Hi Al. We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with us. Pelican Pointe is considered a condo/hotel. We apologize if your hotel neighbors were loud, we do our best to ensure that all of our guest enjoy their stay. We do try to keep the noise level down and wish you would have addressed this with us as we do have an overnight security guard or could have relocated your room. We hope you found accommodations that met your expectations for the rest of your trip.

Great location and very clean!

We got there before the checking time. They front desk let us put our bags behind the desk so that we didn't have to keep carrying them. Also they let us stay by the pool whole we waited for our room to be ready. Speaking of rhe room it was very very well cleaned for us and they had so many towels for us to use, they also provided pool towels for us. Over all the stay there was great and the front desk manager was a gem. I can't remember her name but she was so amazing and very helpful!!! Thank you for all your help. Can't wait to go back and stay there!!!

Location! Easy walking distance to beach. Great restaurant next door.

If you need a place to lay your head at night and not spend a lot of money, this is it. We could see the ocean from our outside our room.

Although this is such a great location- close to many restaurants/attractions/beach, the noise from the road was very loud on the weekend.
