedroom was helpful. Location was excellent. Apartment is located in a safe neighbourhood with metro, grocery stores, restaurants, shops, train, buses, taxis nearby. The host is very accommodating. A better shower curtain and hairdryer would be appreciated. Please note there are 24/7 motion sensor lights in the kitchen and bathroom, and erratic beeps from the security system. Some bedding laundry was not done.

People who complain about everything, yet were perfectly happy to check in well ahead of schedule—even though, under those circumstances, the laundry was still drying! An erratic 0.1-millisecond "beep" once an hour apparently ruined their stay! Don't hesitate to refuse renting your property to this type of traveler—the kind who travels specifically to fish for compensation. (Google translation original text below) Des personnes qui se plaignent de tout mais BIEN contents d’avoir pu intégrer le logement de manière très anticipée avec effectivement dans ces conditions du linge encore en état de séchage !! Un « bip » erratique de 0,1milliseconde une fois par heure qui aura dérangé leur séjour !! N’hésitez pas refuser de louer vos locaux à cette catégorie de personnes qui voyagent pour solliciter votre acceptation de dédommagement.

Ce fut un réel plaisir d’accueillir Kristine dans mon logement parisien à PASSY. Je pense qu’elle aura passé un bon séjour malgré une température hivernale relativement inhabituelle pour la période. Mais heureusement le logement est bien chauffé. Au plaisir de te revoir. Eric

Great location. Walking distance from everything: grocery stores, restaurants, metro, Eiffel Tower.Unfortunately we were there during the heatwave. While the apartment has AC, the portable unit does not include the exhaust output, making it nearly impossible to expel the hot air. We tried to open the front door but were scolded by the neighbors. We ended up putting the unit on one of the stools and open the window wide to let the hot air out. We ended up also purchasing an extra fan.

Admittedly, however, the hot air produced never stays hot for very long and cools down very quickly to ambient temperature. The principle of cooling the space is therefore particularly effective with this equipment.

Apartment is located in a great location in Passy. Close to all, including best bakeries and shopping. Host was responsive when the passcode didn’t work to get into the apartment. We got in after a couple of tries.My daughters found the top bunk bed a little dusty in the bedroom but we were so tired from sightseeing all day that they did sleep through the night.Great cute apartment in Paris for a family of 4. Would stay here again.

Exceptional Stay

My group of 5 comfortably enjoyed our stay here. Close to the metro and only a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower by electric scooter. All amenities and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Excellent location, supremely easy check in and out, and very well appointed. Just needed a tiny bit more attention to cleaning otherwise perfect. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great apartment in Paris!!!

This apartment was a great find. Even though it is not big, it is efficient and has everything you would need to spend your vacation in Paris. The location is also stellar, being close to the Eiffel Tower, as well as the metro. I would highly recommend this stay to others!

The appart was clean and spacious enough for 2/3 (we were 2). The best part was the neighborhood- close to many, many stores, cafes, restaurants, and especially La Grande Epicerie de Paris (a fantastic two story épicerie) which was just down the block!! Metro & RER were close by also ! The only thing I would suggest would be to have information about the use of appliances (oven/microwave, washer/dryer) available for Americans who are not familiar with European models. But, all in all, a good place to stay!

Super cute spot

Eric was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with… It was a great location less than a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Short walk to both metro and the RER! Great layout for a small apartment and close to markets and grocery stores.

Great neighborhood

The place is perfectly situated to enjoy the local food market lane. The apartment has all you need to create a great meal from the treasures you find. Eric was available for any questions and very responsive. A great visit.
