Bienvenue à Sundown C21!

Notre condo 3BR / 2BA est situé dans le quartier calme de Perdido Key, loin de la foule.

Nous sommes juste en face de la plage et avons une promenade privée avec le restaurant The Crab Trap juste à côté.

Nos condos sont situés au bord de l’eau jusqu’à la rivière Ole où vous pouvez amarrer votre bateau, pêcher et pêcher.

Dans la chambre principale est un lit King size confortable. La salle de bain principale a un pas dans la douche.

La 2ème chambre a également un lit King size.

La 3ème chambre a des lits superposés avec un double en bas et un jumeau en haut. Il a également un lit jumeau.

Toutes les chambres ont la télévision par câble et nous avons WIFI gratuit.

Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos plats préférés.

La salle à manger est agréable pour rassembler la famille pour un repas ou le prendre dehors sur le balcon.

We had a great stay. Loved the use of the boat dock and easy walk to the beach. The manager was very helpful and contributed to us having a smooth stay. Can't wait to come back

Loved being close to both the inland waterway as well as the beach. Loved the low key atmosphere, the balcony in the back. Managers very accommodating. Nice sidewalk for jogging.

Perfect family get away

This condo was perfect for what my family needed! Walking distance to the beach even with two small children. We loved sitting on the patio watching dolphins swimming through the bay. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Relaxing not crowded within reach of everything

Great location, being able to just cross the street and the beach is right there. I have had longer walks from condos on the beach. Condo was roomy and accommodated 8 adults just fine. Covered patio was a favorite and was shady all day.

We love this condo and are repeat visitors. Perfect location on Ole River and the beach is a short walk right across the street. Condo is wonderful and beds are comfortable. Appliances are great and we never have any issues. Pool is huge and hardly ever crowded. 10/10 highly recommend.

I love this place

This property was amazing, out our front door was the pool, then our own private beach, and out our back balcony was the bay and a dock. My 9 year old sonnfished half the night while I sat on the balcony. NO BUGS. I didn't get bit by a mosquito AT ALL. Will definitely go back next year.

Great condo & location

Great smaller condo complex with access to ole river which was great. It was very clean and accurately represented on the listing. The only negatives I could think of is that they have the AC unit set to 76 and since it’s older property it takes several hours to cool back down. The other is the owners of the unit below is an older couple with dogs and they were at the front door within a couple hours of us being there saying we were too loud so that is something to be aware of before booking. Great condo and location, just probably should be older adults that are staying..

Convenient with lots of amenities

Comfortable laid back homey feeling with convenient access to the beach. Kids enjoyed the pool, had tennis racquets and balls, basketball court. The dock was great for the boys to fish off of. Highly recommend!

Loved the property! It is in an area that isn't as crowded. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and sunsets. Very convenient walk to the beach across the street. We will definitely return!

Great Location Just Off the Beach

We found this property online but the pictures did not do it justice. When we arrived, the property manager met me and knew who I was before I said anything. The checkin was super easy. When we went into the condo, it is nicely maintained, updated, super clean, and very comfortable. We made use of the on property swimming pool, basketball court, and charcoal grill out back of our unit. The location was awesome since we were able to face the back bay, which was great in the mornings for coffee and sunsets in the evening. Despite this property being off the main road, it was still very quiet. We enjoyed dining at the Crab Trap across the street. The beach was clean and was not crowded. The main issue, if at all, is that it can be a bit difficult to cross the main road to get to the beach when there is some traffic. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very relaxing!!!

Perfect place to go with older kids. Pier is just steps away. Our boys enjoyed fishing. Beach is a short walk with a nice boardwalk. We will definitely be back!

We were all very pleased with this property. The condos and the grounds were extremely clean, Quiet and impressive. We love sitting on the balcony watching the boats on the river. Enjoy the beach, pool and playing by the Riverside. We will definitely be back.
