Maison front de mer avec voiturette de golf dans le plus récent quartier de Villa Lago à Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Le premier étage dispose d'une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec plan d'étage ouvert pour les espaces de restauration et de vie. Il y a un bar de petit-déjeuner pouvant accueillir 3 personnes, puis une table complÚte pour 6 personnes. Le salon a des siÚges confortables pour toute la famille et une grande télévision à écran plat. Il y a un demi-bain au 1er niveau de la maison.

Le garage est accessible depuis le 1er Ă©tage de la maison. C'est ici que vous trouverez la voiturette de golf 4 places qui vous attend pour vous amuser dans le village de Baytowne Wharf ou sur Grand Blvd, oĂč vous pourrez faire vos emplettes, manger, manger et autres Ă©vĂ©nements. Ou montez dans la voiturette de golf avec les articles de plage gratuits fournis pour vous et dirigez-vous vers l'accĂšs Ă  la plage du complexe. Mettez vos orteils dans le sable fin et blanc et plongez dans les eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique.

The unit is beautiful, very clean, decor is updated nicely. Furniture is comfy, fully stocked kitchen, and any issues we had were addressed promptly. We also loved the porch facing the water off the living room. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is there is no thermostat upstairs. The first couple of days we were there temps were in the upper 70s and it was warm up there. The last few days we were there temps were in the 40s at night and it was COLD up there. Otherwise, it's a beautiful property and as long as it's not summer, we would consider renting again.

Beach trip

The property had no where to park a third car even tho there were signs for additional parking . It was no overnight parking allowed . The house only allowed 2 cars . So that was a problem for us . The unit was nice and clean noProblems there . Need more than one garbage bag tho .

Reviewer Comments: we have been vacationing in Destin for the last 8 years, all but 1 year at baytowne. this was pur first exp staying in a house and it was by far the best choice. it was super clean and quiet (minus the frogs!) my kids loved the turtles that would come up to the back every morning. only possible negatives was a garage opener for the cart would be nice, and there was 1 awkward bathroom door, but otherwise everything was perfect. will definitely stay there again.

Clean and Comfortable

The property was clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay in San Destin and the amenities around the community from shopping, dining to the beach and golf. The only hiccup was the clothes dryer was broken so we couldn't wash clothes. My only wish would be to have had some negotiated discounts or benefits with the golf courses in the community. Overall everything was great.

Wonderful

We loved staying at this property. It was really cute! Beautifully decorated and clean. The location was great! Central and close to Destin and 30a. Having access to the golf cart was a plus too! The only complaint is that the dryer was not working our entire stay which was difficult when it came to our beach towels and wet clothing. We had to dry our stuff outside. But overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay at this property again if we had a working dryer.

Beautiful Villa is great location but some problems

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was lovely but when we went to make drinks, we realized that someone had turned of the ice maker. Planned to take the golf cart to Publix, but the garage door had no power. My husband had to manually open it. The next morning, upon getting ready, I realized that all (every single one) of the bathroom outlets were shot. My husband spent the next 45 minutes messing with circuits to get the garage & outlets to work. Golf cart has weak battery. We had to charge it after every single run, or we knew we would get stranded. To beat all, the dryer didn't work. I reported it the 1st day, tech came out, but said he was unable to fix and a rep from the company should come out the next day or so to fix. Needless to say, that never happened. We couldn't wash or dry anything, or dry wet suits, etc. The most bizarre property we've ever encountered with our 4 stays at Sandestin.

Family trip

Loved our stay. Great location, convenient amenities (golf cart, beach toys, etc.) We experienced 2 minor issues, but both were resolved relatively quickly. Upon checking in, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working. By 10:30 the next morning, the property manager had come out and remedied the situation. Also, the dryer needed maintenance. 1 quick call and a couple hours later, it was working properly. No complaints from us. Would stay here again.

Great Place to Stay!

This is a beautiful property! Very clean and the golf cart worked :-). I would definitely stay here again. This is a home away from home.

Nice house

This is a nice house had everything we needed a lot of personal supplies really good rental house only issue was the golf cart didn’t work try to contact manager never had an answer regarding the golf cart everything else 100% great.

Great house and fun location for teens and adults!

The golf cart made it easy for my young adults/teens to go shopping and see the sights. The house was very clean. Kitchen supplies were lacking, so make sure you bring more necessities if you intend to cook. Otherwise, great place!

Golf Trip

Great property! My brother and I enjoyed the rental and it’s location within Sandestin. Perfect rental for golf trip or family time. I would definitely stay there again.

Fun and convenient

The home is beautiful and very close to the beach access and the neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous! There is a small patio with a grill and there’s a little river/pond with Lillie pads and the frogs sing to you at night. The garage is filled with lots of beach stuff like chairs, toys, and floaties. The golf cart is a 4 seater but when we had 4 adults in it it was struggling. One of the spare bedrooms has a curtain instead of a door and we didn’t realize that. Had we known we wouldn’t have chosen that home because we had no small children with us. Other than that everything was great!
