LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! The beach is right outside your door. We swam in the ocean everyday and had the pool to ourselves. The deck box had everything my son needed to build a sandcastle and toss the football in the pool.

Perfect place in a great location

We had a wonderful time in Belleair beach. The place was quite and just as pictured. Its so close to the beach and the pool, you just feel you found the perfect vacation spot. Kathy was easy to communicate with. Will definitely be back.

Short Stay on the Coast

This place had a wonderful view of the coast. Although the weather was not the best for us, we made the best of our stay. It may have been the farthest location from the parking lot, but well worth the trip! Great deck for tanning and watching the sun set over the Gulf.

Beautiful in Belleair Beach!

We loved our stay directly on Belleair Beach. It was not crowded, had a lovely deck and a great swimming pool. All amenities that we needed were provided. Fully equipped kitchen was so nice. Beach chairs, beach towels were a plus since we flew to the area. Restaurant recommendations were great. The owners were wonderful to work with. Easy check in process. We loved our stay!

Great location!

The condo at Belleair Beach was quiet, clean and steps away from the beach! We really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo condo. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths were perfect for us and we really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations!

Excellent beach property for a small family

Spent a 4 day weekend in Clearwater with my husband and our two teens. This beach house was comfortable and perfectly situated for our needs. The view is outstanding and the area is quiet. We appreciated having access to the small pool and beach chairs and umbrellas.

Best beach vacation

We loved staying here! The town is quiet and not as busy as neighboring towns. A quick walk to the beach or pool. Pool was not over crowded like previous places we stayed. The view was absolutely amazing!!! The condo has everything you need. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great spring break for family!

We have a 6, 9, and 11 year old. This condo was perfect for our family. It is updated and clean with fantastic beach access and a pool when you need a break from the ocean. Great location, close to everything you need and includes easy parking. We can't wait to go back.

This place is very nice but the price is very high we have stayed here multiple times throughout the years and in other units on property 4 years ago we payed 1800 for the same unit hoping price balances out next year.would love to stay again

Location location location with $1 million view. Belleair beach is a quite hamlet

Beautiful community that borders busy Clearwater and quieter Indian rocks beach. Great restaurants and shops on gulf Blvd or just across the bridge in Belleair shores. Commutation with the owners and property manager seamless. We are definitely coming back again

Wonderful Stay!

We had a blast at this home! The owner, Dale, was incredibly responsive and on top of things. The property management company was difficult to get ahold of and did not provide check in instructions. The home itself was BEAUTIFUL! Well maintained and everything we hoped for - we will be back!

AH-MAZING!

This place was perfect for our adults only getaway. The views were absolutely stunning! We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one was by far in the top 3. House was well stocked and set up beautifully. The check-in & out procedures were simple and allowed for enjoying the view one very last time. The property management company was quick to respond and they were helpful.

PERFECTION

Our family of 6 comfortably enjoyed this perfect location with a great porch overlooking the ocean, a fun pool and great food and activities in Clearwater and Indian Rocks just minutes from the house. All the beach supplies were provided and we brought our bikes and rode along the sidewalks each day. The beach feels endless in both directions with shells and beautiful birds along your walk. We even saw dolphins! This was a great Spring Break adventure!!
