Brookside est une maison de luxe abordable de 3900 pieds carrĂ©s situĂ©e Ă  1/2 mile de Breckenridge Main Street et 1/4 mile de la navette de la ville. C'est une maison fantastique avec une cuisine gastronomique. Il a une suite parentale King, 3 chambres queen, dont l'une a un loft contenant 2 lits jumeaux supplĂ©mentaires, et une chambre avec lits superposĂ©s avec un lit queen bas et twin top. AmĂ©nagĂ© pour le ski, il dispose d'un grand local Ă  skis avec bancs et casiers individuels. À seulement 1,5 pĂątĂ© de maisons de l'arrĂȘt de la navette ou Ă  un demi-mile de la base du Peak 9! Pour une intimitĂ© totale, il se trouve sur plus d'un acre de terrain, donc il se sent totalement isolĂ© mĂȘme s'il est en ville. Le nom «Brookside» dĂ©crit le cadre unique de cette maison ~ construite comme un pont sur l'Illinois Creek. Assis dans un bosquet de trembles avec une vue spectaculaire sur Peak 8 et le son apaisant de votre propre ruisseau babillant, Brookside est l'escapade parfaite pour TOUTES les saisons. Venez Ă  Brookside, la tranquillitĂ© vous attend!

** Nous avons 3 caméras. L'un est en haut au-dessus du pont, pointant vers la vue mais ne regardant pas le pont. Un autre sous le pont indique la cour pour des rencontres avec la faune. Le troisiÚme est une came de sécurité sur le porche avant. Ils n'enregistrent que s'ils sont activés par le mouvement et l'activation du mouvement est désactivée pendant les locations ***

We had such a lovely stay. The home was so cozy and perfectly equipped for everything we needed. It was such a neat house with a unique layout, plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The grounds were gorgeous and the kids had so much fun playing in the snow. The host was easy to communicate with and so kind and thoughtful. 10/10 recommend!

We were two families with grown children. House was perfect and had a great time while there. Jack was always responsive and we had no issues at all while there. Hope to come back one day

Amazing house and location

We had a wonderful stay here! We had 6 adults, two kids, and a toddler and it worked out perfectly. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space. There was even a pack-n-play available for the toddler, as well as a booster seat for the table. We made all of our meals at home and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The house is beautiful and the location is great. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any inquiries we had. Would definitely recommend it to others and would absolutely stay here again!

Great property

We absolutely loved this property! It was exactly as listed. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything. The living areas were roomy and so comfortable. The bedrooms were large and has lots of storage. Steam shower was a nice bonus! Just beautiful views. Felt like you were on a property with no one else around. We will definitely book again. Management was extremely nice and helpful!

Perfect Breck Stay!

This property was exactly as advertised and couldn’t be more perfect. It was actually more space than we expected. Close to town and the house was stocked with everything we only needed to get a few grocery’s. The Host was super responsive and really nice!

Christmas Memories

This was one of the best vrbo’s I have ever stayed in. It was beautiful, roomy, very well stocked, and had a beautiful view. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. One of the most special things was when we checked in after dark, the living room was lit up with a full size decorated Christmas tree. That meant a lot and set the mood for our quick trip to Colorado. All of our pre-trip questions were answered quickly and the host was great. If we ever come here again, we would definitely stay here again!! Thank you!

Amazing place close to everything

Stayed at Jacks house for 5 days for a snowboarding trip. The house provided everything we needed and communication with the host was easy and fast. Drive to the lift and downtown was 5 min and super easy. Great house!

Fantastic winter ski getaway

The house was great, clean, spacious, beautiful design, high quality materials. Fully stacked kitchen. Steam shower in the master bathroom was sublime. Host was super easy to communicate with and very responsive. The chalet is 10min walk down to the ice rink - the free shuttle takes you to the slopes from there. Overall easy to get to for a group of adults without a car. Overall we all had a great time and we highly recommend !

Great space to get away, but still be close to the action

We recently stayed at Jack's house for a ski trip with friends and family (a group of 12), and I can confidently say it was one of the best rental experiences I've had. The location couldn't be beat - it was just a five minute drive to the ski slopes and made getting on and off the mountain a breeze. While it is close to the local bus, it is a bit far to walk in ski boots, and we would recommend having someone to shuttle you if possible to Beaver Run, at the base of Peak Nine. The house itself was stunning, with gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking meals and we loved gathering around the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The hot tub was a particular favorite, and we loved soaking in it after a long day on the mountain. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious, and there was plenty of storage for all of our gear in the downstairs gear room. Jack was easy to communicate with, and was extremely accommodating of several requests. Overall, I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a convenient, spacious, and beautiful home base for their ski trip or mountain getaway.

What a fantastic vacation and the home made it even better!!!

This home was so spacious amd provided everything we could possibly need! There were 11 of us and we had an extra bedroom to spare!! Nice surprises were sleds, wood for the wood-burning fireplace, plenty of spices, a well stocked kitchen, and very comfortable beds! We will definitely return!!

Perfect location, amazing home!

We were thrilled when we arrived to this property. The location to Main Street is amazing! We enjoyed being in a home while still super close to Main and ski lifts. Plenty of bedrooms and beds to host our 4 families and kiddos. The hottub was so nice to relax in after a day of skiing and the kids loved the playground even in the snow! The kitchen was also stocked so well (spices, coffee, creamer etc) which was a pleasant surprise. Jack was wonderful to work with and responded quickly to messages. He provided us with pack n plays for the toddlers which made our traveling so much easier. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Vacation

This house was way more than we expected! It felt like home! Every room is full of anything you could need. Appliances, humidifiers, a sauna, etc. Beautiful location, close to the slopes & town, but far enough away to have privacy. Owner & property manager were very helpful and kind. Coming back in a few years!

Great Xmas Ski Trip!

- House was great. -Quickly shoveled when it snowed. -Location is great, but car was needed to be dropped off at Peak 9. Only 4 minute drive to Peak 9. - Recommend having car. -Xmas Tree was a nice touch! -Owner is great at communication!

Nice home but needs humidification system

Would be perfect if home had humidity control or large-scale humidifiers in each of the 3 main sections of the home. Very difficult to sleep at night due to the dryness of the air.

Beautiful property and excellent location

We came for a ski experience but would love to come back in the summer. It was a hassle free rental experience with everything we needed. Jack was easily accessible for any questions. The property is close to everything but feels secluded. Really enjoyed the views from the sunroom and hot tub!

Perfect stay!

Our stay at this beautiful home could not of been more perfect! The home is amazing for several families. Big dinning table, many places to sit and gather after a long day on the slopes. Location was perfect too! I think we were 5 minutes away from peak 9 and 15 mins away from the south gondola lot which takes you to peak 7 and 8. Communication with Jack couldn’t of been better!! Honestly, no complaints!

Great Week in Breck

Overall the house is very nice and spacious. We enjoyed our time in Breck. The house is a couple minutes from town - too far to walk in the Winter but just a short drive. The ice rink is also very close and they were accommodating on our off day from skiing. Its 25 minutes to Copper Mountain and 45 minutes to Vail. We had two moose hanging out around the house and saw a red fox several times.

Family Christmas

The visit to this property was better than anything we have experienced. Since family didn’t get to spend Christmas together this was a fabulous chance to enjoy each other. Everything at the property was so well organized and clean with more than enough space for everyone. The only suggestion we have is that when there is snow and ice we noted the bus stop is further than we thought from reading comments from others. However since driving is so convenient to everything, that worked best. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home.
