Ce magnifique condo est situé dans Light House Towers au 12e étage donnant directement sur la magnifique plage de Sand Key.

Fenêtres du sol au plafond dans votre salon avec une vue imprenable sur la plage et ces couchers de soleil incroyables. Vous avez une véranda privée projetée hors du salon et de la chambre principale pour vous asseoir et vous détendre.

Le maître a un lit king size et une télévision à écran plat de 55 "avec toute la capacité de diffuser vos émissions Netflix pr��férées et un grand dressing et à quelques pas de la salle de bain avec un combo baignoire / douche.

La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon ont tous une vue sur la plage, avec de nombreux sièges dans la salle à manger et quelques tabourets de bar pour un repas rapide ou se faire prendre par l'ordinateur tout en profitant des couchers de soleil. Toutes les commodités que vous désirez pour vos repas cuisinés à la maison dans la cuisine ou appelez à la sécurité et demandez-leur de démarrer le gril à gaz pour que vous puissiez cuisiner du poisson frais ou des steaks! Tout cela vous attend!

Laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo ainsi qu'une demi-salle de bain et de nombreux sièges dans le salon avec un autre téléviseur intelligent à écran plat de 55 "pour vos soirées à la maison.

Vous êtes à proximité de nombreux restaurants et magasins de proximité au Shoppes of Sand Key ainsi que d'un itinéraire de tramway pour vous emmener à Clearwater Beach ou vers John's Pass ou St. Pete Beach pour s'amuser!

Perfect getaway

The condo was very clean,oraganized,and lovely. It was very relaxing to set by the ocean and enjoy the pool daily. Plenty of restaurants and activities in the area to enjoy

erverything just right

We were very satisfied with just everything: the bed, the baths, the kitchen, ....., but also with pool, hot tub and gym! We valued the owners' trust in us, who left their possessions in the condo.

Sand and sophistication

Unit's floorplan, condition, and location are near perfection. Ocean view and nearby shopping/restaurants provided relaxing convenience. Having extra 1/2 bath was great when family stopped by to use sleeper couch. Kitchen was a joy to use and is the first condo we've ever rented that even had sharp knives!

Property is excellent. Only problem was that condo was undergoing work on balconies was in progress during our entire stay and we could not use balcony. Noise from construction was an issue.

Compact but perfect for a couple

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely and perfectly appointment. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen including an electric tea kettle! Great views! We enjoyed the recliners and shower. Plus having the second half bath was convenient as well. Met many neighbors at the pool and folks were all friendly. Only issue is that the WiFi was a bit slow. Otherwise a great place to stay in Sand Key

The pool , hot tub and beach were great as well ! The area had plenty of nice restaurants and the jolly trolley was a plus ! Sue from the rental company was great and very accommodating !The Check in and out process was super easy and it was nice to have the check in information 5 days ahead of tine ! Would definitely recommend long key vacation rentals and Lighthouse towers #1205 ! We Would definitely stay again !!

Great Trip

We had cocktails every night on the patio overlooking the beach. The most beautiful part of the trip is the sound of the ocean and the view of the beach. We loved it and want to go back next year.

Great location

This unit had a fantastic location and beautiful view. It was recently updated and had a modern kitchen with all the required utensils. Each morning the state would sweep and clean the beach of all seaweed and any other debris. It was beautiful every morning. Very few people on the beach each day compared to Clearwater which made it even more special.

Floor to ceiling windows provide lots of light and a fabulous view of the beach and gulf. The unit is very clean and well maintained. The decor is very well done with a nice beachy feel. It is very well stocked and had everything we needed. The location is great. You are right on the beach and there are restaurants and shops right across the street. The rental process was very smooth. We highly recommend this property and the management and would not hesitate to rent this unit again.
