Cette maison confortable importante contemple l'océan Pacifique et se trouve à un jet de pierre de la plage de sable locale. Les sons hypnotiques des vagues de l'océan se écraser, l'air de la plage salée, la loutre piquer sa tête hors de l'eau d'une mer curieux, cela et plus encore tous observé de cette belle quatre chambres et deux salles de bain maison.

Trois des quatre chambres à coucher et les quartiers d'habitation offrent de belles vues sur l'océan. Blottir près de la cheminée et en regardant à travers les grandes fenêtres qui vous offrent une vue panoramique inspirante de l'océan et avec un peu de chance, vous pouvez obtenir un aperçu de la nacelle majestueux de grandes baleines blanches qui vivent dans cette région.

En sortant de la terrasse et de sentir la brise salée de l'océan et d'entendre le rugissement des vagues avec la seule préoccupation dont chaise vous devriez vous détendre dans .....

Family get together
We had always enjoyed our stay here when my mom used to reserve this place for us. We wanted to carry on that tradition. Our son and daughter and our two grandsons had such a great time. It was the first time staying in this house for them. We made a lot of great memories, and We hope to continue making more memories. Such a great place to stay for a family vacation!

Had everything we needed!
Wonderful spot. Beautiful view of the ocean. Close to Nye Beach and the Newport bayfront. We were able to cook breakfast for everyone with very little planning, because the kitchen has everything needed cookware-wise, plus spices and condiments left by previous guests. Fire pit hot tub and bathrooms were all great. Spaces to gather including out on the deck, in the family room and at large dining table. Plus great sunsets and tide watching.

Paradise
This was a awesome place to stay. The views and access was great. There was only one little problem and it was the hot tub wouldn't get warmer than 98 degrees and after using it a little while went down to 95 degrees. Plus there was one zone in it that didn't have a lever to turn it on. Other than that everything was just perfect. We will be back.

Relaxing stay in Newport
The house was perfect for our family and friends gathering in Newport. The different areas for siting offered a variety of places for different conversations. The kitchen had all the items we needed for preparing and serving meals for everyone. We had a couple people try the soaking tubs who said it was a great experience to sit in the warm water and feel like they were inside a sea shell where they heard only the ocean and nothing else. Others tried the sky chairs and enjoyed floating in the wind. We had a great stay and would choose this home again.

Great property!
The property is privately located, but close enough to walk or take a short drive to everything in Newport. The parking situation is not the best if someone is renting the house next to you, prepare to have to back out of the entire driveway. This isn’t a huge problem but definitely a little tricky to navigate. This house was perfect for our group, we had two separate families in the house. There really isn’t a great beach access from the house but just down the road is a parking lot and well maintained path that is perfect for getting to the beach. You can’t beat the views of this home and the outside space for entertaining is pretty incredible. Beautiful home, beautiful location, can’t wait to come back.

Spring Break Fun
Our family and friends enjoyed this beachfront property. It had everything you need to stay in and the location was great as a home base to access all the activities in and around Newport. The ocean views, sounds of the waves were calming and the hot tub/bath tubs were a great way to warm up after a long cold day of fishing and crabbing.

We loved it, location location fantastic veiw. Tubes and hot tube was perfect. Only one disappointment, the gas grill is not useable very dirty I would never cook on it. The charcoal grill saved the day. We would definatly stay again!

This place is amazing!
Views to die for! Plenty of room for 4 couples or more if you’re comfy sharing a room. Fun speakers available to listen to Newport’s fun radio station and kitchen stocked with whatever you need. One of the bathrooms being in the primary bedroom makes it harder for the others to have access but it’s totally workable! The hot tub was great and the soaking tubs are a cool feature. We had a beautiful time and would love to be back in the future. Had a door code access issue but the owner was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful! No problem there. I did forget hot sauce and wished I had found a stash of that, but no one’s fault but mine!

Loved the spaciousness, comfy furniture and oh my the view!! Hot tub and we even used the deck real tubs! Exhilarating! Perfect for family get togethers. Game tables and piano. The view is hours of entertainment.

Magical Beach House on a Bluff
The house has all the amenities you could want, lots of space, comfortable beds, an amazing view, and the bathtubs in the deck overlooking ocean are the perfect healing treat that you’ll never forget. Richard was very responsive and friendly on the phone the few times I did call with a question. We might make it an annual tradition! 10/10 would definitely do it again!

Great house, due to a family emergency we had to leave early. The only recommendation is that the TVs in the bedrooms need to be checked, I believe that they could use some batteries in the remotes and the TVs need to be updated.

such a lovely home, spacious, great location, and the hot tub was amazing! The access to the beach is not direct from the house, but it's an easy walk to the Yaquina park to get down to the beach. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing beach vacation
Another fantastic week stay at this house. We have been going here for the last several years. Richard is a great host and the 2 times over the seven years there was a problem he was there immediately to fix it. Couldn’t ask for a better host. The house is amazing and the soaking tubs with the fabulous ocean views get used daily

We have found that Newport has a small town feel but plenty of things to do, stroll the bayfront, or the beach, go crabbing, hiking, golfing and numerous places to eat.

There is plenty of room in our great room for our family and friends to hang out and visit while viewing the beach and boats coming and going from the historic bayfront.
