We've stayed here before and always enjoy the location! Arrival had a small cleaning hiccup… the bathroom needed attention and the floors didn't look vacuumed. Kathy was super responsive though, and had someone come out to clean it up the same day. The primary bedroom ran warmer than the rest of the unit, but we were grateful they provide a high-speed fan for it. Overall still a great stay, and we'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay and this location can’t be beat. The beach was fairly quiet and it’s amazing to walk down the stairs right onto the sand. The owner was so easy to communicate with and responsive. It was nice to have a dedicated parking space for our car. The condo was clean and the beds were all very comfortable. We also loved that they had beach towels and umbrellas. We got to watch the sunset every night from the comfort of the deck! This is definitely the place to stay if you want less crowded days on the beach but nearby shops and restaurants 10 minutes north or south!

Short Stay on the Coast

This place had a wonderful view of the coast. Although the weather was not the best for us, we made the best of our stay. It may have been the farthest location from the parking lot, but well worth the trip! Great deck for tanning and watching the sun set over the Gulf.

Excellent beach property for a small family

Spent a 4 day weekend in Clearwater with my husband and our two teens. This beach house was comfortable and perfectly situated for our needs. The view is outstanding and the area is quiet. We appreciated having access to the small pool and beach chairs and umbrellas.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The beach is right outside your door. We swam in the ocean everyday and had the pool to ourselves. The deck box had everything my son needed to build a sandcastle and toss the football in the pool.
