Appartement trÚs central et agréable, tout neuf et récemment remeublé. L'appartement est situé à deux pas du Champs de Mars, et à 5 minutes à pied de la Tour Eiffel. Il se trouve dans un quartier agréable, avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins locaux dans la rue.

L'appartement est idéal pour 2 personnes. L'appartement comprend : un joli hall d'entrée, une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, un salon confortable avec une vue imprenable sur les toits de Paris, une chambre confortable, une salle de bains spacieuse et un petit WC.
Il comprend une chambre avec un lit king size (160x200cm), et un canapé-lit trÚs confortable dans le salon (160x200cm).

Avantages de l'appartement : lumineux et calme, car situé au 10Úme étage d'un immeuble résidentiel. Depuis l'appartement, vous aurez une belle vue sur les toits de Paris, en étant situé dans un endroit fabuleux.

The apartment was perfect. We mostly just slept there and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom and shower were large and pleasant. It was fully equipped. Owners were responsive and helpful. Great restaurants nearby.

Nice stay and kind people

Cute apartment and very kind people!!This property was our first stay in Paris. It’s a great location! We happened to stay during the hottest day Paris has had for a couple of years and the air conditioner kept us cool. Convenient location, with several restaurants and shops nearby.

Perfect location

What a wonderful experience! Location near the Eiffel Tower was perfect. Charming bakery just across the street. Lots of cafes and restaurants within a few blocks. The apartment was perfect! It is very large and everything was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful windows that open wide. Loved hearing the church bells. Felt very comfortable as the building is very well secured. Would highly recommend this place to friends and family!

Great location

We really enjoyed the apartment and it was located in a place that was very easy for groceries and restaurants. It also had great access to the attractions and tours with just a short walk to the Eiffel Tower and taxis to other locations. The host was very responsive to our needs, and it was easy to check in.

This apartment is in a very walkable area of Paris close to the Eiffel Tower and the Rue Cler. Within walking distance of many attractions. Communication with owner was good. Easy check in process.

The apartment was clean and met our needs. I thought from the ad that we would see the Eiffel Tower from it but we couldn’t, though we were able to walk the 6-7 blocks to get to it. We had trouble with the AC but it was fixed the next day.

This apartment is in an excellent location! Close to the Eiffel tower and close to may cute shops and restaurants. Graziella was great to work with along with Patricia who meet us and showed us around the apartment. We would stay here again!

Weeklong getaway in Paris

Gianandrea’s place was great for my mom and I. He is attentive during the check in and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location which was great for walking or taking the Metro. The apartment is very roomy with a lot of light. The bed and sofa bed were super comfy and the kitchen was nice too. It is a very secure building with 2 passcode entries and a fob key entrance. Grocery store and great restaurants within a few minutes walk.

The place is beautiful and the location was fantastic. Quick walk to Eiffel Tower, Metro stations, grocery shopping and restaurants. We have two young boys and the accommodations were perfect for all four of us. Queen bed & queen sleeper sofa bed kept everyone comfortable. Safe, secure and quiet. If we are back in Paris again we will try to stay here. We can easily recommend this property.

Perfect Paris apartment

My kids and I spent a month in this apartment and it was perfect! The location couldn’t be beat. It was surrounded by all the necessary amenities (groceries, bakery, park, Metro, restaurants). But most importantly, it’s so close to the Eiffel Tower!!!!! Imagine strolling passed the Eiffel Tower EVERYDAY!! It was a dream.

The apartment was very nice. We did have an issue with the internet while there, but the host did everything they could to fix it. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed during our stay. Owner was very attentive to our issues and tried to resolve.

It it wasn’t what we expected

We thought it looked like an old age home. It was very clean. Poor quality furnishings. Minimum. Was not welcoming. Our TV did not work and we did not have WiFi. Very disappointing

From the very start our experience with Graziella was perfect. Very gracious to answer all my questions and make sure we had all the information we needed to arrange transportation or find our way around the city!! The apartment itself didnt feel small for Paris standards. The windows open up to a view of the courtyard to let a lot of light in!! The roll down shades were great since it doesnt get dark until well after 9pm. Its location is truly less than 5 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. We were very happy with our stay!

Clean, delightful apartment

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The check in process is a little confusing as the lady who meets you does not speak any English; we had to get by on the limited French I learned in high school over 20 years ago. A lot of gesturing was involved. We were given two separate codes for the front door of which neither worked but the correct code was provided by the property manager. The apartment itself is delightful, cozy, and clean. We loved waking up and enjoying pastries from the boulangerie on Suffren Ave. It is easily accessible to buses and metro lines. We took the Bus Direct from the airport which dropped off us a mere 5 min walk away. Overall, it was a great experience!

Amazing, spacious rental in the heart of Paris

Oh la la! This property is a fantastic find. It was clean and spacious. Checkin process was easy and Housekeeper met us quickly even when we arrived late in the evening (10pm). She only speaks French, her son came along to help (he spoke English.) Under 10 minute walk to le Tour Eiffel and to two Metro stations (line 6 and line 8). The air conditioning unit in living room kept everything cool (although we did have to leave the bedroom door open at night to get cool air in there). With a family of four, it was wonderful to have the additional half bath in this property. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and made it very easy to prepare meals. Thank you for leaving some milk, eggs, and water in the fridge when we arrived! Grocery store is a short (5 minute) walk around the corner. Two boulangeries were even closer. Washing machine was functional and made this mama happy so we could travel lighter- and return home without many loads of dirty laundry to do! TV service was spotty (owner said there had been trouble with wifi service in France earlier in the week). I only managed to get TV to work one night. Bathroom was updated and clean. It was odd to me that we were only provided one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, and had to purchase more ourselves. There was a lot of storage space in all rooms Overall a great place to stay to experience les jeux Olympiques. Merci beaucoup! Hope to return some day.
