Waterside, Studio #21, Family Friendly, Close to Beach

Our priority: A Clean & Healthy environment for all family members, every guest, each friend.
A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay.
We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are always provided during your stay.
We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. There is no office and no main entrance. You have a private door for the entrance to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. We have 2 stairways and 1 elevator. The elevator has an outgoing air exchange, constantly taking out the old air and bringing in the fresh air.
Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos.
Our 3rd floor condo is on the barrier island of Clearwater Beach. Just 10 minutes of walking brings you to the excitement of beach life! Our studio condo comes with 1 free parking space, 2 queen beds, balcony, kitchenette supplied with more than just the basics, bathroom has tub, shower & vanity sink area. Free WIFI, Smart TV with basic cable, DVD player with an assortment of movies, gated pool, backyard, BBQ grill, bike rack, coin-operated laundry center with washers & dryers. There's a pier for fishing or just relaxing.

Location by the yacht club was cool. Got a water view, quiet and safe. Great value for being on Clearwater Beach. The beach towels and equipment were a nice bonus. Free parking spot!

Disappointing vacation

No way would 4 people stay here comforably. Actuallly quite small. All reviews talk about how clean it is. Compared to what? I would shower and after just a few hours of going barefoot in the condo, my feet would be black. If I had on white socks, same thing. The walk to restuarants and the beach may be easy unless you have mobility issues. Then - impossible. We ran out of hot water and was told it was fine before we arrived. Host offered to send someone to look at it. Too late, I;d already had an ice cold shower. I also got scolded for texting her direct number and not communicating through VRBO. unless it was an emergency.I wasn't aware of this "rule". In my opinion, no hot water was kind of an emergency. Initially, I couldn't find the code to get in or the parking pass. These questions were answered quickly. The pool was much too cold to use. 4 towels and 4 wash cloths so use them sparingly. And 4 rolls of toilet paper. Had we stayed our whole time, we would have had to purchase more. We were so unhappy there that we packed up after 2 days and went back to my Mom's in Hernando. Not the vacation we'd planned. It ended up costing us 1500/night. I would not recommend or go back there. In September we rented a house in Cape Coral. It was beautiful and I could have stayed there double our time. What a difference. We feel so ripped off. Waterfront means basically on the marina. So a cement break water.

Nice location

Property as advertised. Easy checkin, convenient location. Somewhat tricky with weekend traffic allow extra time for traffic on bridges. Bring extra K cups if you are a coffee drinker!

Conference

This was very convenient to my conference at Sheraton. Jessica very responsive to my questions! Very walkable to local restaurants, bed and pillows sooo comfortable! My only negative is the balcony not so private as next to th neighbors on either side but honestly they weren’t there 24/7, little noise from boat yard but don’t forget they are just coming back from hurricane and trying to get things up and running! Overall give it a try many positives, very clean also!

Clean and well managed

I've stayed at this location a couple years ago. The exterior landscape is well kept. Building is well maintained. Unit had a balcony. The interior was clean and well kept. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Thank you Jessica for your quick answers to our questions.

Great place

This condo is clean and near anything you need. You can swim at the pool and walk to the beach which is a short distance away. We love staying here because it’s on the quiet side. Communication with the owner is great. I highly recommend this to anyone. Love it!

Great stay

My cousin and I visited for a relaxing girls trip. The two queen beds were perfect for us to have our own space. They were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities the condo offered. Everything was clean and well maintained. The laundry area as well as laundry appliances were clean and worked well. Pool was relaxing and clean. It is about a 15-20 min walk to many of the main attractions of Clearwater beach, but we preferred the quiet and privacy away from that. We utilized the trolley system daily, with a stop just a few mins walk from the condo. All our needs were met with this stay, and we had a great time.

Beach Getaway

It's located on the inter coastal, looking across the last finger of water on that side of the beach, and only a short block from the bridge to Sand Key. The third floor view of sunrise over the boats at the yacht club next door was beautiful. It seemed that everything we needed was within walking distance. The unit was well equipped, and we didn't need to bring anything but food. The decor of our unit was a little tired, but very comfortable, and we felt at home. The price was very reasonable based on other rentals on Clearwater Beach, and overall, it was a nice stay at the beach.

Great clean little place with a view

Loved it, clean and cozy with everything we needed. The view on the balcony was awesome and we saw dolphins in bay. About 15 walk to beach etc.
